I just recently left there. I went through the drive through, and like always I was not greeted by a friendly appreciative person that I chose Panera to give my money to for my evening meal. All I got was "here's your card back" the food handed out and the window then shut in my face with not as much as a thank you a smile or anything. This has happened many times before but tonight I said to myself that's it I'm leaving a review as soon as I get back home. I also have often gotten home to find my order is incomplete in the bag. I have also had very bad customer service experiences inside as well. One time my husband and I just left because no one would acknowledge we were there to order, and no one else was ahead of us. We felt like we were intruding on two co workers talking with each other. I like the food but the cold shoulder service is terrible. I will not be back. read more

The new manager at this location without conviction is the worst I have ever dealt with. Super aggressive and combative over a $4 charge for extra broth. She even overshared and stated why the last GM was fired and she is there to change things....after i requested for her name and told her that i think she is aweful...she slammed the drive thru door on my face....without giving me my food!!!! read more

Worst panera in the history of paneras. There's an old brown and round manager and a white lady that seems to be jerks, doesn't look like they ever help out, especially when it's busy. The kids that work there just seem like they hate their job, the portions they give are ridiculous for the prices, and I've never seen them change their gloves. The drive through is horribly slow, the people there talk about the most inappropriate things whilst my family and I are trying to eat. Oh, they also sweep with gloves on their hands. I spent the first 1.5 hours of my day cleaning for the promise of Panera you know what I got? DO YOU?! I got literal poop. I got a weak ass excuse for a panini. On top of that, by the time I got it home it was cold. So I had to microwave it. PLOT TWIST! The cheese turned into stone like the crying angels from doctor who just snuck up on my sandwich. Pretty much ruined. So I'm like 'Yo, mom. Where is that cup of soup?' They forgot it. So, 15 minutes later I am given some soup. Let me get something very clear. I LIKE CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP BECAUSE IT HAS CHICKEN. If there was BACON noodle soup, I would prefer that. But there isn't. I got a bread bowl, because thuglife. I open the pitiful excuse for soup, and I pour it in. 90% broth. Minimal noodles. ZERO CHICKEN. The broth overflows my bread bowl, and I'm left with a soggy bowl of broth. Just for the record, I rarely write reviews and actually just downloaded yelp specifically to write this one. This was my first time eating at Panera ever and I had heard good things. I got Mac n cheese and a half sandwich with cookies. Also I should add that I ordered through DoorDash because I'm quarantined. This being said I was very happy with the food but pretty unhappy because the cookies were forgotten. Mistakes do happen so I cut my losses and moved on in life(the next netflix standup comedy special). A couple hours later I walked out the front door to get the mail and someone had dropped off the cookies and left them on my doorstep. I have to say this is something I never thought I'd see. I've ordered from taco Mac before and they told me to come and get it if I really wanted it.... All in all I will definitely be ordering from this Panera from now on because that was a solid move from someone who easily could have taken the lazy way out. I have gone to eat at this particular Panera bread many times and had no issues but the drive-through is a different story! The last two times I've been in the drive-through I've waited a very long time to get my food the first time they changed shifts during my ordering process and it took over 15 minutes to get my food. Then just yesterday my husband and I went through the drive-through and they charged him more for a particular item and then when my husband asked about the mistake the man at the cash register said "here just have this dollar" even though the price difference was $2.49. This Panera is fine...but I recommend going in! read more

Walked out today because of the rude, inconsiderate cashier. She wouldn't even look up to take someone's order. When my wife entered her Panera number, the cashier barked "coffee". What? Waited over 30 minutes...asked where food was and was then told..."sorry we threw it away because none of the servers delivered it to a table...we will cook another order and rush it...sorry" another 15 minutes and name was called...steelcut oatmeal was ordered as blueberry and granola and order was produced as strawberry...servers continually walking around with orders going to other tables asking customers "is this your order, is this your order" ...place was not very busy less than 20% of tables seated. What can you say? Overpriced bland cooperate food with a decent bakery. The staff is usually nice but I've noticed a decline in the food at Panera over the last few years. It seems like they are trying to help the elderly though. By not adding as much salt to their food, it now lacks taste and texture. How about the 216 calorie chicken wonton bowl for almost $10 bucks? Gee...great idea. Let's sell some overpriced broth with some stuff in it so people will walk out hungry and broke. Sell the wonton bowl for $6 and change and make people think they are getting a bargain. What does it cost to make? 75 cents? Also, the meat in my sandwich seems to have gone the sliced nitrate/nitrite route with only a few slices to boot. The bread to meat ratio is way off. I will say the decor is okay and it's a comfortable place to sit and do some work while you have a bite, but to me, it seems Panera has embraced many of the ideas of stupid cooperate America where the bottom line is saving a buck. Don't get me wrong. I'm all for making money, but the comers they are cutting, in my humble opinion, are not the ones I'd make if I had a restaurant with the potential of Panera. This place is a travesty to the brand. Just ordered via drive through and was given my coffee but told to pull up and wait for my sandwich. After 20 minute wait? The sandwich was delivered with attitude and was cold. I went in to ask for a refund and was told by the manager in a haughty tone that if I "have a receipt" she would refund me and that she's sorry but they're short staffed. Is that an excuse for bad product and poor service? The right answer is always to refund the money and try to save a customer. They did everything wrong. Here we go again I gave this restaurant or Panera Bread a second chance, I've been in there 3 times this week the first two times and very very slow made me wait for 20 minutes for a latte that they didn't even have the ingredients for and then had to refund my money, now it is Sunday and I stop for one asiago bagel stood in line for 10 minutes just to be told that there will not be any more Asiago Bagels made today. Worse place around! Out of most types of bagels on a Sunday morning. Waited over 20 minutes for breakfast sandwiches. Rude employees.

This morning I was the second car in the drive thru at 7:20 am. Typically able to move through the drive thru in about 2 minutes as I only order a bagel - not toasted. However, this morning I waited behind a car that had to wait 6 minutes to get a drink. When I got up to the window I could see my bag waiting; however, the 3 people that were in the room just kept working on other things. I waited 4 minutes for someone to walk over to open the window. I told her that I had waited 10 minutes for a bagel and she didn't even respond. I was never told the total of my order either. I tried to call the manager as soon as I pulled out only to be told that the manager's inbox was full and I couldn't leave a voicemail. I'm not surprised. I've been a customer since this location opened. I'm officially writing this location off. There's more than one Panera. read more

This location closes at 9:30 maybe earlier. I came in at 9:30 on a Friday and they had already put up all their pastries, were out of sweet tea and all coffee. They were completely unapologetic about this and kept repeating that they were "about to close". Well it was 9:30 not 9:50 or even 9:45 so this seemed ridiculous. Why not just say you are closed at 9:30 then? Also I asked for an avocado sandwhich, seems easy enough but the girl asked her crew member if there was any avocados and really seemed quite dissapointed that there were, as she wanted to send me away completely. Used to love this food but very disappointed tonight. No cashews in the cashew chicken salad. My husbands salad had wilted lettuce. I hate to rate this place a 1, since this is the first bad experience I have had from here, but I have too. Today my husband and I surprised our 4 children with the new hot chocolate and some cookies (we got cinnamon rolls and coffee.) The front people were nice as always. Everything was going fine, we got 1 coffee and a hot chocolate, which were the temperature of milk sitting out. This was supposed to be a nice time, so I did not complain. The lady that brought our drinks then started cleaning out or around the trash cans. She came back about 4-5 minutes later. The coffee and the hot chocolate already gone (since it was not hot). Two more hot chocolates came out, she handed us the drinks and said, "Here is the rest." So, I told her very nicely, "Oh no we should have some other things coming out". Then she said, " I know you have more, I just can not carry everything at once." I said I am sorry, you said, here is the rest so I thought that meant you were done". Then she said "NO I never said that." (My husband heard her and my 14 year old daughter). I was so upset that I left to go to the car by myself...with nothing to drink for myself (yes, I lost that loving surprise the kids feeling).
