Love that there's a pickleman's in Edmond now! One of my favorite things to get is the pizzas because I love that they are on a thin crust! It's a great size and shareable between two people in my opinion. Also love love their chocolate chip cookies!

Okay I saw this from the road and as a pickle connoisseur I HAD to stop in and eat... so, there I was confused and excited and had the most ecstatic welcome I think I've ever heard from any staff. Soups, salads, sandwiches & pizza - so many options. We opted for a pickle & The Cuban pizza. If you haven't tried the Cuban you are missing out. Big time. Like sore loser at a t-ball game big mad. Just trust and go love your pickle heart out! Super welcoming. No butt pads so be prepared if you dine in. I wish there was one closer to where we live. Any time we make a Costco run we'll be stopping here!

Mayo, tomato, lettuce and seriously ONE sliver of ham. More of a snack, definitely not lunch.

I made the effort to go to Picklemans in the middle of tons of road construction & barriers. My suggestion--Don't Make the Effort. I'll post a pic of my ham & cheese sandwich. It had ONE slice of ham, tons of mayo, a little lettuce and two sliced tomatoes. The bread is tasty and fresh but that's the only thing pleasant here.

This is an awesome little sandwich shop that just opened in Edmond in Bryant Square. We both got sandwiches. They have pizza too but we didn't try them. I had a ham sandwich with the regular toppings of lettuce, tomatoes and mayonnaise. They toast all the sandwiches. It was really good and I thought it was reasonably priced. The service was a little slow but they are new so it was not unexpected. The sandwich was worth the wait,

Food was good, service was awful. The older guy at the front with tattoos was incredibly rude and for that I am not coming back.

Sandwiches are pretty bomb. They are a little pricey for the size but I would go again.

The food here is great with a variety of options! I just wish they had a foot long option for the sandwiches (seems like a no brainer).

Not worth it at all. Low quality, tasteless, subpar atmosphere at best. Sandwich was also very small for such a large price.

Now having said that, the choice to use particular words for certain menu items is beyond me. Representative examples include "pinched sausage", "jerk sauce", and "Tripple XXXtra Pepperoni". Now, maybe I'm just a dumb Okie and maybe pinched sausage is a delicacy up North. However, I am too fearful to Google the phrase, "Detroit pinched sausage." Regardless, all of these food items are actually fantastic. Do not skip this place.

Who came up with that? Because I definitely hadn't heard of it before. The customer service was friendly, upbeat, and had the order ready right on time. When I arrived, it still had a couple of minutes left in the oven, so it came out piping hot--exactly how pizza should. The pizza is a deep-dish style and comes sliced into four pieces. It was a little smaller than I'm used to, but honestly, it seems pretty on par with what you'd expect these days. Inside, the restaurant is clean, bright, and surprisingly spacious. There's plenty of seating, making it a great spot for families or larger groups who want to dine in without feeling cramped. It's tucked away off a back road in the Icebox Plaza, so you might miss it if you're not looking for it. But don't let the location fool you--it's worth finding. And here's the plot twist... I don't even eat bacon, but I tried the pickle-and-ranch side of the pizza and... I hate to admit it... it was actually pretty good! Stranger things have happened. Between the friendly service, clean atmosphere, and hot, fresh pizza, I'd definitely recommend giving this place a try. If you're ever in Edmond, stop by... and thank me later.

I ordered a meal deal that was a big pizza, 3 appetizers and a big salad. The pizza was great with tons of toppings (Sooner) and we always love their salads. The jalapeno appetizer was well-received by most, I didn't find it that exciting, but it was still good. I liked the focaccia with meat balls, their marinara on the side was a little weak, but not bad, the cheese bread was fine too. I forgot they also put the cheese bread on the salad, so we ended up with quite a bit, but that's okay. One thing I'll mention from the 3 times I've ordered, I totally don't mind that the salad comes in a pizza box, but it does bug me that each time they've stacked the hot pizza and the salad together so by the time it got to us (since I didn't pick it up myself this time), the salad was also hot. Maybe they could get a sticker that says SALAD on it or something to help keep them separate so the pizza doesn't cook the salad in transit.

The crust was sort of similar to a cracker-style crust but a bit thicker. I like the flakiness of this type of crust but I found theirs to be under-seasoned. The quality of the other ingredients was just ok. For a $30 pizza I expected more to be honest and trying it once is good enough for me.
