I don't know why I keep giving my money to this location. They have seriously ruined Panera for me. Now, when I go to other Panera locations (either the one in Peachtree Corners or any of the many others I visit when traveling around the country) it's even more obvious that this one is a serious shit-hole. I was starting to think all Panera locations sucked, but nope - just this one. So last week i decided to stop by for lunch. Since they seem to get my salad wrong every single time I order it, I thought I would make it easy on them and just order the Mediterranean flatbread. The flatbreads are generally a decent choice - healthier than many other options, fresh, tasty. You get the picture. I'm going to post a pic of the inside of this flatbread so you can see how disgusting it was. They obviously pre-made the flatbreads and left them sitting around all day, so the hummus was hard and dried around the edges. The bread itself was so stale on one side that it snapped in half. The other side was wet from sitting in steam. The feta was in a gross blob on the side. It was one of the most disgusting things I've been served. This location is truly BAD. Panera Corporate needs to pay them a surprise visit (like Undercover Boss style) to see just how shitty it is and help them improve. read more

Got a u pick 2 half chicken salad sandwich and half salad $12.29 for rapid pick up to eat at home. Got home. The tiny half chicken salad sandwich was more mayonnaise than chicken. The tiny half salad had a bunch of yellow and rotten greens. I couldn't eat it. Drove all the way back to complain which isnt my normal. They only refunded me my salad (didnt even include refunding tax). Panera has slowly gone downhill over the years. The reward program is not rewarding at all. Portions are smaller and orders keep having mistakes. The lady in line in front of me was complaining of a forgotten item in her order as well. read more

This location is so great. Not only is there outdoor seating in addition to the seating inside, but they also have a drive thru. If you're ever in the area and looking for something quick, stop by and use the drive thru. It's as fast (if not faster) than most typical fast food restaurants in the area. I love their Panera Rewards program too because I get goodies added to it all the time! read more

MY HUSBAND WAS SO HUNGRY... My husband was so hungry that we had to actually stop at Panera for breakfast. Unfortunately, there just aren't a lot of options for a great breakfast in this area, (State Bridge and Medlock Bridge Rd). We prefer a full service breakfast with adult size servings. glass plates and metal flatware. Simply put, this is not our spot. They are primarily a bakery but do offer breakfast options in the form of a sandwich or pastries. This morning my husband and I decided on a breakfast sandwich with egg whites, bacon, avocado, spinach cheese and tomatoes on a multi-grain bun. We started with an asparagus and spinach souffle and that was a great move because it took a while for our sandwiches to arrive. I specifically chose the souffle because of the vegetables; however this souffle simply had too much cheese and only the "suggestion" of vegetables. I actually like to see and taste my veggies and there were no detectable veggies in this souffle and WAY too much cheese. They need to cut the cheese in half and actually add the described vegetables and then we can talk. When the sandwich arrives, I notice that it is one step above a slider and should be relegated to the children's menu. Since it was so small with minimal ingredients, I chose to eat it without the top bun to avoid that poor bun to ingredient ratio. It met the immediate need and took the edge off until we could actually find a more satisfying option, but would not be a place to stop if you want an actual meal. This seems more like the place to visit for coffee and a pastry or to just chill with friends as there were a couple of groups dining in as well. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. - hair found in salad - not professional - my 10 year old threw up the soup we went to panera as our first meal and i found a piece of hair in my salad that was short and black. it wasn't any of us since we have brown and long hair. It is shocking how consistent the lack of quality and severe apathy at this location. If you don't believe me, go check the google reviews you will see 1 star reviews and story after story is the same. The employees go through one training and one training alone - DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS! That's their training and they all own it, if you ask they will actually tell you to their face because the manager at this location doesn't care either. We use to love this food/restaurant chain but this place has gone downhill. The cashier did not know the menu well, specifically what ingredients were in the salads. The prices have gone up but that is understandable with inflation, however the quality has gone way down. I ordered two BBQ chicken salads, full sized. An $11 plus dollar salad consisted mainly of romaine lettuce, and few tiny thin pieces of chicken, minuscule portions of other ingredients like corn, black beans, and onion. The to-go plastic bowl was barely half full. Horrible. Even the bread that usually comes with it was down-sized. I have always loved Panera. It was my go to when I lived in Columbia, SC. I stopped today after church. I expected it to be crowded and it was. However, the drink area was a total mess. No lids for cups. The dining area (tables and floors) needed busing. This was a disappointment. This store does not live up to PANERA standards. Sad! It's in such a great location. I have only eaten at one other Panera Bread (Peachtree City, GA) and it was excellent. I think they are all overpriced, so it's nowhere I frequent. Anyway....I wanted a quick healthy meal for my family and thought I would go to the local Panera Bread. Wasn't dressed to go out, just slipped my shoes on and headed for the drive thru. When I get there, they tell me that the drive thru is down because of the computer and asked if I could come in...NOT! I asked if it were possible that they take my order and ring it up on another computer. Obviously, that is not something they wanted to do because the bad attitude started. A different voice came over the intercom and she wasn't very happy. She was rude and then sent a different person to take my money. The girl that took my money was very nice and very apologetic for the other lady who would not even come to the window, she stayed in the back and refused to show her face. The person taking my order not only didn't give me all the things I ordered but she double charged me for something I didn't order. So we did return on Sunday 09/06/15 First encounter, the gentlemen that took my order absolutely killed my wife's appetite ... He had a awful Body Odor (not discriminating or anything but c'mon, this is a food place. Be presentable and clean please ) The dining room was absolutely super dirty, IMO a staff should be around making sure things are in order ? (again this is a food place ). This was my first time eating at this location and it was reasonably clean except for the condiment area where the few mayo packages were slightly sticky. I don't eat at Panera much since I thing it's usually just average and pretty pricey for what you get. But, I had a gift card so I took the cashiers recommendation and got a chicken panini. It was boring and again, just average. The chicken was chunked on the bread so it popped out when you took a bite. There was very little of the chicken and the two tiny, very thin tomatoes weren't ripe and had No flavor. There was a tiny circle of mozzarella that didn't cover even 1/2 of each side. There were a few skimpy slices of red onion. For $9, the sandwich could have had more meat and toppings. Maybe it was my choice that was the problem but I was totally underwhelmed with the sandwich. read more

I love Paneras, and they are always so consistent with their food. I had a terrific Mediterranean egg white sandwich with sun dried tomatoes, pesto, and cheese on ciabatta. It was yummy! We also split a cherry pastry and a cinnamon roll. Both were awesome. I love their pastries! The only pastries I wasn't crazy about were their cookies and their brownie, which were both not very moist. Service was fine and quick. I definitely like this place for breakfast, and even lunch.
