A Thursday afternoon. There was no line. The menu is simple and everything looks so tasty! I selected the Yakisoba with chicken. The lobby was clean, maybe 2 tables needed attention, but it didn't take long before someone came out to wipe those tables down. No complaint the restaurant looks pretty clean and orderly. The employees were very hospitable and pleasant. My food was brought out to me, screaming Hot. Well worth a mouth burn. LOL. I couldn't wait to eat. I loved the char on the chicken. The noodles had a bit of a starchy aftertaste, however still delicious. The zucchini was cooked just right. That was very filling, at a decent price. Got the large teriyaki bowl and it was alright. It's large enough for two meals for sure. It's a pretty standard teriyaki chicken bowl, although I wish there were more cabbage and carrots versus grilled onions for the veggies. I also added the teriyaki sauce cup into the bowl, not knowing that the bottom of the bowl already had a layer of this sauce. Even without the extra sauce, I think there was way too much teriyaki sauce in the bowl to begin with. The rice was practically floating around after a few bites. The excess amount of sauce made the meal off balance as a whole, too rich in flavor. Service was quick though--they had my online order ready in less than 10 minutes. read more

I was invited to a mock/ practice/Training day to see how people like the food and what critiques where made so they can improve before they open. I was greeted at the door by the manager and she was very friendly. I ordered with ease and was able to customize my bowl. I had sweet tea, it wasn't sweet, and tasted almost like the fountain drinks tea. Ive never been a fan of that personally but I know most people that do like it The egg roll taste amazing . It is a little greasy. The dipping sauce is unique and tastes great. The pot stickers are great and same unique dipping sauce makes them amazing. The crab lagoons were better and bigger than any ive ever had. They are with sweet and sour sauce and are excellent! My katsu Chicken bowl has fried rice and the veggies minus the onions. The flavor is really good. I think the veggies are a great compliment to the bowl but they need to have them steamed longer, they are crispy with the exception of a few. The fried rice is perfect. Stopped in to get a bite to eat on my way home. I was assisted right away to order. I decided on the Chicken teriyaki bowl with brown rice and veggies. I sat to wait. There was no one in the dinning area eating. My veggies and rice were really good but my chicken was a bit dry . It seemed as if it was cooked hours ago . Just went there and ordered a regular chicken teriyaki bowl and a large chicken teriyaki bowl to go. I get the food and look in the bag and they only put two (2) sauces. I asked for more the the guy working the counter said they have a new policy. No matter the size of the bowl you only get one sauce per bowl. Any extra was seventy five (75) cents. What the heck. They offer free on each table but cannot hand out extra sauces for the size of the bowls. Food is good. This policy sucks. read more

The price is getting a bit expensive, as a chicken bowl is around $14 now. Overall, I come here around once a week when I'm too lazy to cook and it's a decent meal. If I could give 10 stars I WOULD! This update is regarding my previous review about the confusing Gift Card situation. Very soon after I posted my previous 3 star review Dean, the owner and one of the original Las Vegas TM founders contacted me through the Yelp app. He sent a message and his personal number and offered to explain the GC situation. TM Corp has decided to do away with all physical GC and will only be offering GC to be purchased from the website. I understand apps & electronic GC's are the way of the world now. But trying to electronically send my 70 yr old parents a GC for Christmas who live out of state is the norm for us. They have a lot of issues trying to figure out how to redeem electron GC's. Believe me I'v tried. They don't even know how to use Zelle. Anyhow, Dean was so kind! He actually took the time to explain this corp change and even offered to take the time to look into any retailers in LV that may still have physical GC's for purchase. He said he would get back to me the next day and he DID! He was so down to earth, so friendly and he was not defensive about my review and even thanked me for my honesty so he could address the other things I mentioned that needed some attention in the dining area. Friendly servers, clean (or new) and reasonably priced. I had a regular teriyaki bowl over brown rice with veggies. The rice was well cooked, the chicken was okay, and the veggies were bland and a little slimy. The broccoli held its texture okay, but the zucchini and carrots bordered on mushy. To begin with, this location was pretty decent when it first opened. I don't really frequent this location very often but that's a good thing hence the 1 star. I ordered a spicy chicken and beef combo which is usually my standard. After paying I proceeded to the silverware and napkin area near the soda/pop dispenser. I immediately noticed how dirty the area was. The silverware dispensers were absolutely filthy. It appeared there was a sticky substances all over them and obviously hadn't been cleaned in some time. I moved to a booth to eat. I again was amazed at the disgusting walls next to the booth. I didn't dare look under the table, but there was streams of something (probably teriyaki sauce or soda as it appeared to be sticky) running down the wall over the trim at eye lever. It again, obviously, had not been cleaned in probably weeks. To top it off, when I received my food the order was only chicken, not the combo I ordered and pay more for than just chicken. Already so irritated, and honestly disgusted at the environment, I had a few bites and left. It was also very annoying to see people walk in, order, receive their food and leave, as well as online order pile up as we waited 30-35 mins for 2 meals. Tonight we ordered Chicken Teriyaki bowls to go. When I arrived, I asked the guy at the counter to ensure the sides of Thick Teriyaki sauce were included because it is great. Upon arriving home, we dumped the sauce on our bowls only to discover it was some type of sweet and sour sauce (that looks and is packaged exactly the same as Thick Teriyaki). I don't understand why putting the notes on the order and specifically verifying with the counter person that the correct sauce was included would equate to our food being ruined because we were given the wrong thing. It was very frustrating and makes me rethink going to this place that I frequent. I've been to this location a few times and other ones in the area. My experience has always be consistently the same when I order at the restaurant to go. I like the healthier choice of food here. The teriyaki chicken, spicy chicken, katsu and salmon are all great with rice and vegetables. Normally, the large size is enough for my wife and I, or I will save half for lunch the next day. The chicken teriyaki was out of this world! Seared and given the right amount of teriyaki flavor. I like TM's vegetables better than at other places. Only wished I got more. (Yeah, I'm big on vegetables.) Next time will ask for no rice and only veggies with my protein, although I love their brown rice. The TM on Lake Mead had extremely rude, unethical employees and put too much sauce in their bowls. I never go there anymore. Hope it has improved for the sake of patrons who do eat there. Been here a few times and I can confidently say, this place is bad in every way. The moment you walk up to the store you will start to see how bad it is. It's FILTHY! The door alone has so much grime, looks like it has not been cleaned in months, I can just imagine what the kitchen looks like, the floor has not seen a mop in ages either. if you order your food on the app, you should show up 20 minutes AFTER the expected time it should be ready. They never read the ticket correctly and will always miss items in your order, it has happened multiple times for me when only ordering 2 bowls.
