I've always had good experiences at this Pandora location. The staff is friendly, helpful, and does their best to assist customers, even during the busiest times of the year. One thing I think people sometimes forget is that respect goes both ways. Employees deserve the same courtesy and kindness that customers expect to receive. Retail workers spend their entire day helping people, answering questions, and dealing with situations that are often beyond their control, and they shouldn't have to tolerate rude or disrespectful behavior simply because they're on the job. Now located first floor next to Charlotte Russe. I placed my order online and was notified via email when it was ready for pick up at this location. They were having valentine day specials and so the deals were too hard to pass on I really like the quality of the earrings and my ears tolerate them well. It's Mother's Day, so I completely understand that businesses are busy and stressful today. Unfortunately, my daughter and I had a really disappointing experience with one of the employees, Ivette. She told us that only two Mother's Day charms were available, which didn't seem to be true. What bothered me more was the attitude. She was very rude, barely spoke to us, and made us feel unwelcome the entire interaction. I called ahead to reserve a charm because they only had one left and it was for my warranty. I only had a short wait and then Alondra was very attentive and sweet; she offered to clean my bracelets and helped me with my replacement charm. I wasn't gonna buy anything, but I felt so welcome I decided to purchase cute open work Year of the horse charm. My girlfriend and I stopped by here tonight after picking up our order at Macy. Since we're still in the pandemic of covid, they only allow 1 of us in the store at a time since it's a small store. The staff was very friendly and tell you how to properly wear your mask. They also sanitize your hand before they let you walk in. They have some good deals on Friday and during the holiday seasons. The staff is also very knowledgeable about the pieces and patient with you looking until you find what's right for you - no pressure. The day I visited the store, there was a wonderful sale and so I purchased my first bracelet and I was happy to see that they offered some "Faith" pieces and so I purchased an angel, a cross and a piece with the word faith on it. I certainly enjoyed shopping here and I received a nice discount due to the sale and i came in right on time because it was the last day of the sale. I also ordered a special charm that said "granddaughter" and it came in on my birthday which was great! My son called Pandora Northridge a month or so ago after another location told him this store had the ring in the size he was looking for. He kindly asked them to hold it over night and let them know we'd be by the next evening to purchase. They were friendly and helpful to him on the phone and when we arrived, helped us out right away. We were making a purchase for his one year anniversary with his girlfriend (they're in high school!) and had selected the love knot rose gold ring, which I can say is hands down one of their best designs (trust me I browsed the site and store). I'm not a Pandora fan by any stretch of the imagination but this ring immediately made me think of the James Bond Algerian Loveknot. A classy piece indeed! Pandora jewelry is just beautiful and high quality. I have never had a problem with any of the pieces I have purchased. The store in Northridge is beautifully kept and the sales people are extremely helpful. I most recently visited the store this past weekend and the sales gentleman took the time to answer all my questions. He was very patient as he showed me all the pieces I requested to see and he even cleaned my existing pieces free of charge. He took great care to package everything carefully and beautifully. My review goes to the worst manager I could have possibly encountered- Diane. I don't understand why would you be in retail if you dont have any basic customer service skills. If this review every gets read by higher ups, which I doubt, please do ourselves and yourself a favor and give your store "management" some kind of training. Avoid this location at any costs! Topanga location has a nicer staff and less snobby and unqualified managers. If you have any other transactions besides purchases I guarantee you'll be "kicked" out of the store with a nasty smile. This is what we experienced at the Northridge Pandora Store. My husband and I went in to return a ring. It was purchased in July 2019. We attempted to return the ring since it was still under warranty. My sister originally purchased it for me as gift. We were given a difficult time by Diane the manager. The ring was discontinued and no longer available. So we checked on line and found one. With that being done we asked if they could send it to the Northridge location. They said they would. They said it would take 3 weeks and that they would call. This was in December. We called Pandora on Monday 01/27/20 to see if the ring was ready so we could pick up. Diane, The manager said that the ring was already picked up. That someone had called and that it had been picked up. Which was a lie. We never received a call let alone picked the ring up. We asked do you have a signature of the person that signed for it. Of course she's didn't. How can you do business like this? By making up lies. Once she was confronted with her lies she then said she would give us a refund or we can choose something else. This is perhaps the worst customer service ever. I am so surprised you would have a Manager like this working for your Company. read more

Do not buy here especially not while Diane is there. If you're buying something you'll get barely adequate service. If you're returning or exchanging, they will do all it takes to make sure you are so dissatisfied that you will never shop there again. Diane is apparently the manager according to her. She lied every step of the way to try to dissuade me from exchanging a ring that fell apart after a couple of months. She first said it needs to be returned only to the original store it was purchased. I explained that it was purchased in Texas as she could see on the receipt. She gave us a really hard time and after insisting she agreed to exchange but didn't have it in stock and she said it was discontinued. I picked up my phone and looked online and found it in a neighboring store. Long story short I had them send it to the Northridge store. Diane said it would take a few weeks because of Xmas and that she would call us. She never did and I honestly just forgot about it. After about 6 weeks my wife reminded me and I called and spoke with Diane. After literally 10 minutes just trying to locate me in her system, she says oh we called you and you picked up your ring, we have a signature that it was picked up. I started to really get upset and told her that first of all I never got a call and no voicemail and secondly if I had picked it up I wouldn't be calling for it. I told her that she will need to investigate this unacceptable situation. She hung up on me. I called back, she said oh, I thought you hung up. We then agreed that she would investigate and call me back the next day. About 20 minutes later she called me back and said " it looks like the ring was never shipped out from the store we ordered it from and we've just been waiting for it. " so I caught her in more lies and I told her so when you said I had picked it up and you had a signature and that I was called to pick it up... where did you get that information? Did you just make that up? Her answer was we can give you a refund or you can choose something else. I would never buy from that company again and I'm going to make sure to spread the word about the Northridge Mall Pandora store as the worst service I have ever experienced. I have been in retail most of my life and a regional supervisor for a large retailer. Diane would have been relieved of her position on the spot if I had been her regional. Never Pandora again!!! I've been to two Pandora stores - here and Glendale. The staff here are significantly more helpful and friendly. Each time I've been in to either buy or window shop, multiple staff ask if I need assistance, and quickly find charms I'm looking for. I really appreciate that last week, when I was buying several hundred dollars worth of jewelry, a staff member suggested I pay and put everything on layaway so I can come back the next week and take advantage of their promotion (which I was not aware of - a free bracelet for every $125 you spend). I did and now I have free bracelets to enjoy or gift to others :) I'm a little surprised by the negative reviews and hope I don't run into some of the problems others here have posted about having! read more

I've never had bad service at a Pandora store but this location is not welcoming at all. I walk in and I'm not even greeted, while I'm looking around no one approached me to ask if I needed help. While I'm in the store along with a few other customers the workers decide it's a good idea to take down the sale posters when it's not even near closing time. When I ask for help the lady didn't seem to want to help since she said to wait and towards the end knowing there's a sale going on she never even tried upgrading me nor did she say the sale they had going on. She also said they do cleaning service and she didn't even offer that either making it sound like the store was way too busy to get it done at the moment. I usually enjoy shopping Pandora in Michigan and Florida. But it was very difficult at this store in trying to purchase a Hollywood charm and having it shipped. I came in store earlier and knew the one I wanted. It appears employees are not as knowledgeable and not willing to work with you. As a result I did not purchase the charm that I really liked. I probably should have bought it when I was in the store if I had known it was going to be so difficult. Went in yesterday to buy something for my cousin's birthday, I didn't know what I wanted to get her but Mayra helped me right away and began showing me the jewelry. They had a sale going on so she explained the pricing if I purchased more than one thing so I bought a necklace with matching ear rings. She was super helpful I'm the worst shopper but she helped me pick out a cute set and even wrapped it beautifully for my cousin.
