Uncomfortably cold, so we chose to eat outside in July. We weren't warned that the RF beeper doesn't buzz outside, so we sat outside for 15 minutes before going in and seeing our order was ready. Our order had chips instead of bread, but they fixed that when asked. The food itself tastes fine, and the staff was not rude, despite the long line. Not a bad Panera, but too cold for me to visit again. Maybe I'll try again in the winter in hopes they aren't as overzealous with the heater. read more

I am a fan of Panera Bread but this location is forcing me to change my opinion. We went for a late lunch on Saturday and ordered Pick 2 combination of Soup and Flatbread. My wife orders a Tomato and Mozzarella Flatbread along with her soup and I ordered a Chicken, Ham & Swiss Flatbread The food arrived fast. The soup was good but not at the correct temperature, it was at best warm. The Tomato & Mozzarella Flatbread did not have any Mozzarella. When after taking a bite and realizing it, my wife went back to the counter to speak to someone. She had her plate with her and stood in front of the person assembling the orders. He ignored her, and when she tried catching his attention by saying "hello" she got a "hi" from the guy at the counter but no eye contact or any other response. We could see a few folks behind the counter who were moving about but no one said anything. She came back and ate what was served and we came back. read more

I really want to like this Panera. We go here fairly often for proximity's sake. But for the love of everything, they continue to disappoint me, and last weekend was the final straw. Having been burned in the past by wrong orders and ridiculously unnecessarily long wait times at this location when using the drive-thru, my husband and I made the wise decision to order dinner for ourselves and four other family members online prior to leaving the house to get the meal. The theory was that actually submitting our order in written form would leave no room for error, and given that it was rush hour, the order would be ready to go upon arrival. Wrong. Wrong. WRONG. Wrong on our parts. VERY wrong on Panera's part. When my husband arrived, the order wasn't even close to being done. Then they screwed up a few of the grilled cheese sandwiches. The only special request we made was that they use cheddar instead of American cheese. They had to fix that. Then somehow the food still came home with an extra American-cheese sandwich. But they forgot to include one of the bowls of tomato soup. Then they put bacon and mayo on a sandwich that was supposed to be without. And to top it all off, they completely ruined my lentil quinoa broth bowl by going way way way too heavy on the soy sauce. I couldn't even eat my meal. Please, Panera. Please. I placed an order online. When I arrived 5 minutes after the "ready" time I discovered that they hadn't even started the order. They were not busy; in fact, the restaurant was nearly dead. Two or three of them huddled around their computer and finally said that my order "didn't show up before". After 10 more minutes they handed me a bag with food. If this was the end of the story then it wouldn't have been worth my time to write this review, but I wasn't so lucky. When I arrived home we discovered that the sandwiches they put together were abysmal. No meat on half of one, only a quarter-sized piece of chicken on another, the third was mostly bread. One sandwich had the wrong bread and was completely void of bacon. When I tried calling the restaurant they wouldn't even answer the phone. The writing on the wall became crystal clear when I learned that this location is franchise owned. They couldn't care less about their customers! read more

On July 12 2017 myself and my friend went to Panera because she insisted that the food would be both delicious and healthy. We decided to go through the drive through because we had plans and were short on time. When we arrived the line wasn't very long and there were only 2 cars in front of us attempting to order, the first took a moderate amount of time and then the second took a very long time. It was my belief that because Panera is a restaurant that prepares the food fresh that their menu might not be curtailed to drive through orders in term of the time it takes to decide. However when it was our turn to order I quickly realized the problem. I rolled up to the speaker and quickly decided what I wanted (a chicken avocado chipotle sandwich) and my friend already knew what she wanted which was two items off the pick 2 menu, however it took a very long time to actually convey my order to the drive through worker because she kept either asking us to repeat ourselves or she would ask for a second to do something, it ended up taking 3-4 minutes just to place the order. The whole time she was rude and didn't seem to care in the slightest about if our order was correct or if we were satisfied with our time there. Finally we arrived at the drive through window where the worker quickly asked for the money which was fine and then handed us the bag hastily just trying to get us to leave and then immediately closed the window not even asking if we needed anything else From there we went to go eat our food and realized the order was wrong in a number of ways. We ordered a Caesar chicken salad and requested Caesar dressing but got something that was sweet and tasted like a balsamic dressing instead, the sandwich I ordered looked like it had been in the bottom of an airplane and had gotten tossed around on a 5 hour flight, and the turkey avocado and bacon sandwich looked like it had been flattened by a pile of bricks. I will never again return to this location and I will steer all of my friends away from going because my short visit there was anything but pleasant read more

I love Panera, but they consistently get my order wrong. No matter how much I emphasize when ordering at the register it always comes out wrong. The last two times I have ordered the bbq Mac and cheese, and specified multiple times that I wanted the bbq Mac, and it has always come out as a different type. Very frustrating! read more

Poorly run location. I travel and frequent Panera s across U.S. The staff and invisible mgmt are disconnected from customers and seem to care less about customers. Further they operate on the cheap by shorting size of food order. I always order same large salad at all stores and its consistent. At this location it was half the usual size. Panera should pull this franchise and clean up this cheaply run location. read more

Being that I typically frequent Panera weekly--working in the same shopping plaza--I've never had a negative experience, especially when a spinach & bacon soufflé is invoked! Today, however, I went in for my soufflé to realize that is was sorely undercooked with eggs having a runny consistency. When brought to the attention of the manager, he offered nothing more than the assurance that the eggs were cooked to 200 degrees accordingly and a subsequent soufflé, presumably from the same batch. Despite my discontent, the young lady working at the front--Remata I believe--was very kind and apologetic on their behalf Going forward, I will forgo the opportunity to purchase food from this location, and do hope that this establishment pays further attention to not only their food preparations, but how they handle guest situations as well. read more

Please don't go to this Panera. Worst Panera I've ever been to. Ordered a Bacon, Egg, and Cheese on Brioche with over easy egg on top and didn't realize they didn't bother to put the egg on it till I got home. I'd rather be told "we're out of eggs" than to have some substitute mystery sauce put in the bag instead. So i just pulled up to this location at 9:41pm and went to the drive through. Come to find out they are closed. But the hours say they close at 10pm. As i pulled up and looked through drive through window i seen the staff all gathered in one corner laughing and playing. read more

Came at lunch time. Very busy but it was fast service to order my food. The only thing that happened was they forgot to give me a buzzer. In which my food was cold but they fixed it. I gave it a 5 star because the quickness to fix the mistake and the person who brought my meal to my table. I believe because of the customer service and their nice servers made the experience not bad. read more

This is by far the worst Panaera Bread, nationwide, and I've travelled the nation. The only thing they are consistent with is the bad food. They need to either train or get rid of the current food service team and start a new. Or, simply Shut down. I go this location because it is the closest one to my home and 3 out of 5 my order is not right. This is a great place, good staff & an amazing manager. Last time we were there my wife forgot her bag & went home. After that when we called the store manager said it's with them & everything was there. Very trust worthy place. Because my wife recently miss-placed the bag in an Indian Restaurant & one of the workers hid it somewhere to take it home. Luckily another customer called us before we get to the car saying you left the bag. That employee did not like it & he was almost in denial. Trust is very important. read more

This is one of those places for people that think they are eating good or healthy but actually are ignorant and have no clue about food. Panera is just a fast food joint dressed as a healthy restaurant. The lady below, she is interested in how efficient the drive -thru is going to be,but she is totally clueless about what drive- thru really is! That's the mentality of most people though. They care more about the decor and how the waitress looks instead of how good the food is. Drive -thru means fast food place !!!!! Fast food means PLENTY OF PRESERVATIVES !!! Lunch today was bad: for the Pick2, I chose the asian chicken salad and the chicken avocado sandwich. 1. the prices on the posted overhead menu were all wrong as i was told it hasn't been updated since the prices increased. 2. they really really skimp on the amount of chicken in the sandwich and the salad now compared to a few months ago ! i guess it's to save on their costs. 3. only one thin slice of avocado too! again probably to save on cost. 4. they forgot to put the dressing on! (simply asked for some dressing-on-the-side containers not a big deal, but careless service.) Worst of all, the place was a total mess. So many tables had sticky stains! ugh! I understand if they are short staffed, but they need to wipe stuff down at least once in a while at least during lunch time. My wife said the women's room sink didn't run any water! Men's room was ok but the garbage can was overflowing - gross. I think I'll stick to just using this place for meeting people for their fountain drinks which are still great though. read more

This location has gone down within the last couple months. I hate the drive thru!!!! During lunch you are able to get your food in a breeze... After the lunch rush it seems like the service decreases. After you pay they make you drive towards the end of the drive thru and there is NOBODY behind you!!!!!! And the food is thrown together!!!!! I'd rather drive to the other Johns Creek location or wayyyy to Norcross for a better experience!!! read more

This is the worst Panera I have ever been too. The quality of food has gotten progressively worse. The staff looks like they all just got out of bed. Every single time I order something either for myself or my staff at work, it is wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME. Every single time. I have tried to complain before, but the manager just blew it off. This location is very good, not sure about the negative reviews as I have only had good experiences here both with the food, quality of service, accuracy of my orders. I have ordered for very large groups of 30+ for meetings and they are a always accurate and on time. Stopped by this place at 8:30am, had to wait at the drive through to give my order, even though no one in line. Ordered a dozen bagels, the attendant cheerfully repeated my order and gave me my total and told me to pull up. After two or three minute waiting at the drive through window to pay the attendant came over to say they ran out of plain bagels and would I take sesame. I have being a loyal customer of the Panera chain for over ten years and a loyal customer of this location in Duluth, GA for a few years. The restaurant is consistently clean and great customer service. The food is outstanding and they offer a huge selection whether you are stopping off for Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner. I love that they offer great healthy food. Where else can you get great soup and salad at a great price and consistently good? You certainly will get it at this location. Since this Panera is the closest one to where I live, I visit this place often. Their food is always good, more so than other Paneras that I have gone too, and I am always satisfied. However, I do agree that the service can be on and off. Usually on weekends, I see a drop in the quality of service. They once took my order incorrectly three times in a row. However, some weekends I have no problems with anything. When I go on weekdays , I see less issues with service and orders. The drive thru, on the other hand, is indeed not the best. There is often a long wait. Otherwise, the quality of this Panera's food is above average. I can't really explain why, but after going to almost every Panera in a thirty mile radius, I prefer this Panera over the one on Medlock Bridge Rd and North Point Parkway. read more

I love Panera and have been coming here since it first opened. The drive thru is incredibly convenient except that I rarely get everything I ordered or get it right. I understand forgetting an extra baguette when I order soup but when ordering a bagel I seldom receive the cream cheese unless I look in the bag and ask specifically. The drinks are very hit or miss (miss for the most part). Sodas are flat or have no syrup, and on way more than one occasion, tea is very old usually or I'm given unsweet instead of sweet. Again, I love Panera but their drive thru is exhausting when you have to triple check what you ordered to make sure you got everything. PLEASE FIX YOUR DRIVE THRU! read more

First class staff at this Panera Location. Though I was only visiting this Atlanta area for 3 months on business I was at this Panera nearly every day. The staff remembered me and knew my order and knew how to get it right. They took great care and pride to make sure my order was extra special and always served with a friendly attitude. Good polite service from the cashier and manager but, TERRIBLE food quality. The cooks were extremely rude as well. Ordered a panini and got something totally different (I decided to eat it and not fuss about it). But then I realized, one side of the bread was missing the whole middle part and was only left with the crust part. This location has a drive thru! BUT, 9 times out of 10, they always forget something. I've been here multiple times on lunch (i work about 2 miles away). I'm always missing dressing in my salad, or cheese. One time they forgot the avocado on my sandwich. I even drove off without my drink! The walk in to go isnt much better.
