Went in tonight to grab a snack for our little one while we waited for pizza from Marcos next door (our choice was Panera, but she is sometimes in charge). I don't know why the ratings are lower than average here, but we had one of the best customer service experiences from Sylvens (hope I spelled his name right), tonight, he went above and beyond to treat us like VIP customers. Fantastic experience. Give that guy a raise! We come here already but this was worth a review and a shout out to him and his customer service. read more

The portions keep getting smaller, the mac and cheese comes out barely warm and sometimes cold more often than not and my bread is stale. I have loved Panera for sometime but am rethinking this place as a viable option. At least the one on hemet. Very disappointed. read more

My wife had a gift card for Panera so she took me to lunch, what a disappointment. We had to order at the counter like a fast food joint, but the price was nothing like a fast food joint! 2 cups soup with half a sandwitch and one soda $20 bucks!!! What a rip off! Then we had to serve our selves at the soda machine and went to our table. Our food was served and when I looked for salt and pepper there was nothing on the table..the server was not to be found. Ok I am giving them one star and this is why! Every time I go through the drive thru, they mess up or forget something! I love the food it is kinda of costly so you would expect better service! I have given them multiply chances , today I was given by bag said "sorry about your wait" , I was like my ice tea please ? Oh sorry one second , then looked for all items in bag said oh my pastry too please , again I got a sorry and hand me my pastry. The kicker got all the way home no straw and no DRESSING ! The coffee's not bad and the food's OK. I went 10 times in April to get a free meal they promised. But when I returned a short time later to get my free meal, they informed me that the deal had EXPIRED and there was no free meal. Went into this business today with a friend and our four kids. It started off as a long wait at the cashier, it was busy, and lunch rush. An employee helped us use the kiosk to help expedite it. My son ordered chocolate milk, they were out, but offered to make it by hand it get him a different drink. They also were out of my drink but switched it to another. Brought my son's drink to him and our order. They also helped us with our plates at clean up since we had our hands full with the kids. Good service was quick and food was tasty. A little disappointed with the drinks but they were more than willing to accommodate. Very friendly staff! read more

I ordered at the kiosk, but the gentleman who brought my food out was incredibly polite and helpful, getting me a cup and showing me where I can fill my iced coffee, and making sure he had my order correct. I have given this location not one...but TWO tries. The first time, a LONG DISGUSTING HAIR was baked into my cookie. The second time, the manager was super rude and not helpful at all when we were asking questions and made us feel stupid and unwanted. Becoming very disappointed with Hemet Panera. Staff seems ok, however not real friendly with customers. Management doesn't take responsibility for lousy quality of food, cold coffee, cold soups, soup cooker out for weeks was limited to three types. Has Alfredo pasta with chicken this evening, chicken so salty could not eat, pasta gummy. Hideous. Used to eat there 3-5 times per week, too hot to cook at home, now once in two and half weeks. They're bagel choices, empty. Deserts limited. I'm afraid we are about to lose another restaurant in Hemet. Geeze, very sad. Do not recommend this location. Go to Haun Road, off Newport and 215. Today I had the pleasure of watching a young man named Dre working the dinning area with a smile and bounce in his step to make customers happy. if i could give 0 stars i would. it took over 1hr to get my order & my order was still wrong. i order a sausage pepperoni flatbread & broccoli cheddar soup. lets start with the very bland broccoli soup that had no cheddar at all, now the flatbread was under cooked asked to be remade, the remake was the wrong pizza, the 3rd pizza they burnt and had the nerve to get mad that i didnt want it, now the 4th & final pizza never got made because the staff was too busy talkng that they forgot finally after waiting soooo long i asked for my $$$ back, the manager or supervisor katy had the nerve to get loud talking about we re-made it 3 times, first of all you re-made it once and burnt it. the manager cathy just ignored the while situation, when i was given my refund katy snatched my receipt and tossed it. then these fast food workers be getting cursed out because they act like some children over a mistake they made like really. never again calling corporate on monday read more

Came here the other night for soup, because I've recently had my tonsils removed and that's all I can eat. I had their clam chowder and it was really good! My mom had their tomato bisque soup and she really enjoyed it. My mom also got their pumpkin spice latte and she absolutely loved it, she said it's much better than the one at Starbucks. We ate inside next to a mini fireplace. It was a cold night so it was nice and cozy. I had no problems here, food was great and service was great. We got our food quickly and it tasted fresh. Soups, salads and sandwiches, fresh, tasty and well presented. What a great change from those burger and fry places and chain restaurants with high prices. We went in for lunch but were unable to place our order. The girl at the register was having issues trying to enter items into the system. She asked for help from three different people, they would correct the issue yet she continued to have more. The line was five deep, and we were next in line to place our order, we were so pissed off with what was happening ahead of us that we just turned around and walked out.
