Panera has been one of my favorite spots for years. They always keep me coming back with those rewards! Having a location in the same shopping center as work is both a blessing (for my taste buds) and a curse (to my wallet) ! Love this location! The customer service is great and friendly especially at 7am in the morning. Their only down fall is that they never have the freshly brewed coffee ready in the mornings. It's like you have to remind them that they still have the coffee from last night in the pots. And this didn't just happen once but twice therefore I think it's a reoccurring problem here. But I will say the coffee at Panera isn't the best, the ice coffee is super sweet and the brewed coffee just isn't strong enough, very watered down. The best thing here are the salads. Too early in the morning to be this lazy. Ordered mango smoothie, it wasn't blended, CHUNKS of ice were in my cup. It was bitter/sour, as if not enough of something or maybe too much orange juice was added. My avocado toast had SLICES of avocado, it wasn't spread over the top of the toast, causing avocado to fall with every bite. A friend posted a picture of their toast which is what brought me to my local Panera. All Panera locations are simply not equal. Ordered two meals with 2 drinks through Uber eats, when the delivery driver gets here he only has the two drinks and tells me "that's all they gave me". The driver said he asks the guy up front if that was the entire order and was told yes. How the restaurant allows the driver to leave without the food is ridiculous and how the driver does not verify the order when it's easily accessible on his phone is beyond me. read more

Visited this Panera for the first time today... it was the worst. No chips in my bag and when I went back up to tell them, the guy said "there are 2 bags in there". Not true as I showed him, but not a big deal. Spicy chicken sandwich had so little Buffalo sauce that all I could taste was the pickle. I was starving so again not a big deal. Now by living with what has become the new normal, it is commendable on how these businesses and public places continue to remain open and cater to the general public by following the safety standards. It is now all the more important that we as customers, support these heroes during these dark hours to mankind. We ordered a margarita pizza and a Mac and cheese at this place for a carry out and arrived on time. After a 15 minute wait, one of the staff arrived with a bag and asked for a different name. With so many people working at this Panera you would think you'd get service quickly, but the was not the case yesterday. Two managers, no one to take your order, everyone under the crunch to get the bread baked, food prepped and orders out for the drive through but inside was slow, & there weren't many in line to order till it was our turn, second in line. Mom and I ordered the pick 2, & not until today did I realize that my mom got her salad as a sandwich which kept falling apart. I had the Chipotle chicken and avocado melt with the autumn squash. Mom had the same soup and chicken apple salad but incorrectly in a sandwich. The regional manager who took our order forgot to ask if we wanted chips, bread or apple with the order. One of the prep cooks was asked to help with taking orders & he'd never worked the cash registers before, so the manager was called back to get the orders. I love the food at Panera, but if 7 people working behind in prep and baking cannot get it together for after lunch rush service then this Panera needs to review how they're servicing their customers. I've been to other locations where there are far less people working and they get in done. I do understand that every worker is under pressure and review when a regional manger visits but that should not delay or hamper service to your paying customers, & gone are the days of the 99 cent cookies with your order, it's now 1/2 price. It was also quite warm and smelly for inside dining and the floors around the beverage area were sticky and wet with a caution for wet floors cone in place. Carpet floors at some point need deep cleaning as it's holding the odors which only get impacted into the carpet each day. Oh, and the self service kiosk was giving trouble which also added to the slow ordering process. Four stars is really for the food and probably on another day visit maybe I can give the 5 stars. read more

Where in the @#!! Is the manager. This homestead location is gross. Starting right when you enter, the front doors full of handprints. Counters filthy garbage cans overflowing, tables dirty. Everyone working on November 29 at 12:45pm were soo helpful and accommodating. Everyone ensured that I had everything I needed. I got a text that my food was ready but The food took slightly longer. The employees offered me a dessert for my troubles, which I denied, simply because they were doing it because they cared. I passed by the drive-thru today and I have to give a shout out to the young woman who I spoke to at the drive thru. As I was ordering my broccoli cheddar Mac and cheese, she gave me a heads up that they might be out (but went ahead and checked). She was very personable and so funny, and I'm glad she was the one that took my order. As I was leaving, she giddily waved with a smile and I happily waved back. I know the customer service industry is difficult to stay positive in (out of personal experience) but I really do appreciate this girl's lovely attitude and charismatic personality. DRIVE THROUGH LOCATION its a pretty clean environment with tons of parking! I got a Pick Two with broccoli cheddar soup in a bread bowl and a chipotle chicken melt. The soup was honestly a bit watery with little to no broccoli but the melt was really well done, very crispy. Hello! I think it's important you hear about my experience because I was quite disappointed with my most recent order. I customized it through the Panera app and I received no hummus in my Medditerrean bowl...no dairy doesn't mean no hummus. I didn't remove that from the ingredients list for a reason. I also didn't get lemon tahini in it even though I also did not remove that from the list of ingredients--It's good that Panera is trying to take allergens into account, but they need to be a little bit more knowledgeable--I paid $15 for a bowl that essentially was rice and a few veggies, which is feels like a rip-off and was unsatisfying overall. read more

I'm a little surprised and disappointed. This is the second time that I have had a problem with Panera. The first time my daughter found a hair in her steak sandwich. This time I found a piece of plastic in my blueberry muffin. I bit into the muffin and spit out the piece. I was unable to finish the muffin for fear that there was more in there. The reason why I am disappointed is that their muffins are the best around. Their muffins have real blueberries in them and I have been purchasing at least 3 a week. I believe that they are rushing a little too much to ensure that everything is in order. Hoping that this does not happen again. I am going to take the muffin back and see what they say.
