Change the name of your salad called Fuji apple chicken TO Fuji apple CHIP chicken. I ordered a Fuji apple chicken salad and the menu is so high up and the print is so tiny. I didn't realize that the Fuji Apple is just a tiny spritz some dried out tasteless dehydrated apple chips. Close to $13 for a salad. I had to come home and cut up my own apple and put it on there. Whatever that creamy yellow syrup dressing is I have no idea. But I felt like I was pouring pancake syrup. It was so sweet all over my salad. But the biggest disappointment was ordering a Fuji apple chicken salad and getting a tiny handful of dried out tasteless apple chips. Why don't you just change the name and let's be done with it? Service was terrible on multiple occasions. The staff acted as if I was putting them out when I went to the register to ask a question on two occasions, and on another occasion I waited for pick up and my food sat there in a bag until I asked a second time why my order was taking so long. Always friendly staff here. Destiny took our customized order today and just had the sweetest disposition. The crew that is working on the to go orders are always attentive to allergy request, and the last time we were here even remade a sandwich when we went to pick it up when they realized they had missed the special instructions. (I didn't have to say anything) We love Panera and so far have had really good experiences with this one on Bryant in Edmond. The only thing that I noticed that could use attention is the coffee. We came at 10:30ish and the decaf was low and trickling out, and the light roast wasn't steaming hot and was just warm. I used to love Panera. For some reason they seem to have really gone downhill, which is not great for a chain. There are so many new amazing breakfast places in Edmond, Panera is really not making the cut. I do like that they have order ahead. However, the LAST THREE times I ordered, my order was wrong. I do the order ahead because I am hurried for time. The first time, I didn't get my score, I went to the desk and mentioned it and they just said they were having an awful day and didn't have any more left. No refund, no replacement. Second time I got the wrong smoothie. Third time (why am I a glutton for punishment?), I ordered a coffee and a pastry. The pastery was great, but they made my coffee completely wrong and when I said something to the guy handing it to me, he said oh sorry and NO OFFER TO FIX IT!!! Are they trying to win a poor customer service reward?! I keep 3 stars for them because their food and pastries are still tasty, although the entrees are extremely overpriced. The coffee is a little acidic for my preference but it can be okay, if made the way I request. He also wanted a dessert from the bakery, so I told him he could have a water cup with his meal. Once we sat down and got our food, I sent him to go grab his water cup. This place is dirty, the tables are dirty, the self serve drink station is filthy (wet and sticky) no napkins. We had to wipe the table off, wipe the chairs off before sitting. You can't go wrong with a soup bread bowl or half a sandwich and a cup of soup or salad. The prices aren't too bad either. It can be very busy around lunch time so go before or after the lunch rush. Unless you're going there for lunch, then good luck! When you buy the pick two meal you get a piece of bread with your soup and sandwich and it's great for dipping into the soup!! Yum! They have so many different breads you can pick from as well. So when you get a sandwich, you can change what bread it comes with and it's a tough choice. I like Panera and typically go for their "You Pick 2" deal. I've met here in the mornings quite a bit for full day book writing sessions with a client. So shout out to Panera for being a great space for writing and collaboration, sharing their wifi and tables. They didn't seem to mind us camping out I wrote portions of my first published book at this location, so it has a special place in my heart. The only downfall is the AC is cranked up so high here, so bring a sweater! I doubt that's the case in the winter. Probably one of the worst Panera locations. I've ordered from them once and they completely screwed up the order, not to mention they took longer than usual for my online order. I decided to give them a second chance and once again, messed up a bagel order (not sure how that's possible), forgot to make the latte as I was waiting, and gave my souffle to another customer (it was the last one).. Honestly, I used to love this Panera. As a Sip Club member, I come in almost every day to get a drink. My favorite is the Strawberry Lemon Mint Charged Lemonade. I used to be able to refill my own cup, but now the employees insist on making me get a new plastic cup every time because the charged lemonades are behind the counter. It's absolutely ridiculous to make me ask an employee to fill up a brand new cup for me twice a day. It is not the general public's fault that some dumb college kid didn't know how to read and ended up consuming more caffeine than is safe for her!! You wouldn't make people jump through hoops to get a pecan braid if someone with a pecan allergy got one and ate it!! Most of the employees here are really nice, which is why I hate inconveniencing them for something I should be able to do myself. read more

I started going back to this Panera about six months ago because the service improved. Then all of a sudden they gave the excuse they did not have enough personnel to man the dining room. It's funny, the day after I left the dining room and it was totally manned, they stopped opening the dining room. Now, the dining room is open but only in to-go containers for food. Really? Even though I like Panera, do you really think I am going to sit down in the dining room and eat an exorbitant costly dinner in a paper to go container? Really? I've got news for you.... I purchased a take out order of Mac & Cheese along with a group order of broccoli cheese soup last night. I got home and the large order of broccoli cheese soup has been considerably watered down. It was so evident that the French bread hardly had any color to it when dipped in the soup. It was bland and watery at best. I nicely returned to the store the next afternoon to return the item and let management know of the error. Mistakes happen and I just wanted management to know. I'm all about helping make things right. I provided the entire portion of soup as evidence. I wanted them to see the product I received. Instead of listening and looking at the product, it was immediately thrown out by one manager. When the second manager came along, she refused to refund my amount because she couldn't see my soup. Really? I along with a counter employee explained that the soup was thrown out in back. The manager who I interacted with refused to make things right. It was a $16.99 item and I brought the entire item back as proof. The manager demanded a receipt. I left and went back to my car and found it. I felt very sad for the employees who were working the counter. The manager berated the employee as a way of trying to cover her own blunders. A second customer came back in the store for a refund for bad food from yesterday, too. Clearly this store has kitchen and management issues that need to be addressed. I did finally get the soup amount refunded to my debit card but I definitely have a bad feeling about this store.I most likely will not be back to this location again. I can easily forgive messed up food but a management with poor customer service and that is rude to its own staff is not acceptable. read more

This is a well run Panera . They get slamming busy during lunch and it seems like it's the spot for college aged kids to take up tables to do school work.
