Terrible location! I've called their corporate office before, as when I order the hibiscus tea, it's always very cloudy (this location only), as it was today. When the equipment is regularly cleaned, the product is clear (with a red tint), like iced tea should be. The staff is rude, and the Manager (Ryan) blamed the situation on "being very busy"; there were ZERO customers inside, two cars in the drive-thru, and I waited for him to come talk to me... I gave up and decided to take it to Yelp and call their corporate office. I don't want anything from them... other than being treated with a bit of respectful customer service! I ordered chicken noodle soup for my wife because she was sick. I ordered food for myself as well. I got home with the order and her "soup" was 95% broth. No noodles, no veggies and a few crumbs of chicken. This particular cafe has gone way downhill. Watch out for the "PIC2" menu. This is a special price when buying 2 menu items. We ordered 2 tomato soup bowls, but when paying the bill noticed that we were charged the full price instead of the "PIC2" price. We complained and the manager was called. She stated if you do not say "PIC2" when ordering, you will not get the sprcial discount price, even though the order was for 2 items, and at the full retail price. They would not honor the "PIC2" price and would not give us a refund. So, be aware, if ordering a PIC2" item you must say the words "PIC2" to get that pricing. read more

This is where I took my friends kids after all that jumping they did at Urban Air. Great choice! The food was delicious. Noted that this location has multiple kiosks from which you can place your order. Not sure how it works but with all those folks standing in line it must be pretty efficient. I'm not good with computers, those things scare me. I let the kids order their own food at the counter, the cashier was patient with them. This allowed them to also choose whatever condiments they would like with their food. One had a ham sandwich (dry) with lettuce. The other had a chicken caesar salad with a bowl of tomato bisque soup. She was excited about the piece of bread that was included with her soup. I had the chipotle chicken avocado melt it was yummy! They have the best exotic teas here. Less sugar is needed since many have their own sweetness. If sugar is added they only use cane sugar. I usually make a "suicide" tea with all the flavors except the black tea. Gotta say everyone ate all their food and nothing was wasted. The only issue that worries me a little bit is the cleanliness when eating inside one time. So, most of the time this place is on point. My issue and reason for the one star review is Robert the assistant manager. When wearing a mask at work, especially when making my food, it needs to cover your mouth AND YOUR NOSE. He is in a leadership position and where I come from, that means you lead by example. There were at least 3 others in the service area that were not properly wearing their mask. I believe their mask rules are not being enforced and therefore I will not be returning and will tell others to look elsewhere. I called back - when I got a hold of the same manager with an accent - let her know she hung up on me then let her know chicken soup is not the same as cream of chicken rice - she offered to make it right on next visit BUT I want to eat today - ask to have ready when I returned in 5 mins but she said we will make when you get here - wait will be 2-3 mins but I wanted her to have ready went I walked in since i Would have dog with me ... she will make it when I get there and then she hung up on me. Please make sure your food order is correct before you leave store since the manager may answer phone and hang up before you get resolved. Fast lane kiosks had no trackers so I had to get one from the main counter which negates the entire point of of the fast lane 1/7/18 Came in this morning and stood at register for a couple minutes standing and watching Sabrina continue to stock Brioche in the bakery and ignore us. So I have to speak up and get her attention to where she slowly says, did you decide what you want. Ughhh No greeting- nothing when you enter nor walk up to register... But I'm use to this kind of service here it is managed the same way with Customer service not encouraged. Breakfast sandwiches were ok and love the orange scone. 4/21/18 First time I've eaten here in the last year and and was finally greeted warmly by the staff here. David took our order and he was very friendly and tried to pronounce my name and gave us contact which is always appreciated. Thank you so much and it's great to see that your a supervisor! 10/25/19 Rashad was awesome. He noticed the staff were not at the register and called their attention to take my order and greet me. This location has had this issue for many years and I'm so glad to see someone as Rashad to remedy that and help teach his staff to connect with customers and "care" for them so to speak. Nice spot to check out for lunch or a quick bite. This location has kiosks you can order from which is convenient. This is especially nice for people like me that like to customize orders and add/remove certain toppings. Their food is always delicious and satisfying. I usually order the half sandwich and half salad combo. Best of both worlds! But honestly, they have something for everyone here. Bring your kids, too. They've got something for them as well. You actually PAY these people.. You take the bread loaf. The one my wife paid for. You put it in the auto-slicer that is evidently more complex than the CERN Large Hadron Collider. You hand her back the loaf missing slices. You try convince her they are stuck in the machine and she can't have them. You know, the bread she spent money on. Evidently a slice of bread that we paid for stuck in a machine supposedly designed to cut bread (previous evidence disputes this) is beyond your skill set to remove or "unstick". We are done. You are the absolute worst as far as customer service and employee training. Your bread is great (not as good as I make, but close) but we've had enough. Good luck and keep those standards as low as possible because god forbid you EVER figure out how to cut bread correctly. Update on previous visit....Previously complained about Panera being skimpy on their ingredients, especially the chicken. This next visit (11-16) was much better as far as the chicken goes. There was much more chicken than previously. The Asian Sesame Salad was still very good and had great taste, but they were still skimpy on the greens. I got a 1/2 salad free from the reward program-Southwest Chili Lime, I think. The hubs took the 1/2 salad for lunch the next day. He said it had a lot of meat on top and even more at the bottom of the container. It was filling and he was happy with it. Still the best tasting salad around but still not a good value. Will give it a few more tries before going elsewhere. End of update-I added 1 star. 1st visit: I've recently become addicted to Panera's Asian Sesame Salad with Chicken. It's probably one of the best salads I've had in a long time and it's low in calories. I've been ordering it a lot lately for lunch but I've noticed that they have gotten skimpy on their ingredients. The last 4 or 5 times I've gotten the salad it looks different from the times before. The lettuce has been skimpy as well as the other ingredients. I always get the whole salad. I can't begin to imagine how tiny a half size would be. Todays salad was the worst yet. The flavor was great but again they skimped on every ingredient. I've order this enough times in the past several months to know how the pieces of chicken should look. After picking all the pieces off the top and putting them down together, it looked a little smaller than one of their usual size 'slices' of chicken. Usually there are a number of slices on the top. Not today. I could have scooped it all onto my fork and it all would have fit at the same time. Just a bunch of tiny leftovers tossed on top with a few noodles. Not worth the $10 they charge. The flavor is great and the dressing is a nice change from the ordinary but I'm really close to going elsewhere and getting twice as much for a lot less. Please step it up, Panera. My husband and I ate here on a Thurs night. I ordered a Pick Two Chicken panini with chicken noodle soup. My soup bowl was only one small ladle with only a tiny amount of veggie/noodles. I returned the soup to the kitchen. And asked for a salad instead of the partial bowl of soup. The assistant manager brought my salad after I'd finished my half panini. There was no dressing on it. Overall, it was a one star or less experience. Now I understand why there was only two other tables seated while we were there. Unfortunately, we won't be back. I am obsessed with this restaurant. I love their pick two menu items. I always get the caesar salad (no croutons) and the french onion soup (no bread). It decently priced and very filling. All of their salads are really good to be honest. The spicy thai, caesar, cobb and citrus cashew are my favorites. I wish they had gluten free bread so I could try their sandwiches. I keep holding out hope that one day they'll get it. The staff here is so friendly. However do beware. The drive through line inst quick. You'll wait 5-10 minutes to get your food. Do not bother going to this Panera. Placed an online order for curbside pickup today at 11:40, arrived at 11:40 and ended up going inside because everyone doing curbside was getting out of their cars. I was told by the young man who pulled up my order that they were running behind and it would be about 10 minutes. The store was full of angry people who had placed orders and were waiting for their food but there was no staff to be found. 40 minutes later I went behind the counter to find a manager and tell him to refund my order. He looked in the system and rudely said "I don't even have you in my system". I asked him to give me something in writing saying that I did not get my food so I could dispute the charge and he refused. This was the worst service I have ever seen, and I was not the only one who had the exact same experience, no one was getting their online orders. read more

My mom and I went here, my mom had the cobb salad with chicken and the chicken made her sick (like, projectile vomiting later that day!). Other than that, I dont think they have enough people working there. There was no one up front taking orders so we had to wait a long time to place an order on the kiosk. The place was pretty dirty (tons of dirty tables and trash under the booths) so I guess they have no one to buss tables. The PRICES HAVE GONE WAY UP! Like $2-4 each entree (but no increase in quality or portion size). Lastly, I've hardly ever seen the same person working there all the times Ive been here over the years so that speaks to me that the turnover rate is very high, which means unhappy employees that dont care about anything.
