We came here for lunch one day because we were in the area. The location is in a huge shopping center, but parking was not an issue. We were there around 11am, so early for lunch and there were already a few parties there. We were seated immediately at a nice booth and ordered within minutes. English is not an issue here. I loved that the menu has a kid's pho that is simply less of a portion. We also got them with plain broth, no onions. I got the large sized pho tai and it was huge! I never would have guessed that in The Collection there is a great pho restaurant that serves pretty authentic flavors. I got the chicken wings covered in fish sauce and the Pho Oxtail with spick broth. The chicken wings were a HIT! The wings were perfect fried so they were crispy but still very juicy. The fish sauce covering the wings was not over bearing, but gave the wings the perfect flavor! The Pho Oxtail in spicy broth was great. I substituted egg noodles for rice noodles (for a steep $3 charge, but I do not like the rice noodle texture). The spicy broth...was genuinely spicy straight from the kitchen. No additional spices or sauces needed to be added to the soup to make it spicy. Speaking off the broth, it was deeply flavorful and delicious. The oxtail was mostly fall off the bone tender (but there was on piece that was chewy), soaked up the flavor of the soup and was so delicious. I will definitely be back. read more

I usually don't leave bad reviews, but the service here was honestly one of the worst experiences I've had at a restaurant. From the moment we walked in, the staff acted like we were bothering them instead of welcoming customers. It took a long time just to get seated, and once we were seated, we were ignored for a while before anyone even came to take our order. Throughout the entire meal, the service stayed bad. We had to repeatedly try to get someone's attention for simple things, and every interaction felt rushed or annoyed. The staff barely checked on us, and it seemed like they cared more about standing around than helping customers. Even getting the bill took much longer than it should have. The food itself wasn't terrible, but it's hard to enjoy a meal when the overall experience feels so uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Good customer service matters just as much as the food, and unfortunately this place completely missed that. We put in our order and they complained that we ordered wrong when it was written on their notepad.There are plenty of other Vietnamese restaurants with better hospitality and service, so I honestly wouldn't come back or recommend this place to others. read more

LOVE this place. We always get the shaking beef. Many times we even order through Uber eats and it comes hot and delicious every single time. Staff and service are always great. It's a big size restaurant perfect for large groups. Their pho is good and authentic too! And their spring rolls remind me of how my grandpa used to make them. I was so excited to come in today 12/24 as I've been trying to come here for some time to order Pho. I came in around 1:30 and sat at the bar to order a to go for my mom and I. I was with two other people and we didn't realize that the whole business and menu and people had changed, but we didn't care so we ordered anyway. Also, we have been going to this place for a while now. We ordered one order of each, a veggie egg roll and pork egg roll; we all heard the person who ordered it say it and they served us spring rolls, it originally wasn't a problem and said we ordered egg rolls. Instead, they started arguing back, saying we ordered spring rolls when we didn't. Then, there was an extremely petty worker, they came and said "here are your spring rolls", and laughed and then said,"oh sorry I meant egg rolls." So not only that, but the three people working there were constantly staring at us the entire time like we didn't belong or like we were bothering them. The restaurant before was amazing, the new people now just made all of it uncomfortable and I definitely do not recommend this place for if you don't like bad customer service. Then, I had the lunch combo half bahn mi sandwich with pork and half a bowl of the pho. It was so good I didn't want it to end and I am from NY so I have had authentic Vietnamese food! Today, the food was tasteless and unpalatable. It started off with them not offering the lunch special anymore, which is fine but that should have been my queue to leave. My son got the pho and it literally looked and tasted like noodles and chicken just boiled in plain water and served. No taste whatsoever. Then he ordered the pad Thai instead. It came and was dry and white in color. Completely missing the sauce and flavor you would find normally. Again I should've known better than to order Thai food at a Vietnamese place. I ordered the pork bahn mi which was just ok- also dry and lacking flavor but I was starving so I ate it after adding sriracha and hoisin sauce. The meat also tasted burnt and the bread was cold- the butter spread in it was also cold and thick. Best part- when I complained about the pad Thai, the waiter said everyone complains about it and sends it back!! Then why is it on the menu still?! Did I mention that the service is horrible on top of that. I was out of water and they never came to refill. I literally had to chase the guy down into the kitchen to get water and they never even bought a plate to eat for the pad Thai. Save yourself the aggravation, time and money. PPG is located in the Collections at Forsyth. Plenty of free parking. Called an order in for takeout one weekend. When I arrived, I immediately noticed that the staff all wore masks and gloves. The tables were spread apart to encourage social distancing and hand sanitizer was provided. There was a designated area for takeout and/or online food ordering & delivery app (UberEats, Doordash, etc) orders to the right side of the restaurant. I went over to the table and a staff member came over to assist me. I was in and out in under 10 minutes. We ordered the following: Spring rolls (shrimp only) $4.95 P1 Special combination noodle soup (pho) $10.95 -small B3 Charbroiled shrimp vermicelli $10.95 The spring rolls came with the traditional sweet and creamy peanut sauce. We always place two orders of the rolls (2 pieces per order) because our family can't get enough and it's my son's favorite. The rolls looked and tasted very fresh! I didn't sample my family's pho, but they all enjoyed it. It had a good protein to noodle to veggie ratio. My charbroiled shrimp vermicelli was flavorful and came with a side of fish sauce which I love to douse my noodles with. Generous portions. We had leftovers. I been wanting to check this place out as there isn't many Vietnamese restaurants around the forsyth county area. This spot is conveniently located inside the Avenue shopping center right off 141 Peachtree Pkwy/Ronald Regan Pkwy area. Dining area is large and plenty of space for the 6 feet rule. I ordered the Shaking Beef with white steam rice, Spring Rolls with shrimp/pork, Combination seafood crispy fried noodle, and charbroiled shrimp, pork, and egg roll vermicelli. Yummy delicious Pho now in Cumming! There are plenty of Pho restaurants near us but we wanted a place with patio seating right now, so we made the trek to Cumming. The prices are a little high but the quality of the broth and freshness of the food will not disappoint. I had the Bún and the fish sauce was tasty and the egg rolls were large! My son gobbled up his banh mi sandwich with chargrilled pork. It was so tasty! Hubby had the Pho and the soup broth was really good! Driving by I saw the sign for the Soft Open and wanted to check it out - what a good decision! The dinning room is clean and inviting, the staff was super friendly, and the food was really great. I ordered the calamari and the Pork Banh Mi Sandwich, and both were fantastic. The calamari was crispy, seasoned well, and came with a delicious sauce. The pork banh mi sandwich was packed with flavor and I enjoyed every bite. I absolutely loved the flavor of the pork. And as a bonus they threw in a complimentary egg roll which also was on point. Literally I enjoyed every bite of all three dishes. I was craving banh mi and decided to try this new restaurant instead of making the drive down to Lee's Bakery (my normal favorite). I had the chicken banh mi and I wasn't very impressed. The bread did not taste fresh, and the chicken didn't taste as good as Lee's. The tofu spring roll was good though and reminded me of Lee's. They have a full boba tea menu also. I ordered a Thai tea with 50% sugar, and it was still extremely sweet. So either their teas run very sweet, or they messed up the order. I didn't get to try the pho but I'll try it next time. I think this place is worth checking out if you don't want to venture ITP or to Gwinnett for Vietnamese food. But just don't expect that level of quality. read more
