My husband and I were debating between going to Jimmy Johns or Panera for dinner last night and we chose Panera. We got there to order our food and they were out of almost everything. We had to either sub our certain parts of the meal (the meat on the salad and the lettuce) or we had to completely change our order. They did not apologize, they did not offer any kind of coupon or anything for the inconvenience and the trash and dishes were over flowing. The store was not busy and the employees were just slowly walking around in a haze, including the manager. I really wish we would have gone to Jimmy Johns instead because the food and the service was not worth $20.00. read more

I ordered a turkey avocado BLT. No avocado. I ordered this after my first 3 choices of food where not available. I was told that they no longer had certain chicken, salami and multiple breads were not available. This is not the first time this location has messed up my order or basically ran out of multiple ingredients. Worst bread co I've ever experienced. read more

I have been to this location several times, but the last two times have been dreadful. The second to last time, my order was wrong. This last time my buzzer went off, but my food was not ready and the workers did not know what my order was. When I got my order, my mac'n'ch cheese was cold. When I returned to ask for a new bowl, I was told I could warm up my current bowl in the microwave under the coffee pots. Needless to say, I was very disappointed. read more

Great food. Excellent service. Husband and I worked all day out of this location while our RV was in the shop. (At a two person table. Be considerate when camping out, people!) Staff was very nice, checking on us occasionally but never rushing us. Wifi was excellent. The fire was super cozy after shuffling cars around in a cold November rain. Went here because my 2 year old likes the chocolate chip Muffie. Have always had a less than stellar experience here, but today was that last time I'll make the mistake of dining in at this place. My family of 3 Ordered a Muffie, coffee, and two breakfast sandwiches. Gave us the Muffie immediately and handed us a buzzer. Asked for a tip upon ordering, which I provided. 10 minutes later had to go up and ask about the coffee at the "drink station", as nobody let us know it was ready, so it just sat there and got cold. Then another 5 minutes passed. The buzzer finally went off for food, so we went up to get it, and they had a question about how we wanted our eggs, which we had already told them upon ordering. Went back to our seats and waited another 15 minutes. Buzzer still never went off so we went up to the "food station" again and the sandwiches had been sitting there. Again never buzzed to let us know. I took the sandwiches back to the table and they didn't make the eggs correctly even though the just asked us a second time and didnt put meat on one of the sandwiches even though we specified that twice also. The sandwiches were also cold by that point. So after waiting for a half hour we received cold, incorrect items. Went back up to talk to a manager and no employee would even recognize I was standing there, so I just put the food down and left. Pathetic management, pathetic service. The model of making your customers order and then have to go multiple places to "track down" their full order is beyond insane. Completely inept customer service. read more

I lost my patience waiting in the drive through line for a loaf of sour dough bread.The car in front of me sat there for ten minutes. I went inside to yell and a nice lady named Debbie gave me a cookie, that cost more that the bread. It was nice of her to see that I left happy. The food here is fresh and every thing tastes very good. The food is not the problem. Parking is a very tight and there is never room to park so I avoid lunch and dinner and come at a odd hour when I want to eat. Two handy cap spots are always open. Hard to relax when you can't find a parking spot. read more

Check your food to make sure it is correct before you drive away if you pick up Togo. At this particular location, they have forgotten the chicken on my salad on three different visits. They always offer me a free salad on my next visit, but the fact that this has happened 3 times is a bit ridiculous. read more

The bread company is one of my favorite casual dining spots! The atmosphere is bright and friendly. I come here a lot to sit and do homework. At many other places, I feel rushed when I bring my backpack. However, I always feel welcome here. The food is awesome and always made correctly. I would highly recommend! read more

Very unsatisfied with my meal here. My steak and white cheddar panini was soggy and disgusting. There was something not right about the onions and the sauce was strange, I couldn't finish eating it. My mac n cheese was cold. The only good thing was my frozen coffee, which isn't hard to mess up. Very disappointed, will not be back to this location. read more

Every single time I go through the drive thru they get something wrong. If I ask for no onion, I get onion on the sandwich. I driven away to find out they forgot chips 3 separate times. I have asked for no dill pickle yet I get a pickle. And all these requests were indeed listed on the printed receipt so it wasn't a problem hearing the order. Is there really bad training at this location or just employees who don't care? I have never had this problem at any other Panera Bread. I also can't figure out why the same lunch order costs at least 50 cents more at this location than at other Panera stores in St. Louis area. Do they add on tip without asking along with the poor service. Today the amount was lower, so maybe I finally got an honest employee. read more

Had a disappointing experience here today. The person taking my order was not very with it and wound up entering it wrong. Got my sandwich fixed only to reAlize it still didn't have any condiments. Another employee interrupted my table's conversation and shared way too much personal information. I now know what her bff is naming her baby! Soup selection is lacking, too. read more

I was there this past Saturday between lunch and dinner. Therefore. It was obviously not busy. I waited 20 minutes total for a sandwich. I went in to order assuming it might be quicker. As I waited the man in front of me was told they were out of the soup her ordered. When offered others, he was then told they were out of that too. He finally settled on whatever was left. Then the lady in front of me was given the wrong food. Finally someone else came in complaining from the drive through. When I finally got my food it was incorrect due to the cashier not typing in that I wanted it toasted. With all the time to wait, I noticed layers on dust and dirt on the walls and computers which are over the serving line. The restaurant itself, especially the restrooms are dirty. I find this consistent with any panera that I have ever been to- dirty and filthy restrooms. If you don't mind poor wait times, inconsistent correct orders, out of stock food before dinner time, and a little dust bunny then this is the Panera for you. read more

This is the nastiest Bread Co/Panera location I've ever been to. Multiple times I've ordered a Thai chicken salad and the carrots in it were rotten. Another time I ordered one of those broth bowls and the kale tasted rotten as well. I live close by so I've given this location a chance several times, and it bites me in the ass every time. This place may be OK for bagels and other such pastries, but never order anything perishable here. read more

Love the food most of the time, however, lately they have really been dropping the ball. My french onion soup had NO cheese in it. Usually I have to really stir it up. And the last 2 times I have been there they were out of baguettes... which is part of the soup order that you pay for. VERY unhappy about that. And after being asked to pull forward in the drive thru because my order wasn't ready (after waiting behind 2 other cars).. they forgot 2 items in my bag. I had to go back. What is going on??? New management? No management? Please fix this because I like the food and want to continue to eat here. read more
