I now 'get it'... My family orders this spot for delivery A LOT for reasons. I am back home on the west coast and sad because we do not have this in my neighborhood. I was a skeptic but hay, I go with the flow. Then I see the chef salad... I started with that and for the meat selection I went with the chef roll that is like a gorgeous, super fresh salad with a charcuterie on top and WOW. Also, I am normally not into green bell pepper but them adding it to the salad was amazing! It was phenomenal. The one night I wanted something...like bread but not too much...just hmmm... So I hunt the menu and find that I can get a kid sized sandwich which is described as 4 inches. That was an amazing sandwich and way more than 4 inches and I also ordered a salad so that became breakfast. Disclaimer: This review is solely based on their fries but because they were this good, I think you all deserve to know. If you're ever in the area, I would HIGHLY recommend trying their port fries. They're very simple crinkle cut fries with old bay seasoning and a side of sriracha aioli but don't associate simple with bland. They're light, they're crispy, they're soft on the inside, they're flavorful, and the dip makes them even better. It's not spicy, mostly creamy. This is my first time trying this location but my second time trying Bennetts. My second trip was way better! I ordered a steak sandwich and a lobster roll. Everything was fresh including the lobster. The steak was piping hot and I enjoyed it. However, it lacked seasoning. I asked for steak sauce, but they don't have any. I think onion powder, garlic powder, or even the option for A1 sauce packets would go a long way. Also, I agree with one of the other reviewers that the roll does nothing for the sandwich. It's a bit tough and doesn't add any dimension. Perhaps, if it were a different roll that was toasted on the griddle, it would absorb more of the steak goodness. The bread for the lobster roll was on point. It was toasted to perfection and a nice compliment to the lobster. The lobster is served cold so I asked that it be packed separately so I could heat it at home. I would order the lobster sandwich again. We ordered $67.00 worth of food, 3 hot, 2 cold meals and French fries. we used the online menu and charged it. The site said it would be ready in 30-40 minutes. We live 6 minutes away so we figured we'd go and wait so we could get it hot. Wrong!! when got there 15 minutes after we placed the order the order was already bagged and sitting on the shelf, we drove home to find cold sandwiches and cold fries. We try calling them and noone answers the phone. There are so many other eateries in Burlington with better service and food, you're better off going somewhere else! read more

Ordered a small meatball sub. They gave it to the wrong person who left with it, opened it, and brought it back because it wasn't theirs. I watched them take it to the back, open it again, and then reseal it and give it to me to eat. I was hungry and in a rush, so I said whatever. I have eaten here three times since they opened. Two of the times they made our order wrong. One time they refunded the order and the other we didn't mention it because it was a minor issue. Buffalo chicken cheesesteak very good, but could use more "Buffalo" and a bit more kick. New place, they will figure it out. Port fries covered in Old Bay are really good. Passing by the Burlington Mall and I saw a Bennett's had opened in the mall and decided to check them out. I think they opened very recently - very nice spot right on the outside of the mall with a nice interior and room to eat and wait for your food. They look to have the same menu as the other Bennett's locations with the lobster and avocado favorites on it. My dining partner and I decided to get a breakfast sandwich and a sub to go. The cashier was training and was nervous but did a great job. I'm sure by the end of the first week he'll have everything down to a science. We ordered an egg and cheese with tomato and cream cheese on a bagel. Sandwich was perfect - I loved the way they did the egg with it slightly runny still. We also got a large turkey sub to go which came with cheese, tomatoes, lettuce, mayo and pickles. I had that hours later for dinner and it still tasted freshly made. Absolutely loved it - whoever made it kudos to them for constructing it like they do where I grew up (which is surprisingly hard to find where I live now) - and it had just tons of tomatoes and pickles. I think I've found my go to sub place, fairly locally, finally! Service was top notch, menu is fantastic and the food was well worth the price, very filling and tasty. Really happy with the breakfast sandwiches and bowls! Easy parking since it's at the end of the mall. FYI each time I have ordered online--I LOVE the flexibility because every possible option for adding or omitting ingredients is listed. The Stegg sub is a delicious breakfast/steak and cheese combo and I love the grilled peppers. Hard to choose something else because it's so good but the pastrami egg and cheese, tasty on its own, introduced me to their delicious sriracha aioli for which I will always be grateful (it's also a dip for the port fries, which I highly recommend even though the air holes in the packaging will get Old Bay everywhere). Hash browns are good--maybe I wish you got a few more in an order but they are well seasoned (better to bite them than pop them in your mouth whole so you get the seasoning on the tip of your tongue). I'm not really supposed to be eating all these carbs and the Stegg Bowl--added sausage please--is a great option when I need to skip the bread and most of the potatoes.
