What a great location! Plenty of clean tables for taking advantage of the free wifi. The bakery display case looks tantalizingly good, and the coffee station is full of piping-hot brown bean deliciousness. There's even a carafe of ice coffee for those hot Colorado summer days. My daughter and I go to this restaurant regularly and the food and service are always good. After today's experience, however, it seems that the management is sorely lacking. We sat down in the first section on the left, where a man had made himself at home, talking loudly on speakerphone, with his dog lying on the floor beside him, and then on a chair by one of the tables. (And no, it wasn't a service dog, although even a service dog wouldn't be allowed on the chairs.) There wasn't a manager in sight during the 45 minutes that we were there. read more

This review is based solely the service.. The food, as always, was amazing. I come to this Panera bread every week with my cousin. My cousin has a developmental disability, but is very active in our community. This is now the SECOND time we have gone in on a Tuesday evening and my cousin was treated like a second class citizen. Both time it was the same girl behind the counter. She looks at my cousin like she has a disease that can be caught. She messed up our order the first time and doesn't smile. What really upset me today...enough to write a review. .was that my cousin ordered a smoothie...it took her 20 minutes to make thst smoothie...we were DONE EATING OUR MEAL AND HAD TO WAIT FOR IT. Now I understand that they could have been busy (although they werent). I went up to the counter after 1o minutes of waiting and she was slicing bagels. She said she would make it in just a second. Then she wondered around, made 2 smoothies for someone who had JUST come in before making my cousins. Then she hands it to her with a dirty look, never apologizing doe the 20 MINUTE WAIT. The gentleman right after my cousin got a quick "SORRY FOR THE WAIT" yet he had only waited about 3 minutes. The rest of the staff is amazing but this girl can't stop rolling her eyes and apparently doesn't know how to smile. okay, first off, generally my panera experiences are great: quick, delicious, and bread bowl-y. however, this location? not so hot. 1. all i wanted was soup in a bread bowl, but they ran OUT of bread bowls. what!?! 2. chai: was not a chai. 3. we waited 15-20 minutes for them to make my boyfriend's sandwich. a SANDWICH. 4. the super grouchy cashier. i know, your day sucks, but you could maybe be a little nicer considering everything you tell us is bad news. 5. bread sample bowl was empty. not a big deal, but i love bread samples! especially when you have to wait 20 minutes to eat!! 6. no baguette with my soup? then why did i pay so much money for it? and why was everyone else who got soup also getting a baguette? i can't dip my apple in chicken noodle soup! come on!!! i miss the good paneras. read more

I have no idea what the attraction to Panera bread is. The service takes way to long, everything is way overpriced and the food is not that good. I frequent this Panera location because I work in the mall nearby. My experience has never really been one to talk about. The food is always great and usually not too long of a wait. But not to long ago I ordered a gallon of their green tea (delish by the way) and they charged me $5 more than usual, so I went in the next day to get a refund on the over charge and no apology, no offer for a complimentary drink or cookie, and she really just acted as though I was the burden. I've been in customer service for a while, and I just expect to be treated better when it was me that was actually burdened in the situation. I will continue to frequent this location because of it's convenience and quality food, but the staff could use some attitude adjustments. read more

I ordered a salad a couple of weeks ago and when it was delivered the avocado was almost black in color. I called they sent me a coupon ordered again today and my soup does not taste like food, its watered down and only taste like potatoes. pretty disappointed since they are suppose to be a pretty good restaurant with good food. read more

The Loveland location is a lot better than the Fort Collins one. I will not go in there during lunch rush...crazy and no tables, not room, etc. I do enjoy their french onion soup and panini's. I like that they will customize for you (like a change of bread on a sandwich or no cheese in a soup). They have nice salads too. I will stop in and get bagel packs to go with freezer bags so I can keep them fresh til they are gone. This location doesn't have half the parking they need. You have to go during "off" hours to park at all. Not good. Like I said, the Loveland location is MUCH better...closer to 5 stars but still rush hour is nuts. I like their wireless internet and hazelnut coffee. I'll sit there a couple hours before lunch rush to work and sip coffee and it's great (Loveland location). read more

Went there on a Friday afternoon to meet two friends at 12:45. There was no parking, the parking is seriously inadequate. The restaurant had a line to the door and it was a sauna in there, had to be about 85 degrees, and they had a fireplace on! I ordered a half sandwich and received a whole sandwich, don't know if I was charged because I didn't ask for receipt. It is a large restaurant. There are only two stalls in the women's room. Traffic flow is less than ideal the soda station needs a lot of work. Only one person at a time can funnel through the area. The food, chicken salad was bland, the bread was good, cookie was delicious. I would not return or recommend this restaurant. read more

Over priced for what you get. I don't ever feel full after eating at Panera Bread. Kids meals are expensive. I liked Panera Bread when it first opened. Today, however, portion sizes are smaller and they introduced the tiered menu (classic, signature, signature plus) which equals paying more and getting less. I'll give it two stars only because you can still get free coffee refills. Meaning it works well if you dine alone to get some studying done, but if it's you and the family you're better off sitting down at a restaurant (it'll cost roughly the same). read more

So first we tried to order at the kiosk, but it kicked us out after like 10 minutes of ordering, so we went to the front desk to order again. We put our order in and I ordered a bread bowl shuck costs extra, then when I got my food it was in a bowl and they didn't tell me they were out of bread bowls, but instead they put an extra baguette on the plate, really hungry I just shrugged it off and sat down with my food. I went to go get my drink to find that the ice machine was broken. I got my drink and sat down again to eat my food. I took a sip and my soda was super warm. The food was alright, but it was not worth the hefty price I paid for it. I dont recommend comming to this location. The employees dont seem to know what they are doing and it sounds like they are just messing around in the back, so it took longer than normal to get my food out. Dont go here... Got to wendys next door it is cheaper and has way better customer service. read more

I love Panera but we live in Casper, Wy. So we don't get to go very often. We went in on Wed.28,2018 7:30 - 8:30 the morning. The food was great parking was fine. The cashier was beyond rude we were the only people up there and we ordered when I asked if they could heat my food I was told The was a mricowave out there. I did not know that and could not locate it and another customer show me. My husband paid as I sat down my kids came over and said how rude she was to them. Once we finished eating he we back to get food to take home. 12 bagels, pastries, and scones. He noticed that she grabbed the wrong bagel so he tried to correct her and she snapped at him saying she knew. He just figured it was a miss step, but when we got home. The whole order was wrong with the exception two blueberry bagels. He ordered 6 everything bagels, two blueberry, two chocolate chip, and two raisins bagels. 4 cheese danish, 4 puff pastries with cheese and veggie. Once home 4 hours later we found out we got two blueberry, one cheese danish and a bunch of plain bagels, no puff pastries, and one cheese danish. Not like we can take it back, I was not aware what he ordered and so did not say anything when looking in the bag. I was so disappointed as was my whole family. I don't know if we would go back. We used to love to go to Paneras every Sunday for our "Sunday meeting" between me, my husband and his parents in Colorado Springs. When my husband and I moved to Fort Collins five years ago and kept coming to Paneras on a regular basis. We noticed that the menu changed often and things we liked would disappear from the menu like some of the paninis, now there are only three on the menu and one has kale, yuck. I loved the tomato, mozzarella and basil salad, it's gone. I really liked the flatbread sandwiches, they're gone too. The iced tea was my favorite, I would look forward to a nice large cold drink, the flavor changed and I can't stand it anymore. If I can't get a good iced tea at a restaurant then that usually spells doom and in this case it was the final straw. We came in one day and didn't see anything we wanted from the menu and didn't even want to get drinks and we left and haven't been back since. read more
