Always quick and efficient at Salad and Go. If you've never been, it's a drive-thru only experience with tons of salad and wrap options. Did you know they had breakfast burritos? I opt for the traditional - pepper-jack cheese with bacon and eggs wrapped in a large burrito. I add avocado and sometimes spinach for a little extra density and nutrients. My only beef with their breakfasts is their lack of breakfast salsas. The salsa verde often comes in a package that's still frozen and not fresh. So yummy it's great to not always get hamburgers and pizza. The healthy options here are great and the salad dressing are really good also.

I have been told by several people to check this place out and I finally listened! So glad I did. Firstly, the menu looks great. They have several breakfast foods, like superfood wraps and immune-boosting drinks. Didn't occur to me that a salad place would have breakfast! Their salad options are fantastic, I got a roasted autumn one that came with grilled chicken, candied pecans, roasted Brussels sprouts and butternut squash, dried cranberries, and I think Parmesan. The balsamic dressing was amazing. It's a very large portion and packed in a sturdy container with an extended lid so you can pour on the dressing and have plenty of space to shake it all together. It also had a Thai salad, bbq ranch, Greek, and more - or a build your own option. My giant salad *with* protein was under $8 with tax, I think that is a bargain! It's definitely shareable if you got an extra portion of protein. They also have soups - a seasonal one right now is chicken pot pie soup. Yum! I love that it is health conscious and fairly low calories, which they include for each item. My 4th visit to a Salad and Go, 3rd at this location. It's pretty simple, the place is really nothing more than a small drive thru, although I did see a customer outside a window on the non drive thru side once getting some food. Maybe you can walk up too? I don't know. Anyway, they have a limited menu, but what they do they do well. I usually get the Barbecue Ranch salad. After tax it's a little over $7. The serving size is well worth it. If you're really hungry you can finish the whole thing, otherwise you could get two servings out of it easily. Everything has been fresh and tasty on my 4 visits so far. Salad and Go is a nice option to have if you want something quick, different from the usual burger/taco/pizza choices, and it's reasonably healthy and affordable. read more

First time and had a great experience! I ordered the Thai salad with chicken and everything was super yummy and fresh. I personally would advise getting double protein and maybe even extra dressing because there is a lot of lettuce and the proportions don't seem quite right. Downside is, this does drive up your cost. Downloaded the app and ordered ahead because I like to see the customization options and not hold up the line. Overall, I love this concept and look forward to trying more menu items. Horrible chemical tasting . I loved it when they first opened, the salads seemed very fresh and tasted great. Recently it's been tasting a little off. I noticed it the last time I bought salad here a month ago and I could not finish my salad because of how awful it tasted! It's like they washed their salad in Clorox or Lysol or some kind of chemical cleaning agent. I decided to give it a try again today, and I got the same chemical taste in my salad my daughter said she noticed the same thing too a couple months back and that's why she stopped eating here. Today they advertised $1.24 cold brews. I had already had coffee, but I like a good deal and to support local business. I put in an order for 3 cold brews, detailed with chosen ingredients. I selected to pick up at 8am. I arrived at 7:57 and took the drive through with one person ahead of me. At the window, I was told they weren't ready yet. I noticed three cups of ice on the counter and thought, ugh, they haven't started them yet. I offered to park and wait at the walk up window since 3 cars had pulled up behind me. I got to the walk up and they still hadn't started my order. As I calmly waited, a very slow employee started my drinks as I watched 5 or 6 cars order, pick up and drive away. From the time I arrived it took 15 minutes to receive my order without any courtesy thank you or sorry for the wait from the staff. I mentioned that it was a 15 minute wait, then I got the I'm sorry. I also mentioned that they took advantage of my kindness! To top it all off, I couldn't even drink my coffee since it tasted like vanilla water, and I'm not even sure what they put in instead of almond milk. (See photo) That's part of the reason this world is so awful. If you're kind, you get trampled on, but if you are mean, ugly and cruel, you get the service you pay for. I knew this was a new location and expected the long lines, which is why I downloaded the app and placed my order at 8 AM today, hoping to cut my wait time for a 12:15 pickup time. The pickup window process was confusing to new customers and disorganized. I waited patiently with the 17 other folks at the window. A guy that said he placed his order just a little while before his time got his order before mine, so I checked in with the staff. Finally got my order at 12:48, nearly 40 minutes after my pickup time. When I get back to my desk to eat my lunch, I find that they forgot my dressing!!!! Nooooooooo!!!! And the avocado in my Cobb salad is brown.... I blew most of my lunch hour on wait time with sad results. Hopefully you guys hire more help and work out the kinks. I went through the drive thru to order the jalapeño salad.. they drove thru employee stated we are out of corn you can choose any other topping to replace it. I chose avocados. He stated I couldn't get this one because it was a premium topping. I stated it is not listed on the menu and no items on the menu show a list of toppings stated as premium . I asked for paper copy. He stated there is no paper copy it's just what we tell you. the manager gets on the speaker Robert and states we don't we have to show you anything. He also begin to speak loudly and I stated as the customer I have the right to see at I'm being charged for and know what products am o being charged with the price. He goes you can look at it online. I wait until I decide to place the order while documenting this incident . I get to the order and my receipt states no corn as of I requesYes it not to be there I'm charged 99 cents extra for avocado that is not listed and the manager lies and states the system automatically places no corn. I stated no it doesn't. Show it to me on the screen he refuses. He then adds the items again to a new order o requested and then does the same thing marks it no corn as if I requested it not to be there if doesn't know how to manage inventory then he should be managing sales! And if he doesn't know how to address a situation where a customer is displeased with service he doesn't need to address customer since he doesn't know how to deescalate a situation' he elevated the issues when he became condescending , rude, disrespectful, and lied about the receipt information. The system doesn't place no corn it's manual. I get items get ran out but don't modify a receipt as if the customer requested a item not to be placed when it's poor management of inventory on the company /store part. read more

Lettuce looked fresh, chicken not so much. It seems as though they use the same chicken on all salads and just add flavoring to it. For example the buffalo chicken, it has a taste like the regular chicken except with buffalo sauce, not appetizing at all. The avocados on my salad were hard, and had black spots on them, they were not edible. I also ordered a broccoli cheddar soup, it was terrible, I threw it away. As a group we ordered several different salads and some of us were not able to eat the salad because of the taste. I would not recommend. read more

LOVE this place. Convenient, cheap, healthy, and so good! I have been getting their Cobb Salad with chicken and the BBQ Ranch dressing. Their BBQ Ranch would be good on an old tire. Just sayin. Their drive-thru is pretty quick. The problem is right now people aren't used to it, so it takes them a little while to figure out what they want. That can slow things down. The first time we came, my wife ordered the Cobb Salad with beef instead of chicken. She said she wouldn't have it again, or recommend it.
