I like Panera bread but almost $3 dollars for a bear claw seems kinda high. The pastries are $0.99 when bought alongside a "you pick two" combo and a drink, but then you're looking at almost $15 dollars total Where else can we find quality bear claws around? Please let me know! read more

We come here about once a week usually for a Sunday morning breakfast. Always order on the app and then pickup curbside. Today was the first time that they messed up our order. They did not include egg on my sandwich. The rest was good though. Service wise however, the last few times the worker that has brought out our food has looked very discouraged. No smile. No thank you. Look as if they are very annoyed by having to bring out curbside. Don't offer the service if you can't do it with a smile. We will likely find a new place for our Sunday morning breakfast takeout and give Panera a chance to shape up. read more

Last week was my first time at this location... I don't know why it took me so long to come haha since living here a year and a half! PARKING/WAIT: They are located in a shopping center and there is a lot of parking, however, the parking right by panera gets very crowded during peak times, such as lunch. The line inside can get long, but moves quickly. They also have a drive through option if you are strapped for time and cannot get out of your car. SEATING: They have a lot of seating, but during lunch time it can become sparse. Last time I was there they had a room reserved for a work function, so there were less seats available, but we were luckily able to score a booth soon after our food was ready.. woohoo! haha. CUSTOMER SERVICE: The employees I interacted during this visit were all great. Friendly and helpful. FOOD: I ordered the Turkey BLT with Avocado and it was delicious! Hit the spot! I also got my daughter the PB&J, which was good, but she was more interested in my sandwich haha. One of the main things I like about Panera is their quality of ingredients. I truly appreciate that they try to get the healthiest ingredients. They have continuously scored high when it comes to having meat without antibiotics and being transparent with this information. Another chain restaurant with a good theme and excellent follow-through, Panera focuses on freshly made sandwiches, salads and soups, plus a wonderful bakery of not only pastries but also breads of all shapes and sizes. I particularly enjoy their chocolate chip bagel with the hazlenut cream cheese and when I am in the mood, a thick-sliced loaf of cinnamon raisin bread for home made Sunday morning French toast. It's a little expensive ($10 for a sandwich and a drink). They also have a $6.29 "pick two" special where you get to choose two of a half-sandwich and a bowl of soup or a salad. I don't know if it is healthy, but it's certainly a lighter choice than a McD's value meal! Panera has free wi-fi and they generally don't mind if you stick around for a couple of hours. Called in when we were there and took about two minutes for a person to bring out our food. Couldn't tell if they were smiling because they had a mask on but they were very friendly and our order was correct and the food was good. read more

This is the worst Panera ever. I've tried 3 times and it happened again today: 1 Mediterranean warm grain bowl 1/2 filled with no argula (no chicken) and a scrawny little torn piece of baguette. Over $11 for this. Next time, I'll make a better choice and spend my money elsewhere. read more

Panera's coffee generally has really gone downhill in the past year. The days of clearly marking the made by time are gone. I have found this to be true at all locations as I travel. The coffee is frequently not fresh and lukewarm. Apparently the goal of the coffee club is to just give this stuff away to lure me in the door hoping I will buy some overpriced sandwich or soup. This particular Panera's that I have stopped by as I travel through town has some issues that seem to come down to not having enough employees. I have canceled my coffee club even though I am a sucker for "free" stuff. read more

We eat at Panera all the time and usually it is superb. This visit the experience was lackluster, as have the last month at this location. They were not friendly. They were in no hurry to get out to go order done. When we got home we found the avocado in the Chipotle Avocado Melt to be spoiled, as were the onions and tomatoes on the Frontega Chicken. The soups were good. Hopefully they can bring this Panera back up to Panera standards. read more

What happened? I used to live this place. The place is soo dirty. It smells by the soft drink station and everything is sticky. The floor isn't cleaned between customers and it is dripping water from the ceiling. The French baguette was not the usual bread I like. Now it is dry and not tasteful. I give three stars because my kids loved the flat bread cheese pizza and the grilled cheese sandwich. Such a bummer! read more

This Panera location has consistently sucked over the years. Half the time at least one item is missing from my to go bag. Today they forgot two sandwiches, so we are still hungry. Let me first say Panera is my fave place. But this location has some big problems. We arrive at 130pm for lunch , it was under staffed. Was told no avacados and out of two types of bread for sandwiches. What??? This is a bread place right? No signs of cooking anymore. Wow! We get our food and my friends pulls a small blonde hair from her salad omg!!!!! What is going on? We will not come back to this location ever again. As we were eating by the window where the handicapped park and seen a guy with a walker fall and not be able to make it up the high curb at the handicap enterance. Why is the this curb high? They never have any soufflés even when you get there in the morning. It's very unprofessional to be unprepared like this consistently because this has happened more than once. They also mentioned that they have stopped serving them in Sunday's due to low supply, but that is not information readily available until you get there. read more

The food here is OK, although extremely inconsistent. My main concern is about how filthy the restaurant is; the front door is so greasy and grimy its hard to want to open the door. The floor hasn't been swept in ages. And what does that say for the kitchen. The management and workers obviously don't feel that the entry way is a good indication of how the management cares for the entire restaurant and the health of their customers. People can get sick when they touch seriously dirty doors and handles. I'm surprised the health department hasn't been informed. read more

I love Panera when it comes to restaurants of this type. I think the ingredients are fresh and higher quality. Love the soups, salads, and I like to mix and match. Love their new flavored teas. The staff is always nice & I've never had a problem here. I like their breakfast sandwiches- especially the ham, egg , & cheese on ciabatta. I get the turkey sausage egg white. The sandwiches are hearty & quick since I go thru the drive thru. If I'm traveling and I just want a quick breakfast, Panera is my go to place since it's consistent unless I'm feeling adventurous. read more

Being a short distance from my meetings I swing through this Panera a few times a year for breakfast. It's much better than what the local Fairfield Inn serves. Unlike the Atlanta Bread down the street, this place is always packed and well staffed, although the food is nearly identical. Their bagels are slightly better than average, but not by much, but the value here comes with easy. If you are in a hurry, you can swing through the drive through or stop in and be out in minutes. There's always someone ready to take your order. For a bagel, pastry or breakfast sandwich the value can't be beat. read more

Was in the drive thru for over 20 minutes with only one other car in front of me. All I was getting was a large unsweet ice tea with extra ice. When I got to the window a young man handed me a tea but had a few ice cubes floating on top. When I asked him if I could get it with extra ice he said "that is extra ice and more than some drinks get". Oh my, the attitude was unprofessional and undeserved. I absolutely will not go back to Panera, I don't care if its the only option I have. They used to be a great place to go for lunch, now they are not even on my list. Pros: Food is fresher and more healthy then out take out places. There is great variety in sandwiches and I love the half and half option. The drive thru also makes it very convenient. Went here today because my other half wanted chicken salad. We called in the order for pickup as we were hoping to save some time on it. When we arrived, the parking lot was sparse but were told that they had a full lobby and were very busy. This seemed a tad odd, but I rolled with it... On the order, cookies were added, and it was stated at least 2-3 times on the phone, but upon pickup, they were absent, and we had to re-order them. Ok then... I do understand that when busy, places can forget things. However, when there's barely any traffic (as this was not lunch or dinner time frames where they do get busy), it seems strange to me. Once home with the order, some items were not labeled at all, and a couple were mislabeled. Lastly, I didn't realize how expensive this place can be. Don't get me wrong, the food I've tried is pretty darn good, but be prepared for that when you open your wallet/purse. Overall it's OK, nothing over the top spectacular while not being bad enough to warrant never coming back. I'd say they are worth a try for the great food taste and quality. read more

My wife has some dietary restrictions and when there was a mess up on one of her orders recently, the manager drove the new order to our house herself and profusely apologized for the mess up. You don't get much better customer service than that. We love the salads, the Ancient Grain with Arugula is our favorite. First time I've seen a Panera Drive-Thru-was it really necessary? The layout inside is terribly awkward with odd alleyways and seating arrangements where the sunlight blinds your eyes. The staff had a serious attitude and apparently a friend walked in during our order which prompted our cashier to screech in glee. Whoopee for you, could you at least take my order? I ordered a black bean soup but was give a french onion. Normally I wouldn't have minded but a) they were not listening to me properly b) french onion soup has bacon, which I cannot consume. Considering both soups resemble each other it was troubling to me that they neglected to tell me they didn't have my order and just passed me off a similar looking soup. Was hoping to find a warm evening snack, but options were limited to muffins, cookies, breads--cold baked goods, in other words. While I placed my order, the young man running the register couldn't stifle a yawn (he did apologize) but it made me wonder how really keen he was to have me as a customer. This review isn't about Panera as a chain store, or even the food. This review is solely meant to outline the reason that I consistently choose Atlanta Bread Co. over Panera: Wi-Fi. In the summer of 2013, I went to Panera 3-5 times a week to study. When I last went, several months after that class ended, I had a frustrating experience with the Wi-Fi. I "logged on" (accepted tos, etc) and tried to access email and some of my usual (mostly text-based) sites. The data was so slow that I just gave up. After spending about an hour in the books, I tried to get back online. But nooooooOoooo! I had used up my half hour allotment (or hour?). What a bunch of crap. I don't buy $9 sandwiches so I can have a half hour of slow Internet. If anyone can confirm that this is no longer the case, I'd be willing to give Panera another shot. read more

If I could give them a minus five I would. We went there yesterday evening and ordered sandwiches well it took a long time for them to get the order out about 25 minutes and the sandwiches were not correct so when I mentioned it, the employee started an argument with me about it instead of saying here let me fix it just continued to argue and when I asked for a manager the other employee took his mask off and said can I help you, I asked him if he was the manager and he said no, so I said I asked for the manager she finally showed up I explained to her the problem to her. She said she would remake them a long story short I will never go back, the sandwiches were still wrong I had to scrap off the mayonnaise the second time around. Worse place ever. It was also very dirty, hardly had any clean tables. If you let your employees be disrespectful to customers you have a big problem on your hands and when you all stand in the back of the house laughing about it is just wrong.
