Came to this location to get my battery replaced for my favorite watch that I've had for years. I initially gave the store a call for some inquiries and spoke to an amazingly polite gentleman. It's unfortunate that I have to give them a 1 star. I just want to warn shoppers about this exact location charging us for items we do not have. I bought earrings there, they were the last ones they had at the time. The center has now come out almost 1 year later. I went to take them to the store and this item is not even on the receipt I was charged for another item, a necklace. I never knew this had happened until now. The store says they can't do anything about it and customer care says they can't do anything it either. So be careful when you purchase that you aren't being over charged and that you are actually being charged for the correct items! I'm out $45 dollars and damaged earrings... be cautious shoppers. read more

I've shopped at Fossil off and on over the years. They have a good selection of handbags, watches, and sunglasses. I'm a huge accessories gal so this is a nice place to stop when at the Brea Mall. When I came into this store last week, I really loved looking at all the fun new handbags. The spring colors are all so pretty! But I just needed a small black crossbody bag to carry a few small items, and there was no black handbags to be found. I guess if the color isn't in season, you just won't find it here. The customer service is fairly good here. The first time I walked in, the employees were very busy talking to each other and didn't notice me walk in. When I came back a half an hour later, they were both really friendly and helpful. Although Fossil sells beautiful accessories, I probably won't shop here very often. Best experience ever. I came in for two watch repairs but they waive the cost if you buy something in store. They had a 30% off sale and I needed a new belt. Win-win! The staff was superb. I've gone to 3 different stores trying to get my free replacement battery for my Hybrid Fossil watch before visiting this Fossil store, however with no luck because every store I've been to at this point inform me that the battery I need is not in stock and I've had to walk away empty-handed every time. These aren't the same Fossil watches that you used to see in department stores about 10 years ago. Their watches are legit now and the average cost of each watch is about $150. You're thinking, what happened? Several years back, Fossil finally put their heads together and decided to increase the quality and look of their watches. Your new watch comes with a warranty that covers material and manufacturing defects for up to 11 years (from the date of purchase) under their terms and conditions. 11 years? Where did they get that? That's like asking, what's your favorite time of the day? Uhm.........2:56 PM. Just random! This store is not that big but they had 6 employees working at the time I visited. All of them were super nice (smiles and all), telling me stories like how their manager has over 100 Fossil watches, since he's been with the company forever. The associate that helped me told me to look around since the display cabinets are not locked so I can see any watch I want without hassle. Men's stuff on the right side of the store, Women's on the left. They also sell wallets, accessories, handbags, jewelry, sunglasses, and belts. I think some of their other stores carry clothes and shoes as well. Fossil makes watches for other companies such as Burberry, DKNY, Emporio Armani, Adidas, Michael Kors, Armani Exchange, Marc Jacobs, and Diesel. So all those watches that you see in their stores, made by Fossil. No wonder this company is making money. If you purchase a watch, their tradition of letting you choose a carrying case hasn't changed. You just pick one of the boxes on the wall as you're cashing out. read more

This is the closest Fossil store to me and I always have to take a look at the watches whenever I stop by the Brea Mall. They have a good selection of watches, but they also have other accessories. On my most recent visit, I already knew that I wanted to make a purchase no matter what. I was looking at a couple different watches, but then I ended up getting a great watch. I'm not sure what the style name or code is, but I am very pleased with my purchase. The best part is that it only costs $135! Other stores like Macy's or Nordstroms often have a great selection of Fossil watches and sometimes they even might have them on sale, but I really do like coming to this actual Fossil store to buy my watches. I called sometime last week with a problem with my watch and Uly took care of everything, he found my replacement during this busy time of year in a quick manner. -My fiancé and myself stopped by because he wanted a new simple brown leather watch. We both like Fossil a lot so what better store to go inside Brea mall. -The guy that helped us was very nice and helpful. He helped my boyfriend pick a leather strap first and then the face of the watch which made it easy because he wanted to match a belt to go with it. I think we only spent about 30 minutes or less from the moment we walked in till we were walking out again. -We have visited this location multiple times before and it has always been a positive experience. Except one time we came in to have a watch adjusted and the girl that was doing it messed up on taking the links from the same side of the clasp instead of taking it one by one on each side of the clasp. We didn't notice until he wore the watch and the clasp was off centered. We returned later to have them fixed it and they did and were very apologetic about the insident. -Overall, we will definetly be coming back to this store because they are always quick and are helpful. This place is amazing. My wife bought me a fossil watch for Father's Day and I accidentally dropped it on the way to get the band resized and put a pretty bad scratch on the bezel. I took it to a jewelry repair shop which they could not polish it out or fix it but did recommend to go to a fossil store. I called and talked to Tony and explained my situation and he told me to come in and see what he can do for me. Now my wife purchased the watch at a non fossil store so I was expecting to have the watch sent out for repair and pay for it. Tony and the manager at that location simply exchanged the watch for a brand new one. Same exact watch no questions asked or any hassle. I was so thankful and shocked. Also, I had the watch engraved at no cost. All they asked was to tell my wife next time shop at that location.
