Hearty Fireside Chili Harvest Medley Chicken Salad
    Allegra M.

The food was 4/5. I could have used a little more meat in the chili and it needed more flavor. The salad was great. I would def order again. The cashier was a 5/5. She was informative on her favorites and gave a full description of what's included in an items. The ambiance was 3.5/5. It was clean but the pick staff and wait area attendant were not as delightful.

The food at Panera is always good, however l miss the Flatbreads. Panera is always a go to for my family. The atmosphere there is always nice and the restaurant is clean. My son ordered Mac and cheese with bacon and ciabatta cheesesteak. I had the broccoli and cheese soup with the Toasted Caprese Focaccia customized. They made my sandwich just perfectly. Staff was willing to take care of everything that was wrong the hot water was out they fixed it right away. The manager Jasmine was very kind, helpful and very informative. She had a great attitude it is obvious her leadership style is the reason the store is well staff with positive employees.

Not happy. Placed an order for pick up. I was in and out pretty quick. Customer service was good. However my order was horrible. The avocado toast barely had avocado. I added bacon and cheese. They literally just threw the cheese on top. No melting or anything!

I loved that the food was warm and tasty. Service was quicker than i expected from using the tablet in the front. I wish they had more discounts . The ambiance was quieter than usual. Towards closing, more people Came in and dined. They closed and never told anyone to leave. They still donate the ends day bakery items.

After being disappointed with Panera delivery the last few times, received my entire and correct order! Last few orders had missing cream cheese tubs, unsliced bagels and/or different flavored bagels mixed together.all good this time and bagels are fresh and delicious. Delivery driver was great, placing order on table on our front porch as requested. My only suggestion for Panera. Bag everything bagels alone and separate from other bagels. Glad they were not put in with cinnamon or Asiago ones this time, but the sesame bagels now taste like everything bagels too.

Panera Brooklyn, Jacksonville is undoubtedly the best one when it comes to the breathtaking views, the inviting and refreshing ambiance.....

Panera Bread is a welcome addition to the Brooklyn Station shopping complex on Riverside Ave

Panera Bread is a perfect addition to the lineup of restaurants at Brooklyn Station on Riverside Avenue, which features other big names such as BurgerFi, Bento, Chipotle etc... You'll find Panera at the far corner of Brooklyn Station, just a little ways beyond Chipotle and the Bento. I visited today, only two days after their grand opening, and everything was very nice and welcoming. It was clean, well staffed and felt very modern and well decorated. I guess you would expect all of these things from a brand new location! Today I ordered a Mac & Cheese bowl for myself and a Bacon Turkey Bravo sandwich for my boyfriend. Everything was perfect and came out exactly as ordered. We took it to-go, so I like that they have a board that shows your name near the pickup area when your order is ready. I look forward to visiting again soon since this Panera is within walking distance to my apartment! Talk about convenient! They are open early, at 6 am, so this will be a nice place to grab a coffee, bagel, quick breakfast etc. before work. Welcome to the neighborhood, Panera!

So we headed to Zen Dumplings on Baymeadows Road, where soup dumplings are very much the point. We started with a scallion pancake, wafer-thin and crisp, with enough scallion flavor to make its presence known. A little table-side chili crunch turned it into an excellent opening act. Then came the main event, soup dumplings. We ordered a basket of chicken, plus the sampler, which includes one each of chicken, beef, shrimp, crab, pork, and truffle. All of them were good, but the pork was the one I kept thinking about. The broth was deeply savory, and the pork filling had the texture and flavor of a very good meatball hiding inside a dumpling. The crab and shrimp were close behind. The beef and chicken were solid. The truffle dumpling was a different animal altogether. It tasted like someone had taken a whole truffle and put it inside a dumpling. Truffle isn't usually my favorite flavor, but even I had to admit this one worked. We also ordered shrimp stir-fried noodles. The shrimp were cooked nicely and the noodles were perfectly respectable. Unfortunately, I am still haunted by the spectacular stir-fried noodles I had at Izakaya Ko a couple of weeks ago, and Zen's version had the misfortune of being compared to them. But I didn't come here for the noodles. I came for soup dumplings, and Zen Dumplings delivered. Sometimes that's all you need from lunch. The craving was specific, the solution was obvious, and Zen Dumplings scratched that itch.

Service was meh at best: the young ladies were more interested in their phones and there were two of them to one of me. I initially wanted to try the soup dumplings (Xiao Long Bao), but the waitress convinced me not to as "they take too long" to prepare. Instead I went with the pork fried dumplings and the Taiwanrse sausage. The dumplings were very average: not bad flavor but they had a flavor and were uniform in a way that suggested they came right out of a bag from the freezer. There are much better and fresher dumplings to be had in Jacksonville. The sausage, however, was quite good. It was taught, porky, and had notes of five spice & maybe cinnamon. It further reinforced my view that meat always tastes best when served on a stick! It helped bring in the final score two three stars, making up for poor service and mediocre dumplings.

I rate it as a pretty good Asian restaurant with some minor flaws that can be easily fixed. BUT! I'll say up front that I didn't find any flaws with my meal and chosen beverage! Yes, I would certainly eat or do takeout here again! The good here, were the meals. The ramen, hibachi, and the dish that Lea ordered were sizable, filled with good meats and veggies - not just a rice or noodle stuffing. My hibachi with shrimp was cooked superbly! There was a nice orange sauce on the grilled shrimp and it was seared perfectly. I was a happy man. But it also came with fried rice (you can choose plan white rice too) and mixed veggies. It was a full meal indeed! Had to take some of it home. Jimmy also had the hibachi meal with chicken. He conquered his full meal - I don't know how! Goldie had one of the Japanese Tonkotsu Ramen bowls with chicken. It was filled with meats, vegetables and other items that she enjoyed for her evening meal. Given we ate on a Monday, it was pretty slow here - but there were a good number of carryout pickups too. My only real negatives was that the service was slow. It took quite a while to get my meal to me our server said it was because the carryout orders slowed things down inside. They had one server working on this evening and she was gracious and took pretty good care of us. The one other item we talked to each other about as far as this shop is concerned was the lack of air conditioning. It wasn't hot, but it was pretty warm inside. Yes, it was a very hot day and this restaurant has a large space to cool. So I can understand the need to conserve, but others may not. All in all we had a nice, relaxed evening with lots of jokes and smiles! This was a great place to meet up and I certainly would visit again! Recommend: HIGH

He mentioned wait times for tables, so I chose a Tuesday evening to try to avoid the crowds and it worked as I was immediately sat upon arriving. There are QR Menus on the table and my server directed me to view there. I spotted the Tokyo and was intrigued by the Ajitama Brûlée (signature torched seasoned soft boiled egg). What I Ordered: - Tokyo: For $16.95, I thought this was reasonably priced and excited to try as reading reviews raved about the umami flavor of their ramen. Without exaggeration, this was a life-changing ramen. The best ramen that I've had in my life!! The torched egg was genius and added a beautiful texture to the rich, and flavorful broth. The fried chicken thigh was a delicious protein and cooked so well. Honestly, every ingredient was crafted well and combined to make such a beautiful bowl. - Lychee Martini: What better way to toast to life, then with a martini! The popping bubbles were not my thing, but the flavor of the martini was delicious. I can see why many suggest trying it. This is my 1900th review on Yelp, and I couldn't pick a better place to review and RAVE about my experience. If you are in Jacksonville, RUN don't walk to this location for a stunning experience as it's a gorgeous location that is very cozy. While I understand that friendliness is part of hospitality, the frequency and tone of these interactions became uncomfortable and detracted from the overall experience. After the visit, I brought this to the attention of the business directly in the hope that it would be acknowledged and addressed. Unfortunately, I did not receive a meaningful response or any indication that the concern was taken seriously. I'm sharing this here so others have a complete picture when deciding where to go, and so the business has another opportunity to reflect on how customer interactions are handled. The side dishes were very flavorful, and I also purchased two drinks that were absolutely delicious. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and provided good customer service throughout my visit. The only thing is that they told me that they do not clean tripe in Korea which was hard to believe. I do want to share a concern regarding the preparation of the tripe soup. After beginning the meal, I noticed that the tripe did not appear to have been cleaned. At first, I wondered if this was simply the restaurant's style of preparation, but after researching further, I learned that improperly cleaned tripe can be both unpleasant and potentially unsafe to consume because tripe comes from the stomach lining of the animal. Uncleaned tripe may still contain food residue, digestive material, parasites, worms, bacteria, and strong bile or waste odors. This can potentially lead to issues such as foul smell, unpleasant taste, food poisoning, bacterial contamination including E. coli or Salmonella, and symptoms such as stomach cramps, vomiting, or diarrhea. Proper cleaning is generally considered an essential part of preparing tripe, especially in professional restaurants where customers would quickly notice if the cleaning process was incomplete. Overall, I appreciated the kindness of the staff, the quality of the drinks, and the excellent side dishes. I am only sharing my personal experience and concern specifically regarding the preparation of the tripe soup.

The decor and vibe definitely give Asian street market -- I loved the neon signs. Thomas was our server and he was friendly, quick, and attentive throughout. We ordered the Twice Fried Korean Wings, Bonchon, and Chili Crisp Cucumbers to share. The wings were delicious with the best crunch, almost like candied chicken wings. My only complaint is I expected more heat from the gochujang. The Bonchon is essentially a flight of pickled sides: sweet pickled cucumbers, sweet pickled carrots and daikon (similar to what you'd find on a Vietnamese banh mi), and a well-fermented kimchi with mild heat and great flavor. We also ordered the Hong Kong Wonton Soup, and thought we ordered "Chow Fun" noodles -- but "Chow Faan" is actually their fried rice dish. Word of caution: if you want their take on Chow Fun noodles, order the "Beef Haw Fun" instead. The star of the show was the Hong Kong Wonton Soup -- the broth was authentically Asian, distinctly different from a classic French-style broth built on onion, celery, and carrot mirepoix. It was so good we ordered another one to go and took it to our mom to enjoy. We will definitely be going back to try some of their other dishes.
