At first was not pleased because the worker did not follow my written instructions of very light ice, but this was remedied and then it took eight minutes to get my bagel and cream cheese, but I was left with a good impression overall from the wait staff and the manager because they had great senses of humor and chatted a little with me before I left. That made me feel much better about this location and their service. Clean location inside and overall good service just a glitch at the beginning.

I'm baaaack hahaha the last time I got Panera I had tried their new spicy chicken sandwich and THIS time I tried their new Buffalo chicken melt. Last time I said them trying a chicken burger was not their thing. THIS time I think I melt was RIGHT up their ally. There was a small mix up getting our roof but it's nothing we couldn't fix when we got home. I also got their Wild rice & chicken soup. Forgot to take pictures, but all was just too good and I was simply too hungry. The papaya, passion fruit green tea is always a refresher.

Food on the wall of the booth that had not been cleaned

Many years ago, this was my favorite restaurant in the area. Now, unfortunately, I can only give it two stars. I was there in the evening and they've gone fully electronic, there was no one at the front of the house where the bread and cookies and cash registers were. I managed to order my food and got a combo meal. The Caesar salad looked attractive, but there was a large core of the lettuce in the salad, which typically is not done. While the core is not lethal, it just can't be easily chewed by a human. I got a toasted sandwich Which was way smaller than the picture showed, or I remembered, and whoever prepared it put too much of things that were wet in the bottom piece of toasted bread was totally soggy. I had to flip it over in order to eat it.. I just picked a random booth to sit at, but then I noticed it was fairly gross. It may have been wiped clean, but it did not had a good cleaning in a long time because food was stuck under the wall. The ambience is OK. You still have the individuals sitting at the big table with their computers out talking on their phone doing business. It's really sad to see this iconic restaurant go so far downhill. And I would consider it pricey

This location is so Molly amazing thanks to this one staff member who always has a positive attitude every time I have been there! He also provides good recommendations for foods to try...I asked him which sandwich I should get and he recommended the chicken faccocia...and it did not disappoint! I am typically a take the top bun off person, because the bread seems to r the she away from the flavor...not this bread...it worked together perfectly. The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the price for what you get ratio...it tends to be on the higher end...so more like an every once in awhile treat for me...or if I'm working remotely...it's a nice place to grab a bite and get your work done place. If you are looking fir a social hangout, their fireplace seats are a nice comfy spot to visit friends or family...plus their booths add an element of cozy too.:)

Ordered breakfast for a work event and I was pleasantly surprised how easy and customizable it is to order online. The pastries were pretty tasty, bagels were ok. My favorite is their Asiago cheese, it didn't even need cream cheese it was so soft and tasty. Definitely a quick and easy order ahead option if your looking for breakfast for a work meeting or just to say Thank you to your employees.

    Over-easy egg breakfast sandwich

This review is for rapid pickup. I placed an order on the app for breakfast. I had customized the sandwich to add tomato slice and spinach. My breakfast was ready on time, was cooked to order, and tasted delicious. My over-easy egg was indeed over-easy, just the way I like it. A nice experience for a quick breakfast order snd pickup.

So disappointed. We love Panera. However... I received my Turkey Bravo sandwich WITHOUT TURKEY!

    Classic Crilled Cheese Disappointment
    Susan J.

Well I usually love Panera. It's a solid option for a fairly healthy lunch. My daughter usually gets the classic grilled cheese. At THIS location, her sandwich was two barely-grilled pieces of thick bread with a small Kraft-single-like piece of cheese slapped on. The two pieces of bread were not even melted together by this congealed bit of (I guess?) cheese. DISAPPOINTED. My daughter was not comfortable asking for a new sandwich, she was too shy. Other foods were marginally good-- Caesar salads and broccoli cheese soup. Please try a little harder next time, Panera.

The country music playing which was a little off-theme but it wasn't too loud and you can easily have a conversation across a table. Service was very attentive and food came out in a very reasonable amount of time. Food: For appetizers we got the vegetable pakora and vegetable samosas which were solid. There were 8 pakora per order so super easy to share and 3 samosas which are massive so you can easily split these in half if needed. For those wondering, "momos" are essentially the Tibetan/mongolian version of chinese dumplings which subsequently spread southwest to Nepal. We got the traditional Nepali, Chilli Yak, Chilli Chicken, and Chicken C versions which essentially covered the steamed, fried, and soup style preparations of dumplings. All of them were honestly delicious and different enough from one another we didn't feel like we duplicated flavors. The favorite was the Chilli chicken on if you have to pick just one to try. The traditional nepali thali is a dinner set that comes out on a bronze plate, I got mine with lamb curry which was very tender and not too gamey tasting at all. The basmati rice was fluffy and it comes with daal soup, cauliflower, a fermented pickle relish, and one of those syrup soaked balls (gulab jamun). It is quite filling so come hungry if you order this. The chow mein here is unique. It is NOT like Cantonese chow mein which uses a soy + oyster sauce base but instead the Nepalese version adds ketchup and chili sauce so it actually tastes like a hybrid between the chinese dish and spaghetti. It is actually quite tasty and worth a try if you're a fan of either dish. The naan here comes out a little bit oily but otherwise is fluffy and tasty, did not regret ordering it. Overall this place justifies it's 5 star rating. The flavors are punchy and delicious, the portions are massive, and the prices very reasonable especially the inflation nowadays. Would strongly encourage any to go out of their way to give this place a try.

Still one of my favorite Indian restaurants in the greater Indy region. 3/5 stars however because the food was lukewarm and did not seem well-maintained. Despite the good assortment of options to choose from, the buffet didn't seem as clean as I would have liked. If you don't mind these things it's definitely good bang for your buck. My recommendation is to order regular entrees for dinner though. Not sure if it's a different chef or manager during those times but this was my husband's consensus as well. We both have ordered takeout here countless times but decided not to return for the buffet. We like our food hot and fresh and will pay the premium for that in the future. They didn't have palak paneer or paneer tikka masala for brunch either which are what I typically eat.
