Yes...only ONE ! While I absolutely love the Mexican street corn chowder and the chicken salad sandwich, I am only reviewing the turkey and cheddar sandwich. The quality of the turkey was inedible! I think Budding packets of turkey are probably the exact same thing! So gross that I took it back to the counter. Management was extremely nice about it, and I felt embarrassed returning a sandwich with one bite out of it, but I couldn't eat it. I'll stick to my favorites. I recommend the company upgrade to something equivalent to Boar's Head. I'd pay the extra money for it! I come to this location often, enough that the employees remember me. This Panera was clean and quiet when I visited at 3pm on a weekday. They got our orders accurately made for the most part and everything tasted good. Employees were nice. I ordered a carryout last night and my Chibbata Cheese steak sandwich was put on bread. My wife's sandwich was not assembled properly. The Bacon and the Avocado were wrapped up in the paper and not on the sandwich. Soup was also very thick. They must have scouped it off the bottom without mixing it. read more

I always have to go across the parking lot to Dairy Queen for a cheeseburger because the portions here are so small. The place is really run down and dirty. Carpets are nasty. Booths are gross. Delivery drivers get 2 up front parking spaces reserved for them to park. Customers have to struggle to find parking in the strip mall parking lot. Recently a tip option was added to the payment screen at the register. Why should I tip? Last time I got a crappy look because I didn't. Panera is a dependable, possibly healthy quick food alternative. Although it doesn't have anything that I truly crave, it's always a solid, repeatable performer. The new ANCIENT GRAIN, ARUGULA AND CHICKEN SALAD is a wonderful salad if you enjoy sweet dressings. It has a slaw mixed in with white balsamic vinaigrette dressing, and when mixed together I think it's the best salad in Columbus. The CHICKEN COBB WITH AVOCADO SALAD is also an excellent salad for those who don't like their dressings too sweet. The Panera Bread plus service is great. But more than a couple times my coffee had grounds in it and was not hot and was not fresh. PB used to put when it was brewed on the front of the machine; I wish they would start doing that again! Plus a couple times employees have walked right past me and did not ask me if they could help me. read more

First time ever going to this Panera Bread, and the atmosphere is nice, although the location is poorly place for this restaurant, especially to have an outside eating area. The food is very fresh which is nice, but I feel Panera is wayyyyyy overpriced for what you get. It's almost like the Starbucks of a simple bagel. It could be a lot better, but it's just disappointing about how high priced this place is just for convenience. I got an everything bagel, with veggie cream cheese. The cream cheese was nice, and it almost seemed like the texture was between being whipped and just a standard scoop of cream cheese. I love the taste of the bagel. Very aromatic with garlic, onions,...everything which seems to be fitting. I don't have a problem with the taste of Panera, and for a great tasting place that leaves you satisfied...I wouldn't mind paying a little more, but this place doesn't necessarily make you feel like dumping your wallet for such a small amount of food. read more

I can't believe I'm the first to add and review this Panera location! Its been here for about 1 year. This Panera is just like every other Panera, but is a welcome addition to Columbus. Complete bakery, coffee selection, sandwiches, salads, soups. Has some outdoor seating on the sidewalk around the store, and also has a decorative fireplace the adds some heat in the winter. Plenty of seating, but still can be full during lunch hours. I'm here weekly and have always experienced friendly staff and good food quality. In fact, I'm sitting in the Panera writing this right now! Definitely recommend stopping by. read more

Always consistent good food and service. Plenty of choices for whatever price range and taste you have. Recently, I have been craving the veggie soup with pesto. That pesto gives it the edge over any other veggie soup I've had. Very tasty! Only complaint is that sometimes during busy hours, it's a bit tough to find a table. Ask for your dressings on the side. Wether its on a sandwich or salad I implore you to ask for it on the side unless you want it swimming and triple the calorie count it's supposed to have. I had the pleasure of living in St. Louis ten years ago and eating at the St. Louis Bread Company before they adopted the name Panera in preparation of world domination. I've been a fan ever since. On Saturday morning, the wife wanted breakfast food, the kids wanted sweets and I wanted coffee. Panera was the obvious choice. Our order was taken by a friendly, smiling, familiar face. My first visit to this Panera. I ordered the soup and half sandwich. My sandwich was dry, no mayo. Other guests told me I was supposed to go to the condiment bar and 'dress my own'. I had no idea there was a condiment bar. I wasn't told when I ordered or when I picked up my order. Information from a more pleasant staff would have been nice. I felt lost as a first time customer. Even all that would have been okay but then I opened my half sandwich. A BLT. That poor sandwich had one thin small piece of bacon broken in half on it. It looked like they had cut a picture of a slice of bacon out of a magazine and placed it on the heap of lettuce and tomato slice. Taste like it too. We paid $7 for an assortment of breakfast scones to go. The lady stated they were "made fresh" that very morning. Couldn't wait to dig in when we got home as someone at work had brought in some scones from St. Louis Bread Co a few weeks ago that were to die for!
