Chipotle will NEVER see me again!! I love everything about Cava to the food to the ambiance to the staff just top tier.. I get the chicken bowl with greens and rice and tzatziki dip.. for topping i get cucumbers and tomato, slaw, pickled onions(my fav) more cucumber(LOVE) guac(extra fee) and i top it off with yogurt dill and garlic(CHEFS KISS).. We really love the food at Cava, but their use of Door Dash for delivery is fatal. We never had our dinner on January 2nd, and Door Dash has been lying to us ever since. The driver got lost, left our food at some anonymous door, and they refuse to refund our $56. This is unconscionable. Shame! read more

I'm not sure why my partner and I keep coming back here. They are not fast or efficient whatsoever. The employees completely ignore you. Waited forever to make 2 bowls because guess what? We came for lunch and I was surprised how busy it was; definitely a testament to the food quality and quickness of the service. I enjoyed the lunch, though I will say it is very loud in there so I wouldn't dine in due to lack of ambiance from the loudness. Pro tip: order and pay via the mobile app to skip the line! I went here for the first time. I had the harissa avocado bowl with honey chicken let me tell you it is pretty spicy. Lotta good flavor though but if you don't like hot, you might not like it. I liked it, but it was a bit hot. my husband did not care for spice They definitely have to be related to chipotle it's the exact same set up. They need to clean their bathrooms better because when I see that the bathrooms aren't being cleaned it tells me that they're not really that up on clean. Decided to give this place a try as I've heard a lot of my friends and some coworkers were raving how amazing this place is so ofcourse I had to see what's the hype about. Entering the establishment it's like a chipotle but Mediterranean food instead. My partner and I had two different bowl She had the chicken and I had the steak. They were both pretty good but the amount of feta was just too much for me. I just wished they gave a bit more rice as all that was left in my bowl was just protein and the veggies. The service was decent not the best but could tolerate. The lady who started with the bowl seem a bit passive but it's whatever, and the second one to do the topping didn't even seem like she wanted to be there. But atleast the person who was cashing us out was pretty positive ! Overall it is a good place but the service just need to be improved. read more

My coworkers finally convinced me to try this place out and I'm glad I did. I got delivered a Grains Bowl with black lentils, 1/2 braised lamb 1/2 spicy lamb meatballs, crazy feta (feta with jalapenos), tzatziki, red pepper hummus, fire roasted corn, tomato + cucumber, kalamata olives, lemon herb tahini, and free side pita. I checked out their drinks and I saw that they an old favorite of mine, Cucumber Mint Lime drink. Between that and the Blueberry Lavender drink I went with the CML. Of course I got it delivered. Omg, the bowl was delicious! Judging just by initial looks it doesn't seem like it's a lot of food but by the time you're done you're full. The work squad raved about the lamb meatballs and they were good, but I think they were just as good as the braised lamb. Either choice was a good one. All the other items tasted great. The drink would have been better if there was ice in it. I'm not sure if the ice melted by the time it got to me or if there was no ice at all. That aside flavor-wise it could have used more lime to me. I see why they like it so much. read more

My wife and I were in the area of Town Center and Cava was recommended by a family member. We went not knowing what to expect. I ordered the spicy lamb meatballs and avocado bowl and my wife ordered the spicy meatball and white sweet potatoes bowl. They both were very flavorful and delicious. Food was good and staff was nice besides some white guy with curly hair and arm sleeves. He tried saying he was going to charge me for double chicken when all I asked for was chicken. He then was like I'll let it slide this time and I was like no it's not my mistake I just asked for double chicken man. Then when we paid he said can y'all eat at one of these two tables the rest of the lobby is closed. I get it that you also close at 10:30 but there was a line of people in there at 10:15 and he proceeds to yell in the lobby we close in 10 minutes we will not serve you after. It was so awkward everyone just looked at him and some people ate outside bc of him. As someone who also works in food service and deals with customers coming in late, it's not the customers fault if you don't like it get a new job. I will not be returning to this location bc of him. There is nothing negative to say about this place ever. It's always packed and food is always good and fresh. I'm giving it 4 stars because there seems to be an inconsistency between store in terms of what qualifies as a first responder discount. Some stores and workers count military as first responder's specially those in medical jobs and others are very adamant about it being ONLY EMS, police, FIRE. I was in the Towcenter area and asked where's a good place to get veggies and Cava was the place they raved about. (I'm not opposed to meat, I just felt like I've been missing out on veggies.) Cava has a build your own bowl/pita meal or choose a chef curated bowl/pita recommendation. You stand in line, they build your meal based on your choices and until you pay once done. They have a variety of base items,dips, meats and topping to choose from. I built my own with baby spinach, splendid greens, roast eggplant, crazy feta, braised lamb (up charge), fire roasted corn, tomato&cucumber and crumbled feta. It was so good! It was a spicy, flavor popping, bowl of goodness. The pita chip was a nice touch since I didn't get the rice. The servers were busy so not a lot of assistance to help with making choices, but I didn't ask questions either. Decided on build your own bowl today and spicy lamb pita. The pita is always fresh and soft. Had a mix of super greens and black lentils for my bowl base, added eggplant and hummus (harissa and traditional) , grilled chicken, and about 5 toppings. Love that the toppings are unlimited. Everything we had was filling. In the past I've ordered their signature bowls. One of my faves is the harissa avocado. If you like spicy, that's a good one to get. Love this place and the healthy foods they serve! Very fresh and the ingredients comes together so well. I've had the seasonal Lemon Chicken and the Harissa Avocado! Both very good and definitely get the pita chips on the side as well. Their beverage choices are great with fresh juices made daily! Good healthy fast food option! Had heard about cava for over a year before trying it & it actually lived up to the hype. On the pricey side for a fast food salad but it does taste good. Downfall when I visited was that it was early dinner time and they hadn't replenished everything since lunch so they were out of a few things and I definitely didn't get the fresh refills of anything. You definitely have to build your own bowl if you want it to stay healthy. They mix a bunch or different dressings/sauces so the key is to ask for the dressings on the side because you likely won't need them or can just use them as a dip.
