We keep ordering from Panera thinking maybe next time it will be better. The food is always delicious but our orders are never correct, even the receipt on the bag showed that someone "verified" it. I visited this location last week for the first time, and was very impressed. The space is open and bright, which not all locations are. There are stations to order your food yourself, but I prefer to speak to a person, so I waited for what seemed like a long time for a cashier to come to the register to take my order, but was probably just a minute or two. We placed a large order for our office on line yesterday for pickup at 11:30 today. We got there at 11:30 and went to the counter to pick up. They informed us that they were working on it. One hour later, we finally got our food. Probably would have been quicker to order in store. We won't be ordering lunch for our team from them again. read more

There's a reason this drive thru isn't very busy. The last three times we've been, they've messed up our order. They usually just forget an entire meal, which tonight was a $10 mac and cheese for my child after soccer practice. We didn't notice until we got all the way home across town, which was close to closing time for them. They told us they could not deliver, and could only issue a refund in person. The staff has always been friendly, but something is wrong with their process--they are definitely missing quality control for orders (seems to be a pattern after reading all the other reviews). For such an expensive fast food type place, they should have this figured out. read more

Not a good WOW on several fronts. Employee treated me like I was crazy with the whole rewards card problems I was having? Read reviews last night about all the wrong orders...thought strange, no longer. I was one of two people in the place and they didn't put any protein on the breakfast sandwich I ordered??? Bizarre. My breakfast sandwich's egg was not cooked well enough to not doubt I might have a bout of grumpy tummy later, if not worse. I have a ton of $ on gift cards so I guess I will stick with the overpriced cookies $4.44? and breads, after that I won't be back. Food has been good but way overpriced for what you get it's ridiculous to pay for four-five dollars for a cup of mac & cheese with only literally a cup size of mac & cheese it's crazy. Customer service is terrible they are slow and the last three times that I've been in there it's just filthy the tables don't look like they get washed down there's no sanitizer and I'm just very dissatisfied with the prices vs quantity as well as customer service and friendliness. read more

Having experience Panera in other states, this location is absolutely horrible. Ordered a children's grilled cheese, it was completely burnt inside and not even toasted outside. Have been here twice and had to ask for coffee and wait for it to be brewed. Who has time for that? Too bad. Will take my business somewhere that respects my time. And after waiting for the coffee they put out light roast and hazelnut. No flavor coffee that i could have gotten at mcd for a buck. read more

This is the worst Panera Bread I have ever been to. Over the past year of experiences I have decided I cannot continue in with giving money to this place. You name it we have experienced it at this place. Every time and I mean every time we visit they are out of something. Ranges from Soup to types of bread a sandwich. Our average tab is 40 dollars for just a couple sandwiches, chips and drinks. So you would think they would smile or at least try to get things correct. Not at this place. Yes, every time the manages says sorry. But after 15 times you really are not. This is just the way it is. Do yourself a favor and hit the grocery store, buy some bread, meat and a can of soup. Cook it at home for a portion of the cost. It will give you less frustration and save you some money. But if you go there, I guarantee you will have bad experience. Despite other reviews, we had a great experience here. We did the rapid pick up. It was ready promptly and the guy behind the counter was really friendly. Food was delicious with fresh, nice portions (we frequent Panera's when we travel). We will definitely return. So glad Cheyenne got a Panera! read more

The food here is great but I went in the with my friend and all she wanted was a sandwich and some Mac and cheese, but no. They were out of over 95% of all their bread, the machine you order at wasn't working right, and the wait was forever because like I said before the food is great and there was a line a mile long of people that were riding food. So because of that reason I dock them one whole star. If you go make sure they have the bread you want. read more

Although the food is generally tasty, and the employees are friendly, getting orders right seems to be a problem at this location. After having eaten here twice before, once a pickup order and once a drive-through order, I knew the food was good, but filling the order correctly seemed difficult. My pick up order had ended up a whole, instead of a half, sandwich. On my third visit, I went through the drive-thru, getting something for myself and for a friend, who was not feeling well. The bowl the friend wanted was very disappointing. I had to agree with her that it looked nothing like the menu photo on the web. It looked like soup, instead of a bowl of mixture of lentils and other grains and veggies. I ordered a tuna salad sandwich -- a whole one because I wanted to save one half for lunch the next day. I ate my half, without really looking at the entire sandwich, wrapped up the remaining half for the next day, and then at lunch the next day unwrapped the left over. I was very surprised to find tuna all over my hands. Not because I was sloppy, but because there was not a bottom slice of bread on the sandwich. Not impressive. read more

I have given this location 3 seperate attempts. Every time has been horrible. I love Panera but this location is has the worse customer service. My last and final attempt occurred tonight. I got there at 8:29 pm and went to the drive thru. The lady on there intercom told me they closed for the night. I asked her how am I supposed to get out because there are cars in front of me and behind me. She said they took the last order a few minutes ago. I was stuck in the drive thru for several minutes. Finally the car behind me backed up. I was able to back up and the car in front of me attempted to back up. Since the car in front of me backed up it tells me that they didn't place an order either. They were in line way before I was. So you close at 8:30 but stop taking orders when? I have worked fast food and rule of thumb... You don't stop taking orders until the time of close or the customers are gone. This store will go out of business because of its customer service read more
