Order always correct and ready for pickup. Frequent on my way into work. Will not go to any other location. By far best service.

The staff here is absolutely phenomenal. We ordered online for our department to pick up lunch and included in the instructions to draw a duck on the bag for easy pick up. Lo and behold, when our driver went to pick it up, he had zero problem picking it out, for there was a giant duck drawn on the bag. This drawing wasn't just some scribble, it is by far the best duck drawing I have ever witnessed. Had problems using their website to order on my phone. Would get an error as I approached checkout. Just have gone to the location a couple times to order. Convenient for a quick relatively healthy meal. Wife with a bad winter cold was craving chicken soup and they had a solid one for a good price. Bonus points for me not having to cook. They are built for high volumes at this location thanks to the delivery/pickup only set up. This is the same food you would get at any other Panera. Love their pastries, including the Pumpkin Muffie! One of our favorite eatery for a light meal. The whole family love their bread and pastries. The service was fantastic at this location. The smiling servers were very helpful with our order of various salads and pastries. You can order on line and on several computer screens in the restaurant. When your order is ready, it is placed in a cubicle with the initial of your first name. Then a server will call out your first name as it appeared on a computer screen for you to see. read more

Revising what I said about the extreme efficiency with which they prepare lunches for takeout. The last few times I've been in, they've been completely overwhelmed with lunch time orders, with people waiting for over a half an hour for orders that were supposed to be ready when they got to the store. They also frequently get orders wrong. This happened to me today -- I waited over a half hour for an incorrectly made (and disgusting) salad that I did not eat. They refunded my money, but I had wasted a lot of time and had to go elsewhere to find lunch. I'm staying away until they get their act together. read more

This panera express is great! We visited 3 times in 3 days as we were staying at a nearby hotel. You can order on screens inside or you can even order ahead online. The order ahead online option is awesome because you can just run in and grab your food off the shelf. I had the cinnamon crunch bagel and it's to die for, so yummy! My husband had two different breakfast sandwiches, he was more impressed with one than the other as one of them had a slight green tint to the eggs. Overall, great experience. Everyone was so helpful! I had a large catering order I placed 20 minutes before I needed it. When I came to pick the order up I had to add on about 4 additional orders, all of them had to be rung up seperately for my co-workers. They were so accommodating, friendly and quick. Everyone took the extra step to get me in and out of there in a friendly fast manner. I will be getting all of the office catering done from them from here on out. read more

I love panera, but will never order again after today. I ordered a broccoli cheddar soup and to my surprise there was a dead spider in the soup. Absolutely disgusting. When I called I got nothing but the customer service department which by the way are the rudest people ever. Never ever again will I eat panera. read more

This location charged me 3 times for my lunch & when i called to ask about it Chris, the manager I'm assuming told me that it was my bank or my fault and that he has no time to help a loyal customer figure it out. I've been ordering lunch here for a year and he was the RUDEST employee i have ever encountered there. read more

We used to get take out from here a lot, lately (last six months) so not impressed. I always order the chicken ceasar salad, with a few additionals (bacon bits and eggs)..three times now i've gotten a salad that the lettuce was not only wilted but slimy and one time the eggs were MOLDY. Now i'm an adult, I know that what restaurants consider fresh and consumers consider fresh are two different things but slimy lettuce and moldy eggs are not acceptable at all. Don't know if management changed or what but if they continue on I know they won't have customers for long. read more

This place is alright. The food is pretty standard and is relatively decent for a fast food place. There is seating in the back of this place, but it's not standard panera seating. Instead there's tables in a general hallway of a business complex, which isn't that great. You can order online, which is nice. But if you show up around lunch time without pre-ordering, you may end up waiting 15-20 minutes to get your order. Overall I'd say this place is fine if you're looking for a lunch spot and need something quick. read more

Three weeks ago I had breakfast sandwiches delivered. They arrived on time however..when I opened the bagel and egg sandwich the Eggs were GREEN WITH MOLD! Bothe if them. I called talked to manager I said to come pick them up they were not EATEN. She said no problem do you want another order. I said No. She said I will credit your account! YA Right to date there is no credit. I don't care how much it came to. GREEN EGGS WITH MOLD IS NOT ACCEPTABLE!! DO YOU NO THE DAMAGE THAT COULD HAVE HAPPENED IF MY CHILD AND I ATE THAT!! DISGUSTING! These guys just can't seem to get anything right with your order. I ordered here a few times for my office because it was quick in a pinch, but every single time something was missing. One time they even tried to make excuses, telling me that they were out of what I had ordered which is why it didn't come - but they had no problem charging me for it! Another time they completely lost my order even though I had multiple confirmations. Anyways. Not worth it. Try the Panera in Westford or Lowell, much better. read more

The sausage egg and cheese sandwich was Lousy! I don't know why they use perfectly good fried frozen eggs from New Jersey. The sausage tasted peculiar to say the least. The cheese wasn't much better. To simply say I will never eat at another Panera Bread again. Every time I think I should give it another try, I get disappointed! read more

I love this Panera, so convenient. I prefer this location to others in the area because you are in and out so quickly.
