The food was fine, but the service was upsetting. I ordered a Pick 2, but it was the cashier only rung up the soup. When I went to get my soup, apparently someone else after me ordered the same half sandwich, and I mistakenly thought it was mine, so I picked it with my soup. I bought almost $80 worth of food, and the staff member basically accused me of stay. I went to pay for it and instead of acknowledging it was a mutual mistake felt like the rudeness continued. Ordered bagels for the next morning's breakfast and I went back up because my husband asked where the cream cheese, but I didn't know I had to order it additionally. Again, paid for cream cheese and it seemed bothersome that I even asked for it. Honestly, I usually think the service in Panera is better than the food, but not here. It was the end of the night but they weren't busy. I know people are tired but being kinder would have gone a long way. I don't come tot Cheyenne often but will write this PB off for future visits. read more

Panera was great!! Went here after a long day of travel but it was only 10 AM and we wanted lunch. The lady said we could order lunch which was great! Ordered our pick twos and headed to find a seat. The restaurant was clean, tables were clean, and the bathrooms were clean! The food was hot, fresh and really good. Will definitely be back! read more

Ordered a salad to go, two ingredients missing! Didn't realize the mishap until we got to our dinner destination. It's terribly disappointing that you would need to check over your already bagged order, before even leaving Panera just to assure that you received what you paid for! After already beginning to consume the salad was when we noticed the lacking ingredients. Called Panera to report the disappointment. Their response and solution was for us to bring it back, so the two ingredients could be added! No inconvenience on our part whatsoever to return to Panera. I informed them that the salad had already been eaten. A "whole" salad was the size of most side salads/half salads, nothing special and overpriced. Poor customer service resolution followed for their mistake! I was also told that it was a new menu item and that may have been part of the issue... I think a checklist would be a necessity for any menu item when prepping orders. It is not a perfect world, mistakes happen... However, have more integrity when that happens and comp the poor service that you delivered! We will not recommend, nor ever support this business in Cheyenne. Great spot to enjoy a sandwich and some soup with friends and family alike. The clean and quiet restaurant with a warm, calming ambiance was a great place to eat at on a cold winter day. Their service was quick and polite and we received our food shortly after ordering. I got a warm sandwich with the broccoli soup. Both were fantastic and lived up to expectations. The only downside we had was that the cold sandwiches seem to miss the mark on taste. read more

Panera bread in Cheyenne, Wyoming is a joke. Their customer service is a joke. Two particular employees that work during the day are extremely rude to everyone that they interact with not just delivery drivers. One of them I believe is called Jill, the general manager she told me as she covered up her name tag, a brunette. The other one I'm not sure what her name is because she hides her name tag from me. She is tall and has a long blonde braid both of them are in management. They are both extremely rude to everyone they interact with whether they are taking orders or handing out orders just read the Google reviews. They bump orders off their screen that are not ready and when you bump them off your screen that prompts the services that the order is ready and reflects poorly on the services that Panera is contracted through for deliveries. They are extremely extremely rude to regular customers as well. I experienced a particular situation where an individual ordered just a drink, and then they began to berate her for not going straight to the pick up counter. Something needs to change here seriously just read the Google reviews not only poor customer service but they can't get orders straight and they can't make them the temperature they're supposed to be. That is just a few of the reviews. The last interaction I had with them they told me they had blocked me from picking up there for delivery customers. I told them they cannot block me because I have done nothing wrong. They proceeded to yell at me and tell me never to come back. I know that they think that they're making me suffer, but they're also making the delivery customer suffer. I have the the highest stats on the delivery places that I work for so I give extremely great customer service unlike Panera of Cheyenne Wyoming. I have proof of it in my stats. They told me they were calling the nonemergency police on me, which I waited for for 20 minutes and no one came. read more

I used my Panera app to place two separate delivery orders for two separate locations this morning. Both for the same items. 1 coffee tote and 1 12-pk. petite cookies. Ordering was seamless. Even the delivery, which was facilitated by Door Dash, was smooth. When the coffee totes were received they felt very, very light. I opened the box and the bag looked almost empty. Same for both totes. When I got a free moment this afternoon I called to inquire and was told that they brew a pot of coffee and pour that pot into the bag. 1 pot of coffee per coffee tote. That information is not denoted when ordering the coffee totes and each one is priced at $23.59. So, I spent $47.00 on two pots of coffee. Seems like quite a bit of money spent for the little coffee we got. read more

Spent $48 on 2 cups of soup that were scorched and 2 salads. Believe soup was left out then heated on high hoping to kill the bacteria that I'm sure grew in the broccoli cheese to give the better half and I a mild case of food poisoning. The $13 salad was full of rotted lettuce and when we tried to complain and take it back they got short cause we didn't take it back the night we bought it(our mistake) instead went to store next morning and they wouldn't do anything about it. Who puts rotten lettuce in a bowl and serves it to their customers.? Are they trying to make people sick? This is hands down the best Panera we've been to. The place is welcoming and spacious with tons of seating. The pick two is the best lunch in town for the price, around $12.50 for a fresh salad and savory soup and a side. Wow, super fresh, tasty and ample. They have fountain mountain dew and ginger ale and fabulous lemonade too! The baguette side is so crispy and moist. You really cannot beat this place for quality, taste and value. My favorite is the greek salad and creamy tomato soup with croutons, baguette side. The fuji apple salad is excellent too! read more

In general I like Panera and their options for vegetarians. This particular location sucks because of a couple reasons: 1. Order a Mediterranean wrap with no egg, and added avocado. They made it with egg and I just cant have that cause my stomach issues. I go back to the counter and lady tells me that they originally made it with egg, but then took it off. So I double check it and there are still large pieces of egg in it. Asked them to remake it and they forgot to add the avocado, which sucks cause I paid extra for that. 2. My husband ordered the steal cut oatmeal bowl and that was like eating sand. The oatmeal was not cooked all the way. Other than that, the place is clean. I don't like complaining about restaurants. But this was just suppose to be a quick bite from a large chain that I feel like should be pretty consistent. read more

We placed a large online order on May 8th, 2020, Once the order was submitted, we received a message stating it would be an hour before it was ready, which was to be at 8:05pm. However, upon our arrival, a male approached our vehicle, asked the name of order and said they would have it out soon. About 10 minutes later he came back, said an unfamiliar name, my husband said no, this was the name on the order. The male then said, "we don't have any record with that name." My husband showed him the online receipt on his phone. The male then apologized and said he would have that order "right up with a couple of chocolate chip cookies that were fresh out of the oven." About 25 minutes later we received our order. This was just shy of an $80 order. How does a business, who, at the time, wasn't busy, not have an online order? And to offer a couple of cold chocolate chip cookies was a slap in the face. We don't recommend Panera Bread for customer service, but the food was good. read more

After experiences I've had in both California and Florida (see Boca Raton review), I swore I'd never go back to Panera. Well I went for the first time here in Cheyenne the other day. First let me say, I strongly feel they purposely put incompetence at customer service in order to force you toward the ordering kiosks. Second, the lady at service could not tell me what was in their Baja? idk...Mac&Che. another patron in line had to help me with that. Once I found out I clearly told her "Hell No" and ordered the regular. 3rd, guess what I got waiting for me at pick up, Baja! When I tried to tell the guy behind the counter it was clear getting a regular Mac was going to be a chore so I took the Baja. It was cold and kinda gross. 4th, saw the lady taking orders come out and grab up all the creamer carafes to re-fill and failed to get them back out to the coffee bar...had to go ask her for them. the food sucks and employees have no idea what to do. How does Panera stay in business...just don't get it. ...sad read more

This is the slowest Panera Bread on the planet. It is not uncommon to find yourself sitting and waiting for a drive-through order for half an hour. The food tastes good, but when I drop $35 on three drive-through orders that take as long or longer than dine-in, it really causes me to reevaluate how much I really want Panera. read more

so my husband and I spent 45 dollars on two sandwiches and a bowl of soup and a drink. we didn't get a whole order of one of the sandwiches at first, then we didn't get a side order of avacado, which a worker from Panera even put the special instruction into the computer herself for us for that. so after going up two times for each of those order screw ups, we then realized they forgot our double meat for the sandwich they also forgot to give us the whole sandwich of.. by then we didn't even bother to go back to complain. make sure your order is correct when eating here! read more

Salad covered in the too much dressing & soup room temperature. Ordered coffee & was charged for soda (more expensive) with my own mug which they used to give a credit for. When I questioned the clerk about soda she blew me off & said they no longer give credit for own coffee containers. And always VERY expensive for the amount of food. Ordering is an inconvenience because the last 3 times I have gone almost all of the self service ordering computers were out of order.
