God bless the manager or whoever answers the phone. I'm not sure who saw me ask for a loaf of bread and only put one slice in, but why would someone pay $13 to get a slice of bread????? are you high?? are you literate? Common sense at least. The employees are very friendly and understanding typically, but the people in charge of getting to go orders prepared display a continuous lack of care and respect for the reputation of the company. Thank you for the help whoever was on the phone tonight. Cant imagine what you deal with trying to keep them afloat.

I haven't had Panera in over 8 years but I was craving some soup. I ordered delivery which I never do, but my job gave me a $25 gift card. I ordered the tomato soup with grilled cheese at around 7pm on a friday. I guess they were out, because they gave me plain bread. I felt so poor eating it (I was sick and needed something to eat). I felt like a peasant in medieval times who found bread on the floor. That's what the bread looked like in the bag. I'd rather that they canceled the order to be honest.

I felt like soup for lunch and ordered a traditional chicken soup. I figured it would be better than can soup. Well, I would say it's differently NOT worth 7$! Unless you like soup water!! Luckily I brought it home and ended up pouring the liquid into a pot and added celery, carrots, noodles and parsley.

I'm not sure why I keep coming here. I want to give it a chance but it's always the same thing. Most of the time there is no coffee or your food is not ready after placing the Oder an hour ago..... don't do it don't

I'm giving it four stars because this is the second time my order was perfect! I am a little dissatisfied with the size of the chocolate cookie and cream cookie sandwich, for how much it cost I expected it to be larger. It was good. A little hard to bite into where the cream inside wouldn't mush out. It's about the size of an Oreo.

My parting gift for waiting 55 minutes for an on line order. I blame corporate for crappy protocol!

Rapid checkout is a joke! Placed my order at 10:10 for an 11:20 pick up, just now leaving at 12:15! When I first arrived they looked for my order and could not find it. One employee asked me to wait while he completed my order so I patiently waited. However, that was not my water they did not even check their email to see if they had a large online order. The manager had to build my 11 sandwiches and five salads himself while the other employees employees attended the lunch crowd. He did verify the order was correct but we shall see. My consolation for waiting almost an hour, a smashed pastry ring. Yummy! You only get one more chance Panera!

A variety of proteins and toppings to choose from. Vegan friendly, which is my fave! Build your own bowl. Wild rice, romaine lettuce, black and pinto beans. Tofu for the protein (cooked fresh and was delectable!). 4 toppings are included. I chose chickpeas, cucumbers, beets and cabbage. Bought 2 additional - edamame and black olives. Chipotle dressing (it's vegan!). This bowl was perfect! You can they use fresh ingredients that are high quality. I love with places have vegan options that they take the time to make delicious. Tofu said it was seasoned, but it was way better than I thought it would be. First time coming here but will definitely be back. Super chill vibe, decently quiet and great customer service! They have feee wifi if you want to work while here or use it just because. My total came to $18 with added toppings and a sparkling water. I don't mind the pricing - you can't compare it to Chipotle and it's in The Square. It's totally worth it! Same owners as Consuelo, which is a few doors down. If you have not be en there yet, run now to dine in!

She reminded me of an airline hostess with her hair perfectly coiffed and her uniform perfectly pressed. So we were impressed from then on. The tables were tastefully designed. The ladies were given handbag stools so their purses wouldn't touch the floor. WOW. That was a first for me! We ordered something we had had before but was not on the evening menu. We asked and they delivered exactly as requested. There were 4 people in our party and there were no issues or complaints all evening. Only complements. That's rare. We enjoyed the server and owner's pleasantries . We will be going back soon. I give Luna's 5 out of 5 stars. I recommend it to you wholeheartedl. By the way, diners sat at every table. I'd recommend making reservations!

This is a review for the Easter brunch only…read more I'm sure my grandparents would've loved this place if they were still around. You got your white tablecloths, rooms full of retirees, and a vibe that hasn't changed much since the Reagan administration. Unfortunately, there was none of that live music that this place is known for. My family and I came for the Easter brunch buffet @ $55/person. The menu looked great: herb crusted prime rib at the carving station, shrimp and grits, Belgian waffles, deviled eggs, bourbon glazed carrots, cheesecake dessert squares. But the reality was that it's more like an upscale hotel breakfast. Safe, mostly bland, and probably exactly what the "usual" crowd there was looking for. The bacon was overcooked and shriveled. The deviled eggs didn't even have any paprika. And who puts a giant vat of syrup BEFORE the waffles? And their signature strawberry punch would've tasted way better chilled or iced instead of being kept at room temperature. The prime rib was what made it all worth it. It was tender, juicy, cooked just right, and the horseradish took care of their seasoning problem. That carving station is what saves the day along with the fantastic staff. Even the manager was great to talk to. I just wish the rest of the food was better than "meh." A couple of tips: call for reservations, there's no online booking. Parking is annoying because of the app. If you don't have a walker, just use the giant free public lot one block over on Main Street. Also, the "Order" button on their website goes nowhere. Maybe just replace it with "Menu," Luna. Looks like Mother's Day is getting the breakfast buffet brunch encore, so if you want to experience what I did, go for it. I probably won't be back even though the regular menu looks interesting.

The restaurant may be in a weird location, but everything that I have ever tried from the restaurant is beyond delicious, but my favorite items are the All American Burger (pro-tip: sub cheddar for their house-made pimento cheese), The Cuban Sandwich, and The Grilled Cheese with grilled onions and bacon added. So many sandwiches, like the grilled cheese, are made with their house-made "Momo Bread" which is SO yummy.
