We come to this Panera just about every day because we are members of Sip Club. E don't always eat there but we get our drink and go. I have a slight addiction to diet soda. And their coffee is really good. When we do eat here, lately, my breakfast of choice has been the Avo with egg white sandwich. I get it with the Asiago bagel when I remember to ask for it. I will say their breakfast sandwiches are really good. If you're coming for lunch, the soups and salad are delicious. The staff here are just so sweet. Yesterday,Roman was so sweet and offered to do both of ours and have them ready at the same time. Well, it was the only Panera I could find in the area within a 10 miles radius, if you're heading to the Morongo Casino and you were thirsty, I am glad they existed for all the right reasons, the have a huge interior and a drive thru, but if you order to go, there's no cups on display anywhere, not at the kiosk, not behind the counter either, you have to tell one of the staff to give you one, maybe there were an incident which people started to stealing all the cups without paying. read more

I ordered an Asian Sesame Salad with Chicken, a Summer Corn Chowder Soup, and a Roasted Turkey & Avocado BLT Sandwich. The size of the salad for the price of $10.29 was a little expensive. And there was not enough dressing for the entire salad. The Summer Corn Chowder soup was very good, but again for the $6.69 price, the soup bowl was very small. The restaurant is really beautiful but the people that work inside there are shitty. They have no professional skills at all starting with management. We entered the restaurant and we weren't even welcomed, the cashier register dude named Wesley seemed like he hates his job. The manager had no interest in my complaint when my family and I had something to say about the employee that was making and preparing our food. The employee prepping the food seemed so bothered when I asked for comdiments. The second time I asked her for more condiments she gave me a horrible attitude. I then spoke with the manager Marissa that refused to give me the name of the employee that was being rude and unprofessional. I got a few items from this Panera on the night of 09/29/22 and brought it home to eat. I was eating my Margherita flatbread when I noticed something long and shiny coming out of a slice. I pulled what I thought was a yellow tomato that turned out to actually be a long piece of yellow plastic. By the time the order was picked up and eaten at home, this Panera was already closed and so was the customer service line. We love the cheddar broccoli soup. I had a steak and white cheddar sandwich that was tasty but overpriced. We called for a take-out order at 9:08 PM and they were out of bread for my steak sandwich and the turkey bacon sandwich for my wife. We could not order online because of the lack of bread substitutions. We paid $1.99 additional for extra bacon. I am attaching a photo of the bacon. It was undercooked and of poor quality. The turkey was advertised as oven-roasted but looked like processed turkey you would buy in a plastic container at the supermarket.
