Pick up order
Donna N.

Placed an online order for an Italian medium sub, my husband favorite! Today they had a special combo running for $11 that we couldn't pass up. Everything was ready when we got there and customer service was great, never an issue.

Firehouse subs is one of my favorite sub shop! After visiting Chuck E. Cheese, I ended up stopping by Firehouse Subs to pick up a few sandwiches for a late lunch! This Firehouse Subs is located off of the 95/Lake Mead exit. There is decent amount of parking spaces available, but it can get a little bit difficult during the busy times such as the evening. Inside the restaurant, there is plenty of table seating available. We took our order to go though! Firehouse subs has a variety of sandwiches from cold subs, hot specialty subs, and even build your own sub! If you like hot sauces, Firehouse has a variety that you can try out too! Over the holidays, I had their Turkey, Cranberry and stuffing sub, which was phenomenal! This time, we ordered the following [1] Large Hook & Ladder Sub: Smoked Turkey Breast, Honey Ham, Monterey Jack Cheese, Oil & Vinegar, Lettuce, Chopped Pickles, Tomatoes [1] Medium Firehouse Meatball Sub: Italian Meatballs, Provolone, and Marinara sauce with seasonings. The team members are amazing at this location! The team prepped the order fast and everything was assembled correctly! The Hook & Ladder is one of my favorite subs at Firehouse. The sub was loaded with the turkey breast slices and honey ham! It was perfectly toasted, and had plenty of chopped pickles inside it! I ended up eating the entire sub! The Firehouse Meatball sub was good. I had a few bites of it. The meatball was quite flavorful! The melted cheese on-top of the sub was delicious! The bread was fresh! I would order the Meatball sub again! This is a great Firehouse Subs location! The team members are amazing and the food is awesome!

Just ordered from Postmates. 12-1-2025 130 pm. So there having a buy one get one free on there website with postmates. I added in the promo code and only received 1 sandwich. So postmates just refunded me. I wasn't necessarily asking for my money back at all. But they still made good on my order by refunding me. I just wanted the people that order from here to beware on there specials Because you don't always get the special.

Came here with friends before heading next door to the yogurt place. We had a good experience overall. It was quiet, the store was clean and the food was delicious. The only thing that took a star away was the staff automatically toasted my sandwich. I don't like toasted sandwiches because the bread gets too hard. I ended up eating the sandwich toasted because they had already made the entire sandwich and I didn't want them to have to throw it away or remake it. Nevertheless, they were young and remained patient and professional when I told them that I preferred a cold sandwich.

I ordered online to pick-up. When I headed over to pick my order up, the time was extended by an hour (on the app)! I went into the establishment to ask about my order and my order was there waiting for me. Its a good thing I went inside to inquire! My advice is to use caution when ordering online. The time changes can cause confusion. Other than that, the sandwich was absolutely delicious! I will visit the establishment for my next order!

I've had some good subs here. I like this location better than the one right by my house. That pizza meatball sub is freaking fantastic!

One of the things that we really appreciate is the dill pickle spear that we get with each of our sandwich orders. Having that pickle on the side really makes the order feel complete. It's like having a burger and fries or chips and a sandwich. At the deli, you expect the pickle with your sandwich. This was not the case the last time that we ordered food from here. We stopped in on Mother's Day. We ordered our sandwiches. Everything seemed fine. Our sandwich containers got pushed along the line and when they were ready, they called our name. Simple right? No. Not exactly. The cashiers were quick to take our money and we were just as quick to bring our sandwich back, upset and disgruntled. We felt gypped. None of us got pickles. We didn't know why. The hubby was upset! He went to the cashier to complain. He told them that he would like to be refunded his tip, simply for the fact that they never mentioned the fact that there were no pickles available today. He was not asking for a refund on his sandwich. He just thought that they could've pasted a bit better discretion and making sure that all of the customers there knew that there were no available for Sandwiches today. I can't even tell you how upset he was. Like I said, I know it seems like a silly thing, but it's like missing the fries to your burger or the chips to your sandwich. The whole entire sandwich felt incomplete!!! So like I said, a refund for the tip was requested. Instead, the cashier ended up refunding the entire cost of one of the sandwiches. We tried to compromise with the deli, asking that maybe we buy a side of potato salad, but instead because of the problem with the pickle being unavailable, maybe they only charge half of the regular price of that sign. We're trying to upsell ourselves. Not Conley. The cashier didn't say anything. She just had a crunching. She didn't make eye contact. She never said sorry. She just went ahead to refund the cost of no one and that wasn't. Now, granted that was still a good amount, but the whole ordeal really so simple to dissolve. We were really disappointed in the lack of enthusiasm in the cashier trust us. We were also even more upset with the fact that the deli wouldn't let people know ahead of their ordering that there were no pickles. The hubby suggested that maybe they put out a sign saying that there were no pickles available today. One of the employees said, "oh no, we can't do that!!" I have a feeling they were worrying about the pickle situation and announcing it because then people would turn away from the restaurant. But, I understand that. For some people, a pickle is serious business. I know it seems crazy but at the same time. I get it. There's plenty of ample seating in and outside of the deli. It's always fun to sit there with people watch. Sometimes the line at the deli is exceedingly long, but don't be discouraged. Unless of course they're out of pickles, the line moves pretty quickly. Hopefully the next time that we pay this deli a visit, the pickle situation will have been resolved.

I was lucky in arriving early for lunch, so the lunch crowd wasn't there yet, and I was able to be seated. I ordered the beef & cabbage soup. A dish I have been eating there for the past 25 years. Unfortunately, it was not as good as the last time I had it, or the many times before. It has always been like a sweet and sour base. This time the soup was very salty, almost inedible. It was served with bagel chips, which were nice and crunchy. I wish I was super hungry to enjoy one of their sandwiches. I saw them coming out of the kitchen looking delicious. Hopefully the next time I visit the soup will be better. I will definitely be ordering a sandwich too. The service was excellent all around.

I am reviewing from the perspective of someone who is always on the hunt for a great locally owned coffee shop, as a remote worker and full-time student. Yes, in response to the owner, I am aware that most modern phones offer a hotspot, but my review point is mostly that the location is not condusive to someone looking for a place to work/hang/read while enjoying a usual coffee house experience with wifi, due to it not being offered and the space not being large enough to have room for that customer, AND their deli foot traffic** The coffee was good, and the people-watching ambiance is awesome. I don't love that they don't offer Wi-Fi, but I assume it is so people won't linger, as seating is limited. Would give them another try if they did, as I appreciate being able to multitask and get work done while grabbing a coffee or lunch. Just isn't their vibe. What sets them apart in the Arts District is the front patio, which is not super common. Not in their control are the increased parking rates, and so it's a tough sell if going as a destination, rather than a meandering shopping trip in the vibrant area.
