Fresh finds in San Gabriel Valley with the addition of this Panera Bread in the City of Azusa. It was a rainy day and i wanted some soup. It was not available until the Grand opening. The employees gave me a coupon for 25% off my next order. This deal is available for everyone if you download their app. Doors open at 6AM on Friday, February 20th. Lots of specials and promotions planned, don't miss out and bring a friend! It is located in the shopping center at Alosta Avenue and Citrus Avenue. Plenty of free parking available. Sincerely, Rosemary

They opened this restaurant last week and I decided to give it a try today. I was promptly greeted upon entry by a lot of friendly smiles. I ordered the 'Pick 2' option and I picked 2 half sandwiches with a French baguette roll on the side. I watched the store manager, Kiley, fully engaged and training her staff. Great vibes, good food, and Panera Sip Club.. Can't ask for more! I want to thank Kiley for her incredible customer service and extend a warm welcome to Kiley and the Panera team on their new restaurant in Azusa!

This past week, I went in to order my usual and Matthew has it memorized! I told him I'd wait for my food outside and less than a minute, he brought me my order. She ordered the Tofu Bahn MI and Portobello mushroom (no cheese) sandwiches. I had planned ahead, and did the Crunchy Peanut Salad, subbed chicken with Tofu, extra Endamame, (I forgot to request remove honey peanuts), and asked if peanut dressing was vegan- Mike, the cashier, went back to check with kitchen, and yes, ingredients were only peanut butter, soy sauce, rice vinegar & tamari! Perfect! The manager, Matthew, delivered our food to our table, and he said that Mike made sure the focaccia bread on side for me was wrapped separate, as it was vegan, yet in kitchen with possible cross contamination. Matthew said they are very conscientious if a customer is vegan or vegetarian to be mindful of their orders. I was completely blown away! Huge shout out to Mike, and the manager Matthew for the care that is so rare! I'll definitely be back more often.

At the very least, Zodiac Juiceology & Apothecary (Covina) is extremely fast. I arrived at Zodiac Juiceology & Apothecary (Covina) on Friday (around 8:46AM). The location appeared relatively clean but worn down. Furniture looked old; paint is faded & chipped; and floor is scuffed with black marks. Staff is professional and quick. I ordered the Aquarius Juice ($7.95 - 16oz). It arrived in literal seconds. Staff opened a cooler and grabbed a filled glass bottle. Fast. Staff also answered all my questions. Zodiac Juiceology & Apothecary (Covina) has customer internet with password. It also has a hidden restroom near the back. Also, if customers return the bottle, they receive 15 cents. The Aquarius Juice ($7.95 - 16oz) contains carrot juice, red apple juice, orange juice, and pineapple juice. It's a lot of chilled liquid. I also appreciated its eye-catching bright color. Unfortunately, I personally disliked this drink. The primary flavor was bitter apple and tangy orange. It mostly tasted like the bitterness from an apple's skin. In the background, I faintly tasted the carrot and pineapple juice. There were also several specks of black floating in my drink, but I think these black bits were grounded up seeds. Surprisingly, this drink actually made me more thirsty. I guzzled a bottle of water after my visit. Despite my dislike, the drink is not bad. It's functional and healthy. It's not tasty nor the freshest, but it's a lot of liquid in a pretty bottle. Regarding ambiance, Zodiac Juiceology & Apothecary (Covina) feels poorly maintained. Wall colors were chipping; furniture colors look faded; and furniture felt very worn down. Zodiac Juiceology & Apothecary (Covina) looks old. The location also played slow rap music, lacked electric wall sockets for customers, and had a few flies buzzing around from its open door. Thankfully, the location is relatively clean. Overall, Zodiac Juiceology & Apothecary (Covina) is forgettable but inoffensive. Its juices taste frugal, but its liquid portions are generous. If actively searching for a farmers market vibe, this might be your spot. 3.5 out of 5

I seriously love coming here!…read more I stop by Limone 2-3 times a week, and it never disappoints. The Cali Chop Salad is absolutely delicious fresh, flavorful, and something I find myself craving regularly. The service is just as impressive! Their team always greets you with a smile, remembers familiar faces, and genuinely makes you feel welcome and appreciated every time you walk up. Great food, great people, and a consistently great experience. see you soon!

My parents and I eat at this restaurant often, we love the food! It's unfortunate that last night,…read morewe received pretty terrible service. I know the World Cup game was on last night, so the woman who was taking orders at the front was a bit distracted - I get it. I just don't think it's fair that I accept the type of service I received last night just because the game was on. It is totally possible to watch the game AND do your job...just not for the employees last night. My parents ordered the chicken and fries plate, they always get that. They put their entire order to go, when they didn't order it to go. My parents kept saying "why did I pay this much to put my own meal together?" About 25 minutes passed by and my order, the feta fries, was not out. I went up to check on my order and the woman working said "sorry he forgot to make it." And I replied, "my family finished their meal already". She said "do you not want it anymore? He's almost done." So I waited another 5 minutes (I guess he wasn't almost done...) and my order was ready. No apology. Also how do you forget to cook a meal when it's literally your task? While I was waiting for my food, there wasn't a single person in line, and the woman who ordered shortly after me got her food right away. While my family sat there and waited for me to finish my meal (cause they already finished their's) the same woman who took my order and didn't apologize for the kitchen staff forgetting to cook food, went over to smog city to grab a seltzer and Micheladas for her and the other guys working. It is really unprofessional to be drinking on the job. I'm really disappointed by this whole experience because my family and I really like this place. After that bad experience, we won't be eating here again. I hope management addresses this with their staff. It's also a huge safety hazard to have your kitchen staff drink while working, especially if they are working with knives and fryers. Yikes.

I had the 1/2 smoked/roasted chicken and my wife ordered the fish tacos. The chicken was perfectly cooked, the breast meat tender and juicy. The barbecue sauce they use is perfect for the dish. The beans were smoky and slightly spicy, a nice accompaniment for the chicken. My wife's fish tacos- white fish deep fried- was also very good. Almost a tempura type light batter and prep. We both ended up taking about 1/2 our dinners home as leftovers. I'm glad we remembered Frisella's. We will be going back soon.

However, later that evening, I woke up in the middle of the night and was violently ill. Symptoms included fever, chills, body aches, nausea, and other gastrointestinal distress. I was so sick in fact that I went to Urgent Care the following morning, still with all of the same symptoms and after running some tests, I was diagnosed with what they believed was either food poisoning or a stomach virus from tainted food. I strongly believe the pork ribs were not cooked correctly at this restaurant and that is why I became so ill. I called the restaurant after and repeatedly tried to speak to a manager to let them know what happened since I would not want anyone else to become sick. However I was repeatedly told that a manager wasn't on duty by a boy who worked there with horrible customer service skills. I truly believe a manager just did not want to speak to anyone about any concerns. It's sad because this restaurant used to be wonderful when it was operated by the original owners, but it seems to be going downhill under new management/owners. I don't suggest eating here unless you want to risk your health and deal with unresponsive management.
