Went to lunch today with my sister. Claudia at the counter was very friendly and welcoming. You could tell she really enjoyed her job. The staff preparing the food behind the counter were so caring and helpful. They made sure your order was correct and received timely. They would even look for you to deliver your food, if you missed the call out. The young lady doing the cleaning of the tables was quick, proficient and friendly. Food was normal and good, but the location for the high chairs are at such a poor tight area that when I grabbed one, I couldn't get it back out into the dining area so I fell over and cut both of my shins. The coffee here is AMAZING. The sip club is totally worth it. Also, so far the food has been great, but I've only tried a few of the bagels and two different cookies. This location, of the three we've tried, has been the best so far, and here's why: EVERY employee at this shop was so friendly, the service was great all around. Made our morning, for real. The place was clean, and the noise level was low, even though the place was fairly full. The parking was easy and plentiful. Every time I come to this Campbell location I am always greeted at the door. Everyone genuinely seems to love working here and they have a lot of regulars in the mornings, which is very sweet/cute to see the food is always well prepared and properly! I love the size of my breakfast sandwich here as opposed to the Cupertino Panera with seems to cut their bread in about half the size for the exact same sandwich and price! Dear Panera, If you have a grilled cheese on your menu, you better make it a Panera quality grilled cheese. You certainly charged Panera price for it. Well, what I received was two pieces of bread with American cheese that wasn't even melted. The bread was very soft with a one touch of grilled marks. On a scale of 1-10 for grilled, it was a 1. Well my sandwich had 3 small slices of steak on each half of my sandwich, no joke 1/2 my sandwich was just 3 or 4 sprigs of onions and horseradish, if I wanted a horseradish sandwich fir $10.99 I would have ordered one. Always had a great experience here. Never dined here but whenever we order, people are friendly and kind. I love how they have two self serve kiosks to order at the front which we use a lot and reduces human interaction lol. Generally decent amount of people but not crazy crowded which I like. Food is good. I love Panera bread in general. But the ones I've been to in SoCal, I remember the managers have been rude. But here I've always had a positive experience. Generally speaking, I would consider the food here to be averaged to slightly below average. I don't know if the billionaire owner has decided to pay his employees $20 an hour like the fast food restaurants are mandated. I do know this: if you don't leave a tip, the service is marginal. I am a senior citizen on a fixed income, I bought two bowls of soup to go. I don't generally leave a tip when I buy a to go order. The counter clerk looked, mildly irritated, but fine. I can deal with that. It took some time to put soup into two containers, with two pieces of bread. After a delay, I walked up to the counter and asked the person behind the counter when my order was going to be up. It was already up, in a bag, on the back counter sitting there and getting cold... Apparently , they didn't call or notify me. Apparently, you have to tip to actually be told that your order is ready. Here's some criticism hoping it's constructive: - Recently they don't have Diet Pepsi - Light roast coffee tastes bad compared to other Paneras. The coffee can be cold and stale from time to time. - Bathrooms need more attention. There's a broken toilet brush container for instance which takes away from the hygiene and there's no toilet paper. - Needs better ventilation. "Flawless Service" I often patronize this restaurant before a day of hiking in the South Bay. I use the online ordering for Rapid Pick-up. The bulk of my visits to Panera's are for breakfast. I realize it is a tougher, busier time at lunch time. Today, just after I parked my car, the nice server was already bringing me my order. I hardly had time to turn off the ignition before they were there with my order! In all of my visits to this restaurant, it has been absolutely flawless service. Honestly, they have not made even one mistake on any of my orders. (And no, I am not the owner's brother-in-law.) Over the years, Panera's Restaurant has become my go-to restaurant for breakfast. They have a good selection of breakfast items at reasonable prices. You get a special bonus after each 6 or 7 visits. Also, they have unlimited free coffee when you sign up for their coffee special. Of course, during the crisis, the dining room is closed, but the restrooms are still open. Here's a secret tip, so don't tell anyone else. Panera's is offering 20% discount on gift cards online. I've ordered these myself many times. So if you're a regular customer, take advantage. I don't think you can get that offer in the stores. read more

Went in to pick up an order I placed from the app. When I arrived, two gentleman were taking care of the young lady that was there before me as one of them warmed their pastry for them. Our usuals are a cup of tomato soup, a bowl of broccoli cheddar (nice creamy texture) and he gets his turkey sandwich with bacon and avo.
