Would like to get the Italian stuff there and it's absolutely wonderful. The bread is great. I like it Mike's Way. There's so many different varieties of things that you can get from this restaurant. You can also get a smile and a welcome to Mike's way when you come in the door the store was clean. The employees acted like they wanted to work they had smiles on their face and they acted very professional I absolutely love you all and I'll be coming back over and over again for great subs. I love Jersey Mikes. But whomever owns/operates this franchise instance should have the license revoked. They are at this point damaging the brand of Jersey Mikes. They are routinely understaffed; employees appear demoralized. After observing the rotating door of staffing over the many visits and disappointing engagements and sandwiches over the last year I just think the internet needs to know to not visit this establishment until leadership is addressed. If someone is sick, get a backfill in there. If you have poor performers, don't keep them around just because they'll suffer through the bs. read more

Ok. Been to a thousand Jersey Mikes locations but this one has been extra amazing for their service. My husband and I have been her multiple times when visiting family and literally EVERY time the staff is attentive, kind, genuine and helpful. Case in point, an elderly gentleman came in and was having trouble deciding what he wanted. One of the guys working there was so patient and compassionate. He took the time to listen and help him get exactly what he wanted. Don't know if he was a regular, but honestly as we sat and ate in the store we watched all the staff treat everyone just as well. The quality of food and speed at which they prepped our order was still fantastic, even with all this extra care and kindness. It was really nice to watch and experience. Kudos to the dude who made my original Italian sandwich. Nicely executed and put together. Creates a nice eating experience and manageable to eat. The sandwich itself tasted delicious with the fresh crunchy ingredients and salty deli meat. It wasn't dry and he didn't skimp with the sauces nor overdo it. Alright, so yes I do eat at every JM store in the state. I also review them all. This one has some quirks, but none of them are their fault. Pros: Speed and precision Great staff Close to bus route Cons: HATE the location, hard to find Parking here sucks I dispise where this one is located. I also think it is one of the smaller JM stores I've been in. I need Google or GPS everything I go to this store. I do not blame the store. Orders here are done swiftly and with care. The place moves swiftly with ample staff for the rushes. Though the place is a little cramped for my taste. The pick up counter area is near the register. There isn't anywhere else for it. I hope they get a larger location, but honestly as long as the service is this good, so be it. read more

Solid sandwich shop if you are just wanting a traditional sub with the typical ingredients. The "juice" can be heavy handed at times, so if you don't like a lot of sauce on your sandwiches, just ask for it light. Place is always clean and the service fast. Nice people working the counter too - friendly and they always greet you walking in and wish you a good day walking out. Beats Subway any day of the week. read more

Ordered a chipotle cheese steak. I can't believe it was $9 for this approximately 8" sandwich that was disgusting. Came home to have my sandwich to only find out there as no cheese, no chipotle sauce & like 3 pieces of peppers. The meat was extremely dry like it was re-heated several times in a day. The bread did not taste fresh. It was as if the food was made the day before and bread was reheated in a lm oven. It was hard to chew the bread. Some parts was just soggy and not because it was drenched in sauce. It was definitely not worth the money spent nor will I be coming back to this location. read more

I don't know what's going on with these 1 star reviews cause I've only had good experiences here. The process for making some of these sandwiches are longer than Subway. They use a griddle, so you gotta have some patience to get a sandwich. The customer service here is also friendly. Mostly youngins trying to make a living. It's actually very commendable to see them work the griddle with such skill. Overall, I come here regularly. Hopefully this helps newcomers have better experiences like mine. read more

If I was allowed to offer 0 stars I would. But this place gave me and my wife food poisoning. My wife had a Tuna Sandwhich..... or whatever it's called, and requested no cheese. They put cheese on it, my wife is lactose intolerant. It shouldn't be that hard to do your job. I had the chicken cheese steak or whatever it was called. Neither of the sandwhich's were palatable. Not to mention, this location was very dirty and the staff was not friendly in regards to when was asked for no cheese. Stopped in on a whim after having watched those Danny DeVito commercials on TV. There were about a dozen customers in the shop and the workers behind the counter were working feverishly prepping orders. They young man waiting on me was pleasant and personable (forgot to notice his name), and told me a little about the history of the shop and that he had been working at Jersey Mike's for four years. I eventually placed an order for the B.L.T. Gargantuan sandwich. The inside of the shop was very clean,bas was the food prep areas. I was watching one of the workers place numerous strips of pre-fried bacon on a sandwich and silently was hoping it was my sandwich. I counted 12-pieces of bacon. Even the customer who had been in front of me commented on the amount of bacon and said he may have to order that sandwich next visit. When the worker completed putting my sandwich together he asked if I wanted it to be cut in half or into four pieces. I told him to cut it in half because I couldn't eat four pieces. He looked up at me and laughed as did several customers waiting for their orders. (That's an old pizza joke). The sandwiches at Jersey Mike's are always top notch. Fresh ingredients, delicious bread (Rosemary Parmesan Bread), and the vinegarette they use is to-die-for. Delicious as usual, kudos to Jersey Mike's and staff. read more

Long time JMS customer, love it! Glad to see one finally in Federal Way, before we had to go to Burien.

So apparently they offer services that they don't intend to fulfill. As a person with mobility issues, I appreciate curbside services. After ordering online for curbside pick up, I parked and let them know via the app I had arrived. After 20 minutes of waiting, I finally get myself together and go into the store to find the order sitting there, with hot sandwiches now cold. I was the only customer inside. I said this was supposed to be curbside. The gentleman said "oh we had a rush". I said "oh so apparently you've never been busy". They can't read and customer service was horrible. Was looking forward to having Jersey Mike's in Federal way but will be going elsewhere from now on. Save your money and time and go elsewhere. read more

I had a massive catering event that required 120 subs for pickup 30 min before the store would open. The entire store worked with me and they made them the night before, stored them in their walk-in fridge, and a manager opened early the next day so I could be on the road in time. Guests loved the food, it was easy to pay, and they were great. I will give this store my business for life. read more

One of the worst experience I have had in a long time. We came it at 4:30 pm on our way to a movie to grab something quick. We were told it would take 10-15 for a Philly steak sandwich which was ok. At 4:50 I asked how long it would be she said we just needed to melt the cheese. I noticed there was nothing cooking on the grill and the just put some frozen meat on the grill. I asked if that was for our sandwich and they said yes. It took 22 minutes for them to even start our food. I ask for a refund and she handed my a 20.00 bill. When I told her it was 24.43 she threw 3 dollars on the counter. At that point I gave up it was clear they had no concern about me, whether or not I was a satisfied customer or if I ever returned. I will stick to places that at least fake like they provide customer service and care. read more

I arrived on March 13,2022 and was picking up a mobile order. I ordered 3 sandwiches and was given a 10 min eta. After waiting 10 mins a rush of 20 people walked in to order.5 of the people were coworkers of mine who ordered 2 sandwiches a piece. After 15 mins past, I asked the lady if my order was almost ready. She started to get very rude complaining about her job and the short staff saying she is a manager etc. I made her aware that my pick up time was pushing past 20 mins from the time I was given, and it was unprofessional for a manager to complain about the company she works for to a paying faithful customer. She then started to talk very loudly in front of the customers saying the rest of her staff was minors so she doesn't know what to tell me. Talk about her unprofessionalism and I can't believe they made her there manager because that's not management or good customer service. The manager said that I would get my order after all the walk in orders are done because they were catered to first, even though they were people new walking into the store. Finally I said to her that I would report her while the other employees apologized on behalf of there manager. I finally got my order after 35 mins and after all that I lost my appetite. I will not return to this location again and the manager should be fired. She kept repeating "If you don't like it talk to Austin", I'm thinking that's her manager but bad business doesn't last long so don't go to this location. read more

This is probably the most unsanitary location I've been to. One guy was picking something from the bottom of his shoe and with the same hand grabbed a loaf and began making sandwiches. Then another worker wiped the sweat off his forehead and began touching the lettuce and pickles and began assembling a sandwich. I witnessed all of this while standing in line for 20 mins waiting on my online order and lost my damn appetite. This review may seem a bit too much but I DO NOT want to eat a sandwich made by hands that touched the bottom of a shoe that goes who knows where and hands that touch sweat from one's forehead. And to top it all off, THEY DONT CHANGE GLOVES, and clean the countertops the assemble sandwiches on!! This was around 7pm so whoever works this shift please reconsider being more cleanly.
