The lobby was clean, maybe 2 tables needed attention, but it didn't take long before someone came out to wipe those tables down. No complaint the restaurant looks pretty clean and orderly. The employees were very hospitable and pleasant. My food was brought out to me, screaming Hot. Well worth a mouth burn. LOL. I couldn't wait to eat. I loved the char on the chicken. The noodles had a bit of a starchy aftertaste, however still delicious. The zucchini was cooked just right. That was very filling, at a decent price. Got the large teriyaki bowl and it was alright. It's large enough for two meals for sure. It's a pretty standard teriyaki chicken bowl, although I wish there were more cabbage and carrots versus grilled onions for the veggies. I also added the teriyaki sauce cup into the bowl, not knowing that the bottom of the bowl already had a layer of this sauce. Even without the extra sauce, I think there was way too much teriyaki sauce in the bowl to begin with. The rice was practically floating around after a few bites. Just went there and ordered a regular chicken teriyaki bowl and a large chicken teriyaki bowl to go. I get the food and look in the bag and they only put two (2) sauces. I asked for more the the guy working the counter said they have a new policy. No matter the size of the bowl you only get one sauce per bowl. Any extra was seventy five (75) cents. What the heck. They offer free on each table but cannot hand out extra sauces for the size of the bowls. Food is good. This policy sucks. read more

Very soon after I posted my previous 3 star review Dean, the owner and one of the original Las Vegas TM founders contacted me through the Yelp app. He sent a message and his personal number and offered to explain the GC situation. TM Corp has decided to do away with all physical GC and will only be offering GC to be purchased from the website. I understand apps & electronic GC's are the way of the world now. But trying to electronically send my 70 yr old parents a GC for Christmas who live out of state is the norm for us. They have a lot of issues trying to figure out how to redeem electron GC's. Believe me I'v tried. They don't even know how to use Zelle. Anyhow, Dean was so kind! He actually took the time to explain this corp change and even offered to take the time to look into any retailers in LV that may still have physical GC's for purchase. He said he would get back to me the next day and he DID! He was so down to earth, so friendly and he was not defensive about my review and even thanked me for my honesty so he could address the other things I mentioned that needed some attention in the dining area. The rice was well cooked, the chicken was okay, and the veggies were bland and a little slimy. The broccoli held its texture okay, but the zucchini and carrots bordered on mushy. To begin with, this location was pretty decent when it first opened. I don't really frequent this location very often but that's a good thing hence the 1 star. I ordered a spicy chicken and beef combo which is usually my standard. After paying I proceeded to the silverware and napkin area near the soda/pop dispenser. I immediately noticed how dirty the area was. The silverware dispensers were absolutely filthy. It appeared there was a sticky substances all over them and obviously hadn't been cleaned in some time. I moved to a booth to eat. I again was amazed at the disgusting walls next to the booth. I didn't dare look under the table, but there was streams of something (probably teriyaki sauce or soda as it appeared to be sticky) running down the wall over the trim at eye lever. It again, obviously, had not been cleaned in probably weeks. To top it off, when I received my food the order was only chicken, not the combo I ordered and pay more for than just chicken. Already so irritated, and honestly disgusted at the environment, I had a few bites and left. It was also very annoying to see people walk in, order, receive their food and leave, as well as online order pile up as we waited 30-35 mins for 2 meals. Tonight we ordered Chicken Teriyaki bowls to go. When I arrived, I asked the guy at the counter to ensure the sides of Thick Teriyaki sauce were included because it is great. Upon arriving home, we dumped the sauce on our bowls only to discover it was some type of sweet and sour sauce (that looks and is packaged exactly the same as Thick Teriyaki). I don't understand why putting the notes on the order and specifically verifying with the counter person that the correct sauce was included would equate to our food being ruined because we were given the wrong thing.
