This was 20 mins ago "prepping" and nobody has gotten their food yet. they need a new kitchen staff or management.

This place has mid level service . They seriously need to improve on communicating with each other , working together (they argue in front of the customers) and although I found it hilarious it was clear that they were very unprofessional. The wait time is ridiculous (5) employees and a wait time of over 25 mins is absurd just for my food to be cold . Safe to say never coming back to this location.

Chipotle Chicken, Egg & Avo Sandwich and Iced Tea

The ambience and service was great but once my order was ready, I remembered why I haven't been to Panera in years. $12.99 for a small breakfast sandwich and medium drink (that's the size of a small)???? Obviously I saw the price before I paid and still decided to because, I thought and hoped, it would at least be worth the price seeing as I hadn't been here in so long. While the sandwich looked and smelled good, the taste was very bland. Good enough to eat but not $8 good. - AGAIN, the service was amazing and the store was clean though (: Just overpriced and overhyped food

They put a croissant in a waffle iron and top it with delicious toppings and serve it to you hot and scrumptious. It shouldn't be that amazing, but I wanted to be a glutton and get a second one. Seattle-Area Boba Shop Review #117…read more We visited Onit Cafe on a rainy Saturday afternoon in June, hoping to score an after lunch boba. Sprinting through the downpour, as we hadn't expected the rain, we threw ourselves into this modern, yet industrial shop, where we saw a couple of people sitting inside like us to wait out the rain. We placed our order with the friendly bobarista and got our drink within a couple of minutes. Jasmine Milk Tea, 50% Sweet, Less Ice w/ Boba ($6.75) - The milk tea has a heavy powdery creamer flavor, but it's not gritty or silty at all. Unfortunately it's so heavy that the drink tastes almost entirely like creamer with only a tiny bit of flowery finish. It's not the most pleasant flavor due to this quality. While the creamer is on the heavier end, the sweetness is not; at half sweet it's not too sweet. The boba is very good, super bouncy and chewy with basically the ideal texture. They aren't marinated that long so aren't quite that sweet or flavorful. Milk Tea Rating: 3/5 Boba Rating: 4.5/5 Onit Cafe is one of those rare places where I liked the boba far more than the drink. I don't visit Federal Way too often, but if I'm even down there again, I'd give it another shot to see if I can get a better drink next time. The staff have seen me from primary school…read moreuntil the end of high school, with one lady in particular sometimes treating me with mandarins or chocolates. I'm two years out of college now and no longer live in the area, but took my husband here this summer. All of the nostalgia is still there, in the food, the decor, the friendly faces. The portions are still sizeable (you can see that in the picture from the first bite I took before I remembered to take a photo) and they still have the best fries with the best dipping sauce! I hope everything keeps going well for them.

He got the spicy chicken teriyaki, and I decided (against my better judgment) to try something different and ordered the cheesesteak instead of one of their burgers--which I already know are really good. I should've just stuck with that. The cheesesteak was okay. The meat was tender and the flavor wasn't bad, but it was really dry. By the time I got home, I had to add my own condiments just to make it more enjoyable. It just felt like something was missing. My husband wasn't impressed with the teriyaki either. I didn't try it myself, but he said it wasn't the best he's had and probably wouldn't order it from here again. One highlight though--the peanut butter banana milkshake was delicious. Their milkshakes are definitely a win. Overall, I'd say this place is still worth it, but stick to the burgers--they're what they do best.

When we walked in I noticed some table games in the front area and table books so I was hopeful, it seemed pleasant. We went to sit in a booth but the empty tables were still dirty. While we sat we decided we would order, we couldn't find menus and kept waiting for a waiter, then someone finally told us ,after we asked , that we had to order in front! I ordered a BLT on a GF bread, I had to pay $2 more for gluten free! I expected a large sandwich for the price, like most the restaurants we've eaten at have been, but this sandwich was small, like a tiny one made at home! The bacon was burnt to a crisp and black, and the bread was super dry, the whole sandwich was dry and tasteless and a disappointment. When it came the side of pickle was missing and I had to ask for it. The only good part of my meal was the chips and my Italian soda! A huge waste of $18 + $$

My only suggestion is to dry off or spin lettuce after it's washed. Because it ends up making the bread soggy by the time you get it via take out, drive home to eat. It's a bit soggy and definitely more soggy by the next day. I couldn't figure out why it was so soggy. My only assumption would be too wet of toppings or lettuce. But I don't know for sure. The sandwich was really tasty& serving size was big. I believe it was approximately $17 per sandwich/ person. With each of us getting a 12 inch sub.
