So good! I've driven past this place every day for months, always telling myself I'd stop in--and I'm so glad I finally did. I'll definitely be coming back. Everything was absolutely delicious. The carne asada gyro was made with fresh ingredients and full of flavor, and the peanut butter strawberry banana smoothie was perfectly balanced--just the right sweetness and tasted like real, fresh fruit. I also loved being able to sit outside and enjoy the sun. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing, which made the whole experience even better. This is definitely my new go-to spot, and I'm excited to come back and try more of the menu! read more

I should've taken pictures of the food first but I was starving and just mowed right into it. This place is definitely a 100/10, I honestly cannot believe this place wasn't busier with how delicious our food was. Every thing we got was so fresh and all the flavors were so well put together. Husband and I got the bruschetta, which they make it different and I was excited to try their way and I highly recommend going out of the normal because it did not disappoint. My husband said it didn't sound good but he took a bite and helped me finish it. We also got the Italian sandwich, beef asada gyro, and the turkey sandwich on the croissant. Beef asada gyro was the winner. Again the flavors were so well put together and a different twist on a normal gyro. The other sandwiches were just as good. We devoured all it. My husband said "they know how to use flavors." Also I had placed an order 45mins before they closed and the owner was very nice to have made us all our food. There's a review stating it took super long to get their food. Good tasting food should not be rushed. This place is worth the wait. read more

Stopped by on my way to the airport with my son. Our salads were so fresh and the dressings were fantastic. We shared chicken nachos and they were soooo good. Different than the usual. The cheese sauce was white and light and better than any other nachos I've had. read more

It's a small restaurant with some dine in seating but we placed a takeout order. Called in the order and ready in only 15 minutes. The service was excellent, friendly and polite. We ordered the pear & walnut salad and the asada burrito. Both were excellent and we ate every last bite. The dressing/dipping sauce provided for each had great flavor. Always looking for a place halfway between our Seattle friends and us, in Tacoma, and this will now be my go-to recommendation. All of us completely loved the food and service at Andalucilla! And, we all had trouble deciding what to get, with so many delicious-sounding dishes. Great food, healthy and fresh, and the person who served us surprised us with free brownie bites when there was no tiramisu defrosted. He made us feel comfortable to stay as long as we liked - and we stayed a long time. I wish I lived closer, I'd eat here all the time. Nice little view of the Sound. My only wish is that the cafe were bigger, with more than one booth, and more comfortable chairs at the table in the center of the room. I could have swapped out my chair for one with a tall back, so that's on me. read more

Hidden along Pacific Highway. Not busy when we went. Got the Santa Fe Salad, Chicken Sandwich, Bruschetta w/ Pico De Gallo, Pina Colada smoothie & Eagle eye smoothie. Fresh ingredients all around. Great portions for both meals, fairly priced as well. Really nice view of waterfront in Des Moines, good for sunny day. If you're looking for something on the healthier side, come here. Cute spot with view, but menu is having an identity crisis - is this Mexican, Italian, Mediterranean, Asian? Tacos were OK, bruschetta was OK too. Greek salad in a wrap OK too. Nothing was amazing. Somethings were horrible. Everything seemed like amateur assembly-food from pre-fab Costco ingredients. The biggest disappointment was coconut shrimp that were microwave thawed (from Costco), then cooked in a dry pan without oil until the white breaded shrimp had a slight char on tails and crust - very interesting - we did not eat. Overall, seem like nice people and a location with potential... but the food seriously needs some work. read more

The food here is good but the portions are small for what you pay for. The service is good. The coffee is good. The restaurant is kinda small, but the view is awesome. I ordered an iced mocha, a peanut butter smoothie, and a portabello sandwich. This was through DoorDash. The mocha didn't come iced, but hot, and on top of that it was absolutely disgusting. It tasted like hot tap water with a sprinkle of chocolate in it. I'm not sure there was any coffee in it at all. I ended up pouring it down the sink. The portabello sandwich tasted alright. It felt small for the cost and the taste was middling, so it's not a great value but it's fine. The smoothie was runny, so the texture wasn't great, but it did taste pretty dang good. I really have no reason to recommend this place, my experience was overall pretty terrible. read more
