We came in today to buy some gifts for our bridesmaids in our wedding coming up next weekend. We were greeted and helped by Adam. He was a great host of the store by showing us our options due to our budget. Adam also saved us the chore of wrapping these gifts. On 03/27/26 I went into to buy a necklace but ended up buying a bracelet instead for my mom's birthday. I gave it to her yesterday but the adjustable ball for the length of the bracelet was not working. I took it back this morning. I walk in and there was Yadanar Myint standing there not doing anything. I say hi I need to return the bracelet due to what to me looks like a clasp. She aggressively opens the box and then take out the bracelet and says there is no clasp, show me where the clasp is? I say regardless the bracelet is fragile, and I want to return it. I attempted to ask about a pair of ear rings my mom saw on the website, and I asked about the return / exchange policy. I was met with a major attitude when I asked if I did an exchange or return what would happen what are my options. I am then met with Yadanar Myint yelling at me like a child saying I WILL JUST DO THE RETURN. Yadanar Myint how are you going to get mad at a customer who never bought anything from your store and had questions? I filed a complaint with the company and I am waiting on the district manager to call me. read more

Standing here with four other customers while both employees pretend not to notice us and reorganize their cupboards. At least we're all having a good laugh at them. I'd estimate this store lost about $2k in sales in the 15 minutes we waited for help. Gave up and left. read more

4.5 Im going to keep this VERY short and sweet. I've been shopping at this Swarovski store for years. Its bittersweet at times because I broke a necklace from there and replaced the matching bracelet TWICE and I refuse to replace them because my neck is pierced three times and my dermals will clash with such a gorgeous spendy piece! :( :( I love ALLLLLL their pieces! I even had a jeweler fooled with one of my pieces. I really love swarovski Juicy couture pieces. Those are my favs! Only thing that bugs me is I have to replace my bling headphones via online. Came in 15 mins before closing to do a simple and quick exchange on a ring for a different size. I bought a 7 and asked for 6, with 7 being big to loose and 6 not even fitting I told the gentleman there's no way this is a 6, going back and forth I told him I might just have to return it because it makes no sense how 7 is big and 6 is too small. He then immediately said oh it's because the other store I bought it from accidentally put a size 8 in a size 7 box. So he gave me an actual size 7 which fit perfectly so I asked to do the exchange, he said there systems don't allow exchanges within the last 10 mins of closing. So I asked what if I wanted to purchase something right now, your system wouldn't allow that either which he replied yes we can do a purchase. He said he can put the ring on hold for tomorrow. So if I made time out of today to come during business hours just to be denied a simple exchange, they just expect me to have time to make a whole another trip to come during the same business hours and then do the exchange. So either the worker didn't want to do his job or Swarovski needs to make their exchange policy to have a whole set of hours listed before more people waste thier time just like I did today. Rating of 4.5 The prices here are a bit high for my taste, but valuewise, for the crystal you are getting, it is well worth it. But I was looking for something specific, a 2013 Xmas Ornament, and the store manager Linda was more than happy to help me with what I needed. She explained to me that the thing I wanted was back ordered, and she even called 4 different other stores and gave me the verdict right on the spot. When I came in a 2nd time (as the 4 stores she had called had run out), she wasn't there. I got someone else but she was swamped, as she had 10 other people to take care of. I understand she was busy, but the attitude that she gave me wasn't as nice as the one that the manager had displayed. Luckily the manager came in after I waited 10 minutes and she helped me get in and out in 5 minutes, finally getting me a location that had the beloved Christmas ornament that I was searching for. read more

Ok honestly, worst customer service I've ever experienced in retail. The staff is incredibly b**chy. They are far from helpful and I saw their interactions with other customers during their purchases. I went in regarding an issue with one of my bracelets that I received as a gift and they directed me to a jeweler shop and rudely told me it's not covered under warranty (which it is per Swarovski website fine print). They have a clear "not my problem" attitude (one Latina girl with lots of eyelashes and an Asian girl). This store needs help. My mom wanted to buy something here and I told her to order online and not give these girls business. Seriously, they talked to people like they were animals. read more

I didn't receive my refund check until May 30th, 2015! The manager claims it would only taken no more than 2 weeks, clearly she doesn't know the store policy herself! What angers me more is the customer service department, I called once a week and they claimed that we weren't even in the system, then when I asked to speak to a manager on duty they also claimed that there were no managers on duty which I find hard to believe. Every time I called each representative would give me the run around with different answers, often resulting in me hanging up on them since nobody could give me the truth. Also I received an email from a rep saying I would get a call from a District Manager that was 2 weeks ago and haven't received a call. Strike 3, your out Swarvoski! Decent selection of shiny things. Generally helpful sales staff. Return policy is 14 days. Bought bangle on 20 Feb., returned it on 2 March because it didn't fit wifey's wrist. Sales lady had to pull out a calendar to figure that it had only been 11 days since purchase. Then she didn't have enough cash in the register to complete refund. Had to open new register. Sales lady was slow but friendly. I give Swarovski an "A-ok" for having a nice selection and staff. Points deducted for slow service. It took 15 minutes to get my cash back; there wasn't anyone else inthe store. read more

I love the design of Swarovski and I have collection of them. However, I am very disappointed with quality of the product. I wore my favorite earring today (see attached). It is evident that silver coat on the pin-catch is pilled off, resulting bleeding in my both ears. Hopefully this bleeding wont continue with infection. read more

Crappy customer service. Wanted a specific pair of earrings and they said they didn't have any in stock. The first girl who helped us was Asian, she seemed like she didn't wanna help us. She would eye other customers and looked uninterested when I asked her a question. A second girl who works there kindly helped me after the first girl ditched us. The second girl asked me to leave my information so when they came in they would give me a call. Three weeks passed and never received a call or email. My mom decided to go in person by herself to check and see if the earring were finally in stock. The first girl who "helped us" originally was there and when she asked her about the earrings she rudely acted like she didn't know what my mom was talking about and ignored her and continued to help other customers. read more

I had a great experience shopping here and the sales person that assisted me was awesome! I arrived to pick up a gift and she immediately went to look up my order. She showed me a display of my purchase and informed me that it has been a popular item and she showed her wrist to let me see that she has one of her own which I thought was neat. My purchase just barely didn't qualify for a gift that was offered (-$4.00) but she asked if I still would like one she would be ok with letting one go since today was the last day of the offer and they had a good amount remaining. I recieved two sets of crystal studed hoop earrings from my husband for Christmas $125 per pair. I found them to be cheap, not matched identically, and uncomfortable to wear. I had the receipt/the gift receipt/the original packaging/and was within the 14-day return policy -- and still I have to go back AGAIN to the store with my husband, as they require HIS credit card and ID to process the refund. I am the perfect target for this store, my husband hates to shop and this could have been a "go-to" spot for him on future puchases. I would have liked the customer experience to have been very responsive such as, "I'm sorry these didn't work out for you, can I show you some of our most popular items?" " I'm happy to credit your card, and I hope you will shop with us in the future...." Instead, I'm left with an impression of poor quality, a limited and restrictive return policy, and will not be returning to the store. I have many more options to select from that will satisfy my requirements. I found the 14-day return policy laughable at Christmas time -- good thing my husband is a procrasinator when it comes to shopping -- or I would have likely been left with no return options. It felt like a "gotcha" on a technicality and ultimately, I'm left feeling like it's all glitter and no glam. Very disappointing. read more
