I noticed the combo (special drink + bao bun) was available so went with that and the Tokyo Tonkotsu Ramen. The bone broth is made of chicken and pork. The portions are massive and the bao bun was also pretty large. I was not able to finish all of my food. Food was amazing. I asked for chili oil and it had a smokiness, and still put out some spice. Richard was great, and was helpful answering questions. He mentioned this opened up last October, and I'm surprised it's not busier. If I'm in this area again, I'll make sure to stop by.

The owner brought out falafels for us to try, and they were the best I have ever had.
