Every once in a while, I'll get that craving for a good burger. Given the name of the store, I'd thought I would give it a try. I placed an order online for the Tom's Super Burger (Medium rare) and a large chili cheese fries. The interior of the store gives off an old diner vibe with lots of seating. It was empty when I went around 6:30 PM. There is more than plenty of parking in their lot and includes a drive thru as well. When I came to pick-up the order, it wasn't ready yet. There was a couch near the counter so I sat there and waited for the order, which took ~ 10 minutes. My first impression was that the burger and fries were a large portion. The burger was decent and hit the spot for the craving. You'd get everything you aspect from bacon, cheese, avocado, lettuce, etc. IFor the fries, it was a bit of a letdown. Some parts of it were crispy, and others were not. The cheese didn't really melt. Chili is really only layered on top and not enough for the fries at the bottom. Please fix your drinks station. For the last few years, your unsweetened Iced tea tastes rancid, I love unsweetened tea but I avoid it when I come here. The sodas do not have the right syrup to water mixing and could use some cleaning as well. The orange bang came out as pure syrup and I had to dilute it myself. Gross inedible zucchini and chili fries. Didn't even finish them because they were just that bad. The zucchini was soggy and had a weird seasoning combo. Went during a late night on the weekend. I wasn't a fan of the chili cheese fries. We live almost less than 5 minutes away and the fries were already soggy. But maybe that's just something that can't be helped. The taquitos weren't great either but the guacamole sauce saved it and it tasted pretty okay afterwards. I wasn't expecting much from here, but it seems like a decent last resort for late night fast food. My wife had mentioned about this place awhile back, but I was hesitant because I never like to try anything new. Finally came to Super Tom's burgers and ordered breakfast, i was totally impressed! The food was delicious, while I was eating I took a real good look inside and outside and this place is super clean from top to bottom. The inside is immaculate and the outside is also very well kept. I noticed how one of the employees, "Samantha" was cleaning in detail the salt and pepper shakers and I told her how I was totally impressed on how she was being so thorough, Samantha also was very friendly to my wife and I. We will see you soon Super Tom's. I look forward to coming in more often with my entire family and will tell my friends about this awesome place! Great job to the entire staff! I used to come and dine here frequently with friends and family. Was great for awhile then food started to decline in quality. A friend and I went back after a hiatus of a year and we decided to return and gave this place another go around. The breakfast burrito could use some flavor. I've been meaning to write this review for a while and feel it is still warranted because it illustrates the lack of customer service and false advertising by Super Tom's Burger. Took my son through the drive-thru for dinner at 7pm one Sunday. My son ordered a Jr. Cheeseburger and I ordered a Steak Sandwich meal. While ordering I noticed a sign that read "Tom's BOGO - Buy any Hamburger and Get One Regular Hamburger Free. After 4pm ONLY". [I've attached a picture of the sign and menu]. I figured free food is free food, so I asked to add the Free Hamburger. The person taking my order told me we had to order a 1/4 lb. hamburger or larger to get the free one. I said the sign says "ANY" hamburger and that the Jr. Cheeseburger was clearly listed under "Hamburgers" on the menu. They said it was the rules. I then asked for a manager, I know, all this for a stupid hamburger, but it's the principle. I told the manager all about how the sign says "ANY" hamburger, how it does not say any 1/4 lb. hamburger or larger and that the only requirements on the sign are to buy ANY hamburger and that it must be after 4pm, which it was. The manager basically said those were the terms of the deal and wouldn't budge. Now, you may think that this is an over-reaction to a pretty small thing, but to me it is, again, the principle. This is clearly false advertising and really poor customer service. read more

It doesn't really bother me but if you're the type of person that cares about that then the place isn't for you. They have friendly staff and they bring the food to you. Ordered food inside instead of the drive thru. Just my preference since after years of driving thru a lot of different eateries, you often get an order that is missing items.
