Been going here since high school. I never leave disappointed, and I always get my food in less than 17 minutes (yes, I've timed it lol) The fry cooks here make excellent well-done fries: perfectly crispy and well fried every time. The burgers are delicious as always, the shakes are perfect, and the coffee is good too! The store is clean even when it gets busy Friday-Sunday. I notice that this In-N-Out is never too packed though during lunch hours and on weekdays. Someone in line had a dog with them. A security officer asked the cashier she should tell the person to take the dog outside. The cashier said no it was fine. Are there no standards or regulations for food places anymore? There is a drive through if you want to stay with your dog, and outdoor seating. Mind you, their party has multiple people so you wouldn't even have to leave your dog outside by itself. Smh. read more

After a round of golf nearby, all I was craving was a burger and fries from In-n-Out, and luckily it was only a 5-min drive away! We came around prime dinner time, and while the parking lot was full, the line was short. I got my usual, double-double, mustard fried, regular onions, pickles, and chopped chilis with a side of animal-style light well fries and a cherry coke. After we ordered we were able to snag a table right away. The burger and fries hit the spot! And since I follow subs about In-n-Out I was able to learn a new hack using the fresh lemons and pepper packets. Basically grab some lemons, squeeze the juice into one of the empty ketchup containers, sprinkle in some pepper and mix, essentially creating a lemon pepper sauce. Then dip your fries in it, and thank me later. It adds a nice acidic and refreshing flavor to something that's already good. The staff here was on top of things too, which was nice. When I finished my meal, they were asking if we could clear my tray, which is something I haven't experienced at other in-n-outs. This location is always busy no matter when I come. My fiancé and I came a little after noon on Saturday and there were 4 people in front of us waiting to order. We were #8 and they were calling #89 when we finished placing our order. The food here is solid and is as fresh as it gets for fast food. My go-to is a Cheeseburger ($3.95) with Fries ($2.40) and my Fiancé always gets a 4x1 Protein Style ($8.45) with Fries. Prices are also super affordable, especially in today's day and age. The employees are friendly and I've never had an issue with the service. The drive thru is always busy and there is plenty of parking as it's located on the edge of a retail strip/plaza. read more

We came by for a quick lunch after visiting Lowe's in the same shopping plaza. . Around 11am we beat the crowds and there was plenty of parking and seating inside. The cashier was nice and passed out little sticker sheets to families with kiddos. She repeated our order back to make sure it was correct. Tables were clean and mostly free but filled up later as the lunch crowds started coming in. Our food was good. Came on a Saturday night and dined in. Just beat the crowd so was able to grab a table - otherwise if we were 5 min later might have had to wait. The cashier did mess up the order but was very apologetic and they were able to fix. We didn't wait long for our order although they had steady stream from drive through and walk in. I got a regular cheeseburger. It was delicious although I don't quite remember the onions being that thick (so next time will ask to remove onions). The fries were not piping hot as I would have expected but still edible. The crowd was a mix of young, old, family and friend groups.
