We were off by 2 days for the warranty and they won't exchange because the charm has ware and tear( not because they warranty is up)They are quick to push purchases but not help someone that has spent thousands on their products. I wanted to return a duplicate charm I purchased. it was purchased through PayPal on line. The sales associate, Mira, was not sure how to credit a PayPal transaction. She very apologetically asked me come back the next day. Because I could tell that she genuinely felt bad and her sweet caring attitude, I had no problem coming back. I returned the next day. Mira remembered everything that took place the day before and she and her manager handled the return to my satisfaction. I am very grateful for the kindness and professionalism they all showed. The only reason for the 2 stars is because they are 1/2 stores that had the item in stock. However, I waited for two hours for them to open. They have their posted hours on every website including their own from 10am-9pm except on the weekend. My husband went in to get me a necklace for my birthday, I wanted to return it for something different and we realized they OVERCHARGED us by over 30 dollars. When we went to return the lady was confused because the items didn't match. MAKE SURE TO CHECK how much each item actually is and if they are over charging you! Horrible customer service. Seriously, who hired these ladies? Talk about being snotty, uppity and having terrible dispositions. Not a single rep was remotely kind or respectful and it wasn't just towards us. They behaved this way to everyone who came in or was already there. Several other people were visibly upset by their attitudes, as well. If you don't like your job, just leave and let someone else have the position. I wonder if the higher ups know about their horrible customer service. Any time you look down your nose to customers who are there to spend money, you don't deserve the time or hard-earned money of your customers. i recently went to the pandora in deer park to exchange a necklace i received for christmas. i find that the customer service at this pandora is usually hit or miss, but i was appalled by my recent experience. i do not recall which worker it was but it was either susana f. or briana m. i know this because my receipt provided me with two names. either way, the woman that ended up helping me ruined my entire experience. i came into pandora excited to return my necklace for something i would like more, but the lady that was supposed to assist me was rude, she rushed me, and she didn't help at all. during the holiday season, i understand that working in a store can be stressful, but it's also important to value customer service. read more

We were helped right away upon walking in and the helpful employee (manager?) took down our name as they were busy. She was very friendly and personable. Most of the employees at this location are great and helpful, however today I had a bad experience with Jazsmin as the salesperson. It seemed like she couldn't get my friend and I out of there fast enough and was not looking to be helpful at all while we decided on a bracelet, charm and ring. Thankfully I had the eyes on the prize and knew which charm I wanted for sure ... the viking! He is such an adorable addition to my bracelet. The ladies were very helpful, not pushy and just as excited to show you their wares as you are to see them. Guess the viking isn't popular because my sales lady got pretty giddy that I wanted one. Like others have mentioned, I was unaware of the sign in procedure so had to wait a long time to be helped. I have a Pandora bracelet given to me by a dear friend who also gave them to her sisters and granddaughters, so she is a VERY good customer of Pandora. She buys us all new charms at birthdays and Christmas. For my recent birthday, she gave me a spacer of which I already had two. She purchased it at the Oak Brook store. I went to the Deer Park Pandora to exchange it. It was in the box and gift bag. I was also wearing the bracelet with the duplicate pieces. I just wanted to exchange it for something different and said it was OK if I had to pay a bit more. The store refused to exchange it because there was no receipt even though it was obviously brand new and a gift. They claimed their system didn't show my friend buying anything from Pandora since 2017, although I showed them the other charm she had just given me, also recently purchased at the Oak Brook store. I also know for a fact that she has purchased at least a dozen Pandora charms at the Oak Brook store in the last few months. Their tracking system is flawed, but they blame the customer. My daughter mentioned she liked my bracelet and would like one, but I will not spend my money- and these charms are pricey- at a store with such poor customer service. I will not embarrass my friend by asking her to send the receipt and will have to keep the duplicate charm. But I will NEVER buy anything again from Pandora. By the way, when I got home, I tried to call the corporate office. After 48 minutes on hold, I gave up. Pandora has one fewer customer. read more

Stopped in during a very busy promotional period. DORY took care of us with the upmost professionalism. We never felt rushed, somehow she even made us feel as though we were the only ones in the store...even though every employee was helping someone and there was literally a wait line out the door. Stopped there this morning to purchase a gift card. Woman at door said I needed to get on the waiting list. I asked why I needed to wait to purchase a gift card for a transaction that takes 2 minutes. I didn't need someone to show me any of their cheap charms. She said "let me ask the mgr." Manager said yes I needed to get on the list and gave me a nasty look. That's when I went to the back of the store and asked her directly. The 2 women both got snotty with me and I walked out the door. What a way to to run a business....and looks like they have pulled this on other people from previous reviews. Maybe this store needs some good old-fashioned sales etiquette and should think before they speak. I'm sure my purchase would have been more that any of the $20 purchases people were making. I went in today(saturday) to buy a charm for my sis, I knew which one I wanted , First I had to sign in and wait my turn, there were a lot of people and many of the customers were looking threw the huge charm booklet ( I mean look it up online before you go in) ugh,,, while I and many more customers who knew what they wanted had to wait.. I went in there this month to purchase a gift for my aunt. I didn't realize that I had to sign in but that wasn't a problem. There was only one customer ahead of me. The sales person I was working with was not very helpful and annoyed with my request to see a charm. She left me alone when a new customer came in and never told me that she was done helping me. She ignored me and pretended I wasn't even standing there. I was so upset but then asked one of the younger girls behind the counter to help me and she was so sweet. The store itself is pricey, quality of the items is so-so. I came to this location to buy a gift when I was shopping in the area. I wish I would have remembered the sales representatives name. It was last month in January, she had blonde, medium length hair and wore glasses. She was so friendly and super helpful. She knew exactly what I was looking for and was so patient to help me find something great. I will mention her name in the review if I come in there again and see her. Great Customer Service! I ordered a ring before Christmas with a 2 week delivery time. Unfortunately this ring went viral on the Internet and went backordered and needless to say was not available by Christmas. Jan and her team were amazing. They kept me in the loop with constant updates and managed to find a ring for me two days past Christmas. I got a Pandora bracelet and charms for Christmas for my mom and she bought me one. We each spent about $450.00 at this store. The sales lady who I think was the manager was very helpful. I had to come back to the store today. My experience was less than pleasant. I entered the store and did not sign in. I am new to this whole "Pandora" life style. There were only 3 others in front of me. Of course a whole bunch of other people walked in. Some signed in and some did not. I figured I was next so I wasn't going to sign in now. When the next sales person became available I explained to her that I was next but I did not sign in. I apologized and said that I wasn't aware of the sign in sheet. She said ok and proceeded to take the next person on the list and completely dismissed me. I later found out she was the manager. Another lady that was after me was also very upset because she did not sign in either. I guess I wasn't outfitted in my Michael Kors and my Louis Vuitton. The lady that got waited on before me was dressed to the till. Did that make a difference, I am not sure, but it sure made me feel that way. The next salesperson to become available I explained to her the situation and she did take me next. I was going to exchange my mothers bracelet and charms for charms for my bracelet. My mom decided that she did not like the bracelet because it kept flipping on her. I was so upset by the way that I was treated, I returned everything. I will not step foot in this store ever again.
