The food is great, but this is the dirtiest Panera. Every time I go there every single empty table is dirty. Even when they are not busy. Most of the time during lunch one of the managers is sitting at one of the tables eating and on his laptop and oblivious to all the dirty tables. You have to track someone down and ask them to clean one for you. Then they bring a soaking rag and smear what's on the table without really cleaning it and leave you with a wet table top. Avoid this Panera. We eat at Panera in other locations often and are never disappointed. However, this location is not up to the Panera reputation, and needs a pop-in visit from upper mgmt, in my opinion. Since other reviewers addressed the dirty tables, I'll stick to the food issue here. My husband ordered his favorite: Strawberry Poppyseed Salad with Chicken. It is supposed to have pecans, but there were barely any pecans in it at all. I had my favorite: Tomato Soup in a Bread Bowl. It arrived with MAYBE 1/2 cup of soup inside, leaving 3/4 of the hole empty. I mentioned it was a skimpy amt of soup loudly enough that he could hear, but the server ignored me as he shuffled off. Skimpy pecans and skimpy soup. We did not get our usual Panera experience by a long shot. Stingy with food. read more

While I love the simplicity and natural elements of the menu, it's hard to justify the price. Food is ok, sometimes good, but I would (and could) make the same thing at home for cheaper. And I cannot for the life of me figure out why there would be cilantro in an asian salad, which didnt have near enough dressing on it (maybe none?) to drown out that awful flavor. Ordered food online with a gift card and credit card. Both cards were charged, and my cc was charged TWICE. When I arrived- no food. And no refund for the double charge, and no explanation. They rushed my order together in about two minutes and it was disappointing to say the VERY least. read more

Panera not only has a great location, but the service here is great. I have never had a rude encounter here and I can safely say that all Panera staff are extremely polite and accommodating. The food here is also amazing. A lot of my friends really enjoy the Mac & Cheese here as well as the delicious cookies they have here. On of my favorite parts of Panera are that they offer non-dairy smoothies as well. For someone who is lactose intolerant, this is extremely appreciated. I think the only thing Panera could work on is there mobile app ordering system. Sometimes when l order Panera on my way to school, but when I get there, they haven't even started making it. Because of this, I am either late to school, or have to leave without collecting my food. Overall, I'd say Panera is a great place to hang out and great food. read more

Wow! We usually enjoy this place. On a normal basic visit I'd give it 3 stars but this morning I walk in and was up to order at 11:32 and wanted to get a soufflé for my wife and they said sorry we quit serving breakfast at 11:30. I looked at my phone and it was 11:32. Then the lady said next as if I wasn't going to order something else. I said I'm not done and she did apologize, I ordered and everything went as normal. Don't get me wrong - I love Panera. Which is probably why I felt it necessary to share my disappointment with recent visits. Yesterday we went to eat in breakfast, and both got "toasted" bagels. Neither was anything past room temperature. My wife wanted butter instead of cream cheese, and was directed to the chilled pads by the coffee. Ever had a cold bagel with lumps of firm, cold butter? It only takes a moment to make sure what you hand the customer is done right - and, it takes a lot longer to get this taste out of my mouth. read more

The manager, Sarah, deeply cares about each customers individuals experience of visiting the cafe which we have experienced in her customer service after receiving the wrong meal through the drive through. The food is amazing, but the service is far from it. If it wasn't for the food, I wouldn't keep coming back. Nobody greets as people walk in and the cashier never welcomes people over to his/her register so it's always a guessing game as to when someone is available. The last time I was there, the woman walked away right after taking the last customer's order and didn't even acknowledge me or let me know that she'd be right with me. After about 5 minutes, another lady came by and asked if I'd been helped yet. She took my order, but let the original cashier finish out the transaction. I wasn't given my table number or cup for my drink and had to ask for them. I received my food in a timely manner.. only to discover that they gave me a dirty spoon so I had to go back up and ask for a different one. I love Panera, but the service was intolerable. I'll keep coming back for the food. I just hope the service shapes up. read more

Bad review not so much because of the food, but because EVERY SINGLE TIME I go there, their internet DOES NOT WORK. I d love spending morning or afternoon there sipping their delicious hazelnut coffe, but I just stopped doing it, and every time I give them another shot, I need to pick up my laptop and work somewhere else. No help from the staff whatsoever, the more people I ask why it would not work, the more "I don't know" I get. I am done, time to support more local businesses. read more

I like my Panera. I take my college books and study while I have a big Asian Salad! It's clean, not too noisy, and I can sit by a window and feel the warm sun while autumn winds whip outside. Their coffees are average, but I do enjoy their iced tea with lemon. I am a semi-regular at this location. It can be a busy place, though. read more

I drove through the new drive-through to order lunch. It was rather slow. I ordered a You Pick Two- an Asian salad with chicken and a soup (and I asked for a wheat roll, instead of the baguette they usually provide. They assured me there would be no problem - they had wheat rolls.). I arrived home to find that my Asian salad with chicken had apples and grapes in it , with no dressing. I don't believe the Asian chicken salad is made with grapes, apples, or arugula. Also, the wheat bread that I asked for was not in the sack (but the baguette that I had asked not to be served was!). Grilled was good until they changed it. Never have cookies. Some workers are not the kindest. Overall Panera is ok in some places but not the bathroom. It's only smelt good when they painted it. I come here due to staying after school. Staff is very unfriendly to us. When I walked in they said "They are here" I really don't recommend this place. Stay away if possible. Staff complains about kids while I sit down at a table and when I sit down there is still trash on the table. If they want to complain about kids they should take care of their restaurant first. read more

I like Panera. Personal preference, Paradise Bakery is better. But Panera will do where there is not Paradise. However, this Panera is sad. It's horrible. The service is subpar, the quality of food is mediocre, and the ability to get an order correct is impossible. They get something wrong every time I come here. Whether it be forgetting dressing, forgetting chicken, etc, it's always something. Tonight sent me over the edge though. I ordered a greek salad WITH CHICKEN. (even emphasized it to the cashier). I came home. My chicken noodle soup had 2 noodles, a chunk of chicken, and the rest was broth. I understand it was probably getting close to the bottom... but that's unacceptable. My greek salad - no chicken. Frustration ensued. On top of that, it took 15 minutes to get my to-go order at 7:45 pm. The place was fairly empty. No reason to take that long without any explanation. Furthermore, the employees were disappointing. While no one was making food, they were all standing around talking. One girl had her phone hanging out of one pocket, and a half empty carton of cigarettes in the other. Regardless if you are about to go on break or not, that is unprofessional. I don't care about smoking... It's the lack of consideration for her appearance. The only reason I don't wish this Panera to go out of business is because it's the only one here... and the only place remotely like it in Fayetteville. read more

I came to Panera in desperate need to sit down in a coffee shop and study. If you live in the midwest and go to school, chances are you've eaten at a panera. But some are definitely better than others. When I walked in I scouted out the place and noticed several plug-ins located in the front rooms. There were a few in the remainder of the restaurant. I found a table next to one and stashed my stuff to save the spot. Then went for coffee. The woman helping me was SO friendly. It was really nice to have someone who was happy with their job helping me. I handed her my coffee mug container and she seemed a lil surprised about that, (what can I say, I'm from California, gotta be green!), but fixed me up a yummy caramel latte with a smile. I had an everything bagel with cream cheese as well and it was nice and toasty and very soft. The flavor of the "everything" was about perfect with some garlic goodness but not too salty or overwhelming. I studied for several hours and, as soon as the lunch crowd left, it was a quiet and nice place to study. I realize that these types of experiences can vary from visit to visit. But I was so relieved to have a nice experience when I really had hard core studying to do, that I had to yelp this to share my happiness. read more

I asked for a small sample, first I was refused then was given some broth. its hard to tell the taste of the soup by the broth, but the broth was terrible and I sure would never take an $8 risk on this.
