I ordered online a tuna sandwich and a few other ones. When i was putting the ingredients I wanted on the website, it did not save the information and I paid assuming everything was how I placed it... somehow the site didn't save the orders properly and was given the standard tuna sandwich. I called the store and asked if this happens sometimes and they told me that YES it does happen but not too often. ( I didn't wanna make a big deal since it's just a sandwich thinking it can be fixed) so after they admit that it can happen they still didn't offer to correct the mistake, so at the end of everything I paid for a sandwich I did not receive due to website error. For those of u who do online orders please pay attention to the check out screen so it doesn't change it up on u.... I usually love Firehouse Subs, but this visit was a disappointment. It was my first time at this location, and we chose it because sandwiches are normally made quickly -- perfect since we were in a rush. Unfortunately, this time it was the opposite. After ordering, I noticed everyone seated around me was also waiting. My order ended up taking over 20 minutes, which completely defeated the point of stopping here. What stood out the most was that the two employees making sandwiches were moving very slowly, spending more time laughing and chatting with each other than focusing on the orders in front of them. There's nothing wrong with having fun at work, but when guests are clearly waiting and the store is busy, it comes across as unprofessional and inconsiderate. It even showed in the quality of the food. I had asked for extra onion, and they gave me just a single small slice. Whether that was sarcasm or carelessness, it was disappointing. On a positive note, the cashier was very friendly and clearly trying to keep things moving. When I asked for a water cup, she even offered me a regular drink instead to make up for the long wait -- which I really appreciated. Small gestures like that do make a difference. Overall, this location could benefit from stronger training and accountability for the staff. A little more focus during busy times would go a long way in keeping the experience consistent with what I've come to expect from Firehouse Subs. read more

This Firehouse Subs is located off of the 95/Lake Mead exit. There is decent amount of parking spaces available, but it can get a little bit difficult during the busy times such as the evening. Inside the restaurant, there is plenty of table seating available. We took our order to go though! Firehouse subs has a variety of sandwiches from cold subs, hot specialty subs, and even build your own sub! If you like hot sauces, Firehouse has a variety that you can try out too! Over the holidays, I had their Turkey, Cranberry and stuffing sub, which was phenomenal! This time, we ordered the following [1] Large Hook & Ladder Sub: Smoked Turkey Breast, Honey Ham, Monterey Jack Cheese, Oil & Vinegar, Lettuce, Chopped Pickles, Tomatoes [1] Medium Firehouse Meatball Sub: Italian Meatballs, Provolone, and Marinara sauce with seasonings. The team members are amazing at this location! The team prepped the order fast and everything was assembled correctly! The Hook & Ladder is one of my favorite subs at Firehouse. The sub was loaded with the turkey breast slices and honey ham! It was perfectly toasted, and had plenty of chopped pickles inside it! I ended up eating the entire sub! The Firehouse Meatball sub was good. I had a few bites of it. The meatball was quite flavorful! The melted cheese on-top of the sub was delicious! The bread was fresh! It never fails when I come to this location , but something is always off or not as ordered. Today I ordered a steak and cheese melt and asked for super well done peppers and onions and they were raw. Even paid extra for the garlic bread upgrade to the sandwich and it wasn't even put on. I showed it to the manager/owner/GM and they said it was put on. I even held it up to the photo and still she stuck to her story of, that's how it is. This is the reason this specific location is consistently underperforming - the leadership! Please make the sandwiches as requested with the amount of diligence I pay you to receive said sandwich. This is the same song and dance, an owner that compromises quality for profit with no regard for customer satisfaction. Does the onions and peppers look well done to you ? Two stars for the military discount , but what's the point if you charge for items I don't receive anyway? Came here with friends before heading next door to the yogurt place. We had a good experience overall. It was quiet, the store was clean and the food was delicious. The only thing that took a star away was the staff automatically toasted my sandwich. I don't like toasted sandwiches because the bread gets too hard. I ended up eating the sandwich toasted because they had already made the entire sandwich and I didn't want them to have to throw it away or remake it. It was the day it was snowing in Vegas so typically we go out to our local office bar up the street but we were not going out unless we HAD TO lol We are old school so we had to figure out how to order from the food delivery app lol we figured out Grubhub through Yelp which was nice! I ordered the hook and ladder and she got Italian. Food delivery is great for folks who can afford it, after the sandwich, delivery, tax, tip, and Grubhub fee, these were some EXPENSIVE sandwiches. We laughed because both of our kids order from the apps, now we know that they can afford it and we can't lol The hook and ladder. Wow! What a delightful sandwich!!! I'm not a sandwich person in general (not my preferred thing to eat) but MAN! It was so much flavor! So yummy and the portion size was great! I loved it and would definitely order it again! Very thankful for Firehouse Subs as they were a supporter for the CERT exercise event last Saturday. For those that don't know, CERT (Community Emergency Response Team) is an organization of volunteers who are dispatched when additional help is needed during an emergency event. Saturday's exercise involved a scenario where volunteers participate in Search & Rescue, Medical, and other roles. Among others to thank, were LVMPD, LVFD, Fire & Metro Explorers, and many many others... EVERYONE was fed by Firehouse Subs! I never even heard of this place until this event and you can be sure I'll be a new regular customer. We all were fed box lunches of Roast Beef, Turkey, Ham, or Veggie sandwiches. And specially for this event, they were distributed from an American Red Cross ERV (Emergency Response Vehicle), just like as if it were a real disaster event. Pretty cool! read more

I ate here fairly frequently when they first opened and loved it. The past two times we ordered, we had AWFUL experiences! First, I love their app and the ability to order ahead and have it ready when I get there. What I HATE is that the order is never right when I'm not standing above them watching them make my sub. The first time, we ordered extra meat. We paid $6 extra for extra meat - and 1/3 of the sandwich was WITHOUT MEAT!!!! Not missing extra meat - MISSING MEAT!!!!! My receipt had the ability to answer a survey - which I did. I heard from someone saying they would send me a free sub card. it never arrived. The most recent order was about a week and a half ago. I ordered a bbq brisket sandwich with extra meat and NO MAYO. It came SLATHERED in mayo. I tried to call in to let them know - no answer to their phone. I reached out to the person who said she'd send the sub card via email. NO RESPONSE!!!! The way I see it - I have paid for two large subs with extra meat - about $21 per sub - and NEITHER have been right! And it appears that no one seems to care! Their food quality could be good if they actually gave you what you ordered or paid for. But as of right now - I need to go in and stand over someone to watch them make my sub to ensure I get it right. And more than the fact that my sub was wrong - it really makes me ANGRY to have someone say they'll try to make it right and not respond or ghost you. NOT OK! read more

I feel like I can never go wrong with Firehouse! The employees are always friendly and the food is always good. Even when they're extremely busy, as they were this past Saturday, they manage to provide good customer service. I ordered the Engineer, no mustard or onions, and the jerk sauce used on another sandwich, on the side. The cashier was having a hard time ringing up the sauce, but the manager stepped in and made sure it was in my order. Where to begin! After standing in line with no recognition to the point where we ask "are we next". We place our orders 2 kids combos, 2 other combos. When our sandwiches arrived we noticed that the pickles looked very old and bruised and like someone else had maybe put them in their mouth and then noticed the trash on one of them. This is my first time at this location but not my first time at Firehouse Subs. Every time I walk into a location I am greeted warmly by the staff. This visit I was using my free birthday sub coupon as well as ordering a sandwich for my boss. The staff helped me out in picking out what I wanted to eat and took my order quickly. I went to the hot sauce bar and picked out two for me (level 4) and two for my boss (level 10). When I sat down to wait, I was quickly called to the counter to pick up my to go order. I ordered the smoked brisket, I can't help but not to order something that's been on a smoker for 10+ hours. Delicious! I've been looking forward to this sub sandwich shop for a while. I like any type sub, be it toasted or not, so when we finally stopped by, I was ready to try one of these great sandwiches I had been hearing about. We were greeted by everyone in the place, it seemed they all shouted out a welcome, but it was crowded and didn't like crawling over all the patrons, tables and chairs just to get to the counter to place my order. I guess going at a busy time for such a small place wasn't that bright. Once I looked over the menu, I decided on the Smokehouse beef and cheddar brisket. It's stuffed with beef brisket that's been smoked for 10hours and covered with melted cheddar cheese. There is a sweat savory BBQ flavored sauce smothered on top a toasted bun. The "beef brisket" isn't what I thought it would be, it turned out to be more like a slow cooked roast sliced thinly and covered with cheese and BBQ sauce.
