This is based on my experience only. What other reviews are posted, do not reflect how I see Kneaders at this location. First, I must point out that this establishment has both drive thru and a sit down eating area. Not to mention, Uber Eats or Door Dash. So depends when you stop by, having your food ready may vary. I will not penalize and petty with that part. I personally, chose to sit down and enjoy my food freshly made right away. So, expecting your food by delivery the same way as served right away is a big difference. Now as far as the food, I had the French Toast. Again, my own opinion, the best french toast I've ever eaten. From the outside until you get to the middle. The outside prepared perfect and the middle wasn't bland or plain. Like how some French toast you may encounter in your lifetime. I dont know why, but this stack did justice for me. As far as service, from ordering to being served, it wasn't a long wait for me. Maybe 10 minutes. Again, the employees here are cooking and preparing for drive thru, sitting down patrons, as well as food delivery. So, I give them credit for getting things done. I visit this location 2-3 times a month since I am in the area for business and I cannot say anything remarkably horrible. So far, so good. read more

If I could give this place, a zero out of five, I would. But yelp only allows for the one out of five. To start off. I did order this food through Uber after looking at Yelp. Once the order had arrived, it was easy to see that it was wrong. No drinks were with the order when they were on the receipts attached to the bag. Open up the bag. THERE IS A SANDWICH IN A CONTAINER. THAT ONLY HAS TURKEY MEAT AND BREAD. I REPEAT MEAT AND BREAD. WHAT TYPE OF BS IS THIS??? Not only are we under the weather. First time ordering in the drive through.. we ordered 2 chai lattes & 2 slices of cheesecake.. one was the strawberry and the other was the biscoff came up to 25$ and when I tell you the slices of cheesecake cake were so tiny .. I mean tiny .. we could not believe what a ripoff this place was and the coffee is supposed to be 16 ounces looks more like 12 ounces ... even though cheesecake was great it definitely was not worth the money ... Stopped in as I remembered their pumpkin spice bread. I was disappointed to hear they don't make halal bread but the choices of goodies were a plenty! I picked up a pumpkin spice loaf with a ribbon and I didn't realize that they charged me for the ribbon. It is not mentioned on their signs. Their food is no longer good. I always get the turkey sandwich on ciabatta. This is no longer the slow-roasted, hand-pulled turkey, now it's dry and flavorless, probably from a package. They should have lowered the price. Three times this sandwich disappoints. The avocado is brown and the lettuce black on the edges. This used to be the most delicious sandwich. First time here and what a yummy choice! The decor is country-cute, and the bakery case full of amazing treats! Hubs and I shared the sausage/egg/cheese/croissant sandwich and the French toast. Couldn't resist a take-home loaf of churro bread, either, and everything was delicious! Service inside could have been quicker (I think they prioritize the drive-thru orders) but we weren't in a big hurry. Manager was visible and hustling to pitch in. When you walk in, it's so jolly the atmosphere not so much of the people but it's cute in there. I'm especially during the holidays when you walk in they have. I'm assuming it's like Dale bread maybe or same day I'm not exactly sure if they do have bread ends for sale muffins a lot of stuff to be honest with you. I forgot to take a picture of my sandwich and the little cakes. I took one of the chocolate cake cakes to some guy. I get water from he thoroughly enjoyed it. I got the carrot cake. I think there's something in it that I'm allergic to because I started breaking out in hives. I'm not sure what's going on. The sandwich, though the sandwich is really good. I did order extra avocado. He did give me extra avocado and two sides of neater sauce, which is what I asked for and sourdough bread. The people are nice they're real. Kneaders is one of our favorite places to go for a great breakfast at a reasonable price. They also have great soups and sandwiches for lunch/dinner. The restaurant is clean and inviting. They often have samples of bread near the register. My family and I most recently visited on Veterans Day 2024 because they were giving out free French Toast to active duty military and veterans. The restaurant was moderately busy but there were plenty of tables and seats to choose from. We will be back! read more

This place used to be so nice to go to but sadly it's gone downhilll. When I've come in it doesn't matter if the place is busy with 5 people working or not busy with only 3 people working, the wait time to get your food is a ridiculous no matter what you buy. I went in for lunch and just got a sandwich and soup. Even though there wasn't anyone in the drive thru or anyone in line it was still about a 20 ish minute wait. I came in on a different day just to get a free cookie for my birthday and the wait was the same. 20 MINUTES just for a cookie that's already been made. And again it was not busy at all in the drive thru or inside. The customer service isn't very great either. If you need a box or something you'll be ignored for a while before they finally come up to you. The food however is good so I'd recommend just getting it delivered or pick up and avoid dining in. read more

This place is a hidden gem! Excellent casual spot with delicious food! The French toast is soooo good. Thick brioche, with a "syrup" that's almost reminiscent of caramel. Pour it over the whipped cream and strawberries they give you with it and it's the perfect bite! The salads are delicious also. read more

Instead of the good amount of sliced real turkey and cranberry sauce, there was a little sprinkling of little flakes of turkey and a smear of red syrupy stuff. There really should be a sub 1 star rating on Yelp. I have eaten at Kneaders for years, in multiple states. The food and service is always good. I reviewed this location several years and gave feedback that they were sub-par for the Kneaders brand. i haven't eaten here in a few years and though there was no way they could not have improved. I was wrong. This Kneaders is horrible. I should have turned around when we pulled up and saw the great deal of trash out front. Clearly exterior cleanliness is not important. Interior isn't either but more on that in a minute... The cashier wasn't pleasant. Not rude but not pleasant. I'm guessing she doesn't like her job. She was wearing gloves when she took my cash payment gave me change. This was fine until she turned around and started handling food with same gloves. Gross. The dinning area was equally as dirty as the outside. Our table had crumbs all over and the windows looking outside was covered in greasy hand prints. Again, gross. Once the food arrived it was also disappointing. My wife's soup was warmish, our famous deserts were actually partially frozen and my sandwich was so bad after 2 bites I threw it out. Well we tried to throw it out but the trash was so full nothing else would fit. I had to set it beside the trash. If Kneaders is all corporate owned this store should be overhauled from the ground up. If they are franchised the license should be pulled. I was in the general area for a morning and decided to try Kneaders as a different place. There is a limited breakfast menu, but that was fine with me. The wait in line was more than a fast food place would be. I placed my order, was given a cup for my coffee, got the coffee, and then found a seat. There was a choice of coffee--home roast or French roast. I chose the French roast and then found a table to sit. In a short time, my name was called, and a woman saw my hand raised (I learned from watching others) and she brought a plastic basket with my sandwich. I was a little surprised that it didn't look like a regular croissant. I went to pick it up. The egg and sausage were VERY hot so I waited a bit. The croissant was very flaky and was a little difficult to pick up with the soft freshness of the croissant (first world problem). I finished the sandwich in short order and then sat there enjoying the rest of my coffee. It was a good stop and a change from the "muffin" I normally get when I do fast food. read more

Picked up lunch from here today and it was just ok. The service was slow & it took a long time to get a Thai chicken salad. When I checked out the cashier asked me how many salad dressings. I said 2. There was no mention that there was an extra charge for more that one dressing. That would have been nice to know. The salad was a little better than ok. It did not have a lot of chicken. Filled with inconveniences. The drive thru line takes excessively long over 20minutes to get your order out. I've sat there and took note of the time. Not sure if its because they are short staffed or what is going on. They are always out of overnight oats. Happened several times already. I need to repeatedly call before making the trip, not wasting gas or time anymore just to find out they're out of stock...the food is decent and so far every time I've ordered the staff puts everything in the bag. read more

This was my second visit to this location. I forgot how bad service was the first time or I would not have gone back. Today it only took half an hour to get my order (two sandwiches with sides). I would not have gotten it at that time except I went up to ask for a refund. My order was sitting up on the counter. Who knows how long it had been there. I have been here on and off for years as it is on the opposite side of town for me. I love the sandwiches (bread). It has been maybe about a year since e my last visit, but every other visit besides this visit I was greeted by a friendly employee. This time the male employee was very unfriendly and although he was fast at getting the line down, he was not giving great customer service in my opinion. His name was Hunter B. When I asked a question couple questions about 2 different sandwiches he seemed annoyed by my question. There's almost 10 soups listed to choose from, but they only serve three. A client recommended this place saying how they were an upscale Panera Bread with more food options. Kneaders is one of my favorite sandwich shops, particularly because of the freshness of their food, reminds you of a NY deli back in the day before pesticides and all of the artificial ingredients came in to play in our food. I stopped eating meat 5 years ago, right around the time I discovered Kneaders, so unfortunately, I can't give a review for any of their meat sandwiches, but their tuna melt and veggie sandwich are delish! Now let's talk about these desserts.... if you are on a diet or just don't want to eat sugar, then don't even think about looking at the desserts. They will tempt you with their freshness, vivid colors and presentation. They are also made fresh every day, and they taste like it. I've never had a piece of pie, eclair or a cookie at Kneaders that I did not like. As far as their customer service, I would say this has always been their problem spot. They have super nice people that work there, but unfortunately they don't stay or Management doesn't stay-causing their delivery of service to be iffy most times. You never know if your order is gonna be ready by the time you get there if you placed it through the app. I've always given it 10 more additional minutes to get there from what the app (also a whole problem and complicated with trying to pay with points)- gives you and often that has not been enough. I've also had things missing from my bag once I got home because usually you have 4 people working, and one is on the drive-through. I've been here before and left a review on it but I felt like I needed to talk about my experience the second time. I went through the drive through (super convenient!) and got home to realize I was missing a loaf. No big deal at all, it happens and I should have just checked the bag. I checked the receipt to make sure I did pay for two and not just 1 and called to sort a remedy. I came back to get the missing loaf and again waited a decent chunk of time before being helped. The woman that was in the drive thru when I had originally ordered came to help and I told her I had called and that I was missing something. She asked what and I told her and she assured me that it was in there. I said that I had ordered two of that bread and not just one and she said that I had only said one. I said that I have the receipt with me and actually paid for two. Not that anyone knows but I am the type of person that if I had noticed on the receipt that I paid for one I wouldn't have come but overall it made me feel bad. I get that some people try to scam for free stuff but I called and have the receipt, didn't make a big deal about it just asked if I could get it. The woman on the phone was nice and helpful.
