We frequent Panera on our way to the Y. We had our usual today wild rice soup and half grill cheese sandwich, the pick 2. It's a nice non greasy lunch and is usually pretty quick.

Staff is friendly and came to the table to check with us. Space is open and clean. The sip club deal is cool. I consider to come here to eat lunch often as it is cheaper, more selections, and better food quality compared to my cafeteria.

If i could rate this zero stars i would. I LOVE. panera and get it quite frequently as well as working for a different panera. We went in at 8:46 (They close at 9 so i can see how this must have been frustrating.) But they are also a business that is expected to be running until 9. My boyfriend and i went and got two sandwich's and a soup waited about 15 mins for the food to be burnt and look absolutely horrible we both took one bite and threw the sandwich's away because of how badly they were made. The customer service was also bad the workers talked bad about the "annoying ass people" who came in 10 minutes before they had to close. Then a girl who looked to be about 13 years old threw our food on the counter without any kinda of name call and walked away i have NEVER been more disappointed in a panera experience.

Really happy with my experience here yesterday. I placed an order through the app for some soup and coffee - pretty simple. I arrived and went inside to pick up my order from the counter. It was very busy, obviously a lunch rush, so I didn't mind waiting a bit. I was waiting less than 5 minutes when an employee asked me for my name and went to check on my order. It came out right away and they even let me fill my own thermos with coffee instead of making me use a to-go cup. Everyone was very friendly and efficient, and the soup was delicious. This location is close to my work so I'm sure I'll be back!

The bakery items are worth the stop. The coffee urns have a variety of blends: Light Roasted, Dark Roasted, Colombian, Hazelnut and Decaffeinated. Pour-your-own coffee with jugs of half-n-half, almond milk or regular milk. There is a parking lot but depending on the time of day of your visit, it can appear full. Just mosey on around the corner and park near Half Priced Books-there's always open parking spots there! There is one young dark haired male employee that takes care of the dining area-he exemplifies great customer service! He will refill anything on the counters, welcome you to Panera, as well as greet regular customers!

Panera bread is very underrated it is my second time visiting and I am in love the food there is amazing even though sometimes they forget some items on your plate it can be busy on the weekdays but I don't mind I'm gonna definitely go back.

You can clearly see the different colors and the wet slimy lettuce in the clear container it was in!

This location used to be top notch but the last few years it continues to get worse and worse. We order almost weekly for our lunch at work and it got so bad they we started going to pick up so we could check to be sure it was correct and/or not missing anything. Even that has become frustrating because it takes forever if they did mess up the order! The last straw is today when we get there and they (again) didn't put lettuce in our warm bowls. They then gave me a side of arugula and when we got home and opened the container the lettuce was drenched so I felt it and then the smell came! It wasn't wet from washing it, it was wet from being rotten! It smelled like feces! And to top it off it was on my bowl already and covered in other ingredients and my husband found it piled up on the bottom of his bowl! So we couldn't even eat them because they both had rotten arugula on them! My last warm bowl I got had no arugula on it and I was mad but now maybe it was a blessing in disguise! Corporate will be getting a call from me this week because rotten lettuce can cause illnesses and there's zero excuse for serving it besides extreme naiveness and/or training that doesn't exists! They had to have smelled it as well! I had wet slimy green sludge on my hand from touching it in the container! Not acceptable!

We started with cheese curds. Loved that they were batter fried and not breaded. Very tasty and a huge app portion. My entree was the pulled pork sandwich with bbq beans. Everything was very good. Pork had a savory flavor and it was nice and tender. Portions were large. Topped it all off with a Hazy Little Thing beer. Great service. Easy parking. Just off a major road. Great stop.

He told me back then that someday we needed to check out J&J's. We love small business, local, non-chain restaurants. I decided to surprise my husband and take him to J&J's for Father's Day. We are empty nesters, so it was just the two of us for lunch. We arrived just after 12 p.m. There was a line out the door, which we expected since it was Father's Day and Sunday lunchtime. We were told it would be a 15-20 minute wait for a table, which we had no issue with. We ended up waiting less than 10 minutes because there was a table available on the patio. The weather was beautiful, and with summer being so short in Minnesota, we like to take advantage of it whenever we can. Our server came to our table shortly after we were seated, but it was long enough that we both had time to decide what we wanted before she arrived. I ordered the Texas Philly, and my husband had the brisket sandwich. We had to wait a while for our food, which we understood given how busy the restaurant was. Others around us were complaining about the wait, and those tables had a different server who was very apologetic about the kitchen being backed up. The hand-cut fries were piping hot and seasoned perfectly. It's so rare to go out to eat and get hot fries, let alone fries that are piping hot. That alone was worth the wait! My husband loved the brisket sandwich, and the Texas Philly was SO good--piled full of meat. We live in the south metro, but it was well worth the 30+ minute drive to get there. We'll definitely be back and will absolutely recommend J&J's to others!

Walked in during lunch and was able to get a table right away. Service was quick and efficient. I was very impressed with the stone bowl that came out. It was piping hot throughout the meal, that kept your meat and your noodles soft and tender. The portion on the meat ratio was perfectly for a large size bowl. I was really impressed with the freshness of the rare thinly beef slices. The Summer spring roll (shredded pork with skin) was not one of my best I have had. The grilled chicken rice was wa basic but I must say the chicken portion was seasoned nicely and not dry like most places. not pictured was pandan leaf coffee and Matcha latte. Overall the restaurant did an amazing remodeling to open up the front window space for more natural lights. Definitely will return for items on the menu

The restaurant is cute and definitely worth stopping in for the amazing food! The restaurant was understaffed - the bartender was not only running the bar but also serving the entire dining area. We sat at the bar and waited about 10 minutes before being greeted. We also overheard a nearby table voice frustration about the slow service. We're pretty patient, so it wasn't the end of the world, but it was noticeably slow. That said, once we were helped, our server was friendly and attentive. I ordered a Spicy Margarita and my husband went with an Old Fashioned. My margarita was on the weaker side; not bad, just forgettable. My husband enjoyed his Old Fashioned. For food, we tried the Bang Bang Shrimp, Thai Chicken Lettuce Wraps, and the Crab-Stuffed Portabella. The standout was definitely the Bang Bang Shrimp; we both really liked it. The lettuce wraps and stuffed mushroom were fine, just not dishes we'd return specifically for. The overall vibe was calm and low-key, and the staff was kind despite being stretched thin. I'm glad we gave it a try, but it's probably not a place we'll be rushing back to.
