Sometime you just gotta wonder. A group of us decided to meet here one evening to plan for the spring soccer season. This is for sure your typical Panera stop and it is good for groups and just a light lunch/dinner. If you have celiac.... Just don't plan to eat. I did get a coffee and it was safe.... Cold but safe... they did brew some fresh coffee for me after I alerted them it was cold which I appreciated ;-). My daughter LOVES their bread so I was able to get a baguette to go. My wondering is the service. When we first walked up to the register a guy was typing something into the computer. Not sure what.... But we stood there for about 30 seconds and he just walked away. No response no greeting nothing. It felt so weird I was wondering if he was closing it down. Then a gal walked up right after and looked at me. Again no greeting or "how can I help you". I asked if it was ok to order. She said yes of course. Again not awful just felt weird. Lastly when my coffee was cold i asked if they could warm it up for me. They instead brewed more which I appreciated! Other than that it felt like your typical Panera. No one went above and beyond and the weird customer service leads me to remove two stars giving a three star review. read more

Where do I begin...stopped by yesterday for lunch and we each ordered a half hot sandwich with one getting broccoli soup and me getting the mac and cheese. After placing our order we went to pick our table. Every empty table was filthy. The cleanest one we could find still had to be wiped with napkins before we could sit down. Inexcusable! When got our order and took our first bite, both "hot" sandwiches were cold...like the meat came straight out of the fridge. I opened my sandwich because my first bite had barely any filling. This is my first visit inside since I usually use the drivethru. It is a weird location, kinda away from everything, so it is not necessarily easy to get to. But it is a well lit and warm building. It definitely has a well-worn feel, the booths are ripped and tables are wobbly. It was pretty busy inside with people working like I do but plenty of tables and booths, so it never felt crowded. The wait for food and drinks is also pretty fast. I love the Sip Club membership and discounts on the app, and I usually get the iced Papaya Green Tea and sometimes coffee. The bagels are great too along with their soup. Not a big fan of the breakfast sandwiches like I had today. Soggy eggs, no sauce, and dry. I would stick with lunch or bagels. Overall, I'll be back for a coffee date or quick soup for lunch. read more

They are not customer focused....they were selling frosted pumpkin cookies and wanted $3.39 per cookie or you could buy six for $7.69. Unfortunately they only had 4 pumpkin cookies so I asked if they could provide 2 other cookies to make up the 6. The manager said "no"......Are you kidding me?! We stopped at Panera on the way to go hiking for a quick breakfast. The good: *Enjoyed the breakfast - the cinnamon roll and the cherry vanilla bagel. Although, I do prefer the old round cinnamon rolls they used to have back in the day. The bad: *It was freezing cold in the restaurant. It was if it was 105 outside and they needed an ice box inside. It was a chilly fall morning and there was no need for that. *Service was not that great. The person taking our order was all over the place - going back and forth instead of focusing on taking our order, taking payment, etc. leaving us standing their while she focused on other things that didn't even deal with our order. Disappointed in my meal tonight. I'm currently working 13 hour shifts and decided to stop by Panera for something a little healthier than fried food. That being said I did get the Mac and cheese and the bacon turkey bravo. I spent about $18 which was shocking for the small amount of food, and the only thing edible was the Mac and cheese. The Mac and cheese was the bomb but the sandwich was terrible. The turkey was literally frozen, they threw frozen cucumbers on it (even though it's not like that on the menu?), and the lettuce mix was slimey and brown. I took 1 bite and it's just not edible. I'm really disappointed that I spent almost $20 and just got a small cup of Mac and cheese and a coke. If I could justify eating Mac and cheese only as dinner I'd be back, unfortunately I can't and won't. read more

Yesterday we went to Panera to get some pecan braids to go. When we got home we saw that the pecan braids were just put all together in their paper bag! Gross! That made them seem dirty in that sack. Also and even more importantly they were ALL stale!! I will never go back because I don't know what will they do to my food next. We're big Panera fans but our visit to this location yesterday was a disappointment. We arrived about 3 o'clock pm, well after the lunch rush was over but every empty booth in the place was dirty. The young woman at the counter was slow to greet us and take our order even though there was no one ahead of us. Our soup was served in paper cups even though we were eating there, presumably because they didn't have clean bowls. Ear-piercing alarms sounded in the kitchen and it took forever for employees to turn them off. All this while several employees didn't seem to be doing anything. We observed one of them lounging against the counter checking his cell phone. We'll continue to be Panera customers, we just won't be going to this location again. read more

I walked into this Panera at 10:32. I didn't really realize that breakfast was over. When I tried to order a steak, egg, and cheese bagel my order was greeted by multiple loud "breakfast is over!" exclamations from some very rude ladies who were filling bags behind the counter. A simple "I'm sorry, we stop serving breakfast at 10:30" would have sufficed. I love Panera but I probably won't be back until the staff learns some manners. read more

I love Panera's bagels. I purchase a Bakers Dozen (13) at a time for around $11.00. Unfortunately, the employees slicing the bagels can only count to 12. It happened again this morning. The clerk put 12 in the slicer and then I asked where is the 13th. She proceeded to count them in the box and confirmed that there were 13. Any guess how many was in the box when I looked after I got home? Yep 12, not 13. Next time I will stop and count while in the store. This has happened several times however most times the clerk removes all of the bagels and determines I am one short. read more

Good products and good food sells itself. If you don't have customer service, then just throw your product away because I won't buy it. Yesterday, there were 2 employees at a single register helping a woman who didn't know what she wanted and the line was forming behind me. There was another register and a good manager would've noticed the line and should've opened the 2nd register to help someone/anyone? I just needed a pickup order which wasn't waiting for me at their pickup counter. So, I waited until the woman was finished ordering and I stepped up to the counter only to be told to check the pickup counter. Well, it wasn't there and they had to find it in the back. Was given a gift card and thought, why not? Can NOT understand how they are still in business. It has GOT to be a yuppie thing. $50 bucks worth of food as one and a half sandwiches ( with a pathetic little one slice of meat on the hardest bread I have ever tried to chew), two scones that were equally inedible. We ordered lemonade, but I have seen more lemon in one squeeze packet of lemon. It was so water and tasteless. DO NOT USE THE DRIVE-THRU I decided to give the drive thru one final chance after 2 failed previous experiences. I got home with my order and again had missing items. I was missing half a sandwich from my pick 2, missing a chocolate chip cookie and received a cup of soup instead of a bowl of soup. I called the restaurant and told the employee about the missing items and her response was "uh huh" I wasn't offered a refund, a fix to the situation or even an apology. I go about once a week to this Panera, as it is on my way home from work. I get a "You Pick 2"-- and get either potato soup, roast-beef sandwich, or the greek salad with Chicken. The food and service here is normally 100%. The reason I gave them a 4? Their ability to give me "extra dressing, plus chicken" on my salad must always be checked because 3/5 nights, they forget to add my requests. They never forget to charge, just forget to add the extras! Still love it. Just check your order before you leave. read more

A food chain that is worth returning to. I love their bread bowls the best -- since you can eat the bowl, duh. Also like their cinnamon rolls ok and other breakfast num-nums. The bagels are quite good, and I tend to go with what is almost always the 2nd to last Asiago Cheese bagel. Don't get cream cheese, however, if you're 50/50 on it since it costs a lot for some reason. Expect a long line during brunch on Sundays. And the outdoor seating is lame. Ordered the chicken salad sandwich and there was about 2 slices of chicken on the whole sandwich. Basically payed 10 dollars for a piece of stale bread. Really impressed with this place. I have eaten here and at similar "gourmet" bread and sandwich shops before, and always just thought they were okay. I'm a frequent Panera customer, always enjoy the food and service. This was the probably the poorest location I've been to as far as food quality. Very slow service in the drive-thru, they were completely out of all breakfast soufflés before 9:30am, and both breakfast sandwiches I ordered as a substitute were not good. 1 sandwich had the wrong bread, and the meat covered half the sandwich. I called in an order yesterday evening for pickup this morning (July 31, 2018). I asked for the order to be ready for pickup at 6AM. I arrived at 5:52AM. The doors opened at 6:00AM on the dot. I received looks of discontentment for being the first one in the store. There were no smiles as I walked to the counter to order a breakfast sandwich (I asked for the fastest sandwich) and get my bakery order. Obviously disorganized (speed racks in the bakery blocking customer engagement, pickup orders not ready and bakery sheets in multiple places) the manager Tammy talks about me and my order, she never addresses or acknowledges me. Finding my order she hands it off to the less enthused boy behind the counter. He finishes ringing my order up, touching the computer screen with his gloved hands. He wasn't coached but forcefully expressed my Tammy that the thermal paper was put in wrong (as he is trying to print my receipt). My experience so far has been long for my early morning. I watch the dynamic between the employees that was not cohesive. The guy that was setting up the sandwich line did not have a bacon on his station and was not prepared for breakfast. Though, he was the only other person (beside the boy that rung me up) that actually spoke to me and apologized for the long amount of time. I wish he'd apologize for my 12 minute (remember I asked for the fastest sandwich) sandwich being lukewarm. The cheese never melted. As a former employee of this Panera location, I was embarrassed. Zero hospitality and zero leadership, zero engagement and zero integrity. No matter what time of the day or how you feel, put on your smiling Mickey Mouse head and make people enjoy their time in your restaurant. I'm giving you one star because I felt overlooked. This is the worst experience I've ever had at Panera, one of the employees (Jacob) was so rude to me and my family. He's rolling his eyes as we request certain things for our food, and still he drops our on the floor and rolls his eyes when we ask him for a new one and just says "yeah sure" I'm such a rude way like it was my fault he dropped it, and looks at us while he stomps on the cup that fell aggressively.
