Wow. Disappointed. I was looking forward to a salmon and cream cheese tasty bagel this morning after arriving home with my pick up order. Firstly, when I ordered from the Fort Meade location, they were out of cream cheese with chives. I ordered a plain cream cheese, no biggie. It happens. But when I got home and discovered I did not receive the plain cream cheese I had paid for I was less than happy. Salmon and sweet walnut spread is not on my "must try" list :-\ I should have just bought bagels at the grocery store instead of making an extra trip to pay for Panera bagels. All around just rude and unprofessional. I don't see how some people get certain positions that require one to offer professional service knowing they lack in such criteria. I was picking up an order for door dash waiting in line waiting to be helped. I was not helped by a worker. I seen my order that I had to pick up so I picked it up from the pick up stand. Next thing I know I hear someone hollering hey what you going doing you can't pick that up. I respond I'm here for an order. The manager at this location must have been going through some personal issues. He was claim the shop to be his store and was very extra I said all this to say please get it TOGETHER. Stopped in here this morning and I realize it's been a long time since I've visited this location. It will be a lot longer before I come back. However if you are in the area and would like to take a nap this is a great place. The very tired person sleeping at the table behind me was there when I arrived and was still there when I left 20 minutes later. Several employees walked by this person and made no effort to resolve. Panera NO ONE WANTS TO EAT NEXT TO A SLEEPING PERSON. This individual has no food and never moved the entire time. The decor of this place is beyond tired. Walls missing paint and damaged wood trim. Panera Bread is your average run of the mill (acceptable) restaurant located at 7175 W. Lake Meade Blvd., Summerlin. There's nothing extremely negative about this Panera Bread, and there isn't anything that makes it any better than other Panera Bread restaurants. It's reasonably clean, the staff is relatively friendly, with a few exceptions here and there. The food is okay, but as I've said with other Panera Bread reviews, it needs to be more consistent with food quality and taste. The parking is inconvenient, but that's not their fault, so I don't mark them down because of it. This restaurant follows pandemic safety protocols, as well as most. As stated in some other Panera Bread reviews, I wish the corporation (JAB Holding Co., Germany) owners of Panera Bread, Einstein Bagel, Krispy Kreme, Noahs Bagels, etc. would get their app platform together. Doing so would go a long way in generating goodwill by customers. It's not fair that many other customers and I never receive their rewards due to app glitches. Please, JAB Holding Company, get it together with your app. It will make all your customers way more happy and apt to return, knowing they are getting full credit for their purchases. This is one of the slowest most inefficient Paneras I've been to. Order was not correct and the iced tea was cloudy.

I have came to Panera several times after 7pm and they never have the bread bowl. Bake more bowls clearly your running out before closing.

Had not been in to get a couple meals (sandwiches and some other items) in sometime and was pleasantly surprised at just how good they are. Even though I ordered to go, the service was outstanding and my wait not very long at all. Always look for a good sandwich shop and they are up at the top with competition of a couple other places. We will definitely be back and recommend them for sure. read more

Its 8:45p they close at 9, I just walked in and they said they're closed. I said "you guys don't close for another 15min" while all but 1 registers says "welcome to pa..." the guy with glasses looked over at who seemed to be in charge, while the person in charge was too busy closing the store early, It seems the Person in charge or manager told him not to take any orders 15 minutes or who knows how long before closing. I'm under the weather and all i was trying to get was a soup and sandwich. I know your soup is in bags and all you have to do is boil the bags in water. I hope the district leaders or the general manager sees this because the hours for closing doesn't say 8:45 its says 9p. I worked in food service i get it, but I'm wondering how many people they've said no to not at closing but before closing, or even how long they've been cutting off taking orders. First time to a Panera and I was not disappointed. Customer service was great and everyone was very friendly. I went first thing in the morning and they were still brewing the dark roast but the short wait was well worth it . I bought a Baja Mac and cheese, a spinach artichoke cheese bread, an oatmeal cookie and it came w a side . Everything was yummy. My favorite was the Mac and cheese least favorite the bread was a bit salty. The cookie was amazing and soft just the way I like them, I look forward to trying the rest of the cookies. One of the better locations, I've been to others that can't even make the sandwiches properly.

Ordered a cup of soup and half a grilled cheese sandwich via APP. Said it would be ready in 10 minutes, I showed up in 15 and it wasn't ready, so I ran into grocery store next door and grabbed some items, came back in 30 minutes and ordered still wasn't ready. It took 45 minutes for online order that was supposed to be done in 10. While I understand labor shortages, if you can't fill the order, either decline it or put a realistic time that you can fill the order on the app. Not only is 45 minutes a crazy wait time for a 1/2 a grilled cheese and cup of soup, but the cost as well. $16 with tip. Tonight my wife and I go in there, order, go and sit down....and wait. 20 minutes go by and someone comes out and asks us what we ordered. They explain that they made the order to go. I can never wake up in time for their breakfast items! But everything else is delicious. What sets Panera Bread apart from all the other restaurants is the nice and chill atmosphere. The Lake Mead location is no exception. My most recent visit I had their new Steak and White Cheddar Panini w/Tomato soup in a bread bowl and chips. I always go with the Napa Almond Chicken Salad (it's a sandwich!) if there's nothing new on the menu. Ohhhhh Panera! I was so looking forward to a fantastic experience as I was craving your famous Broccoli Cheese soup! The food was aces while the curb-side pick up was so lack-luster. I submitted the order online at 12:30 p.m. for pick-up at 5:10 p.m. Every part of the online order process was great ... from the customizations you can make to the email confirmation you receive after the order is placed. We ordered two bowls of broccoli cheese soup, the steak and white cheddar sandwich, and frontega chicken sandwich (chipotle mayo on the side). The total order came to $34.38. We arrived a bit before 5:10 p.m. and all of the designated parking spaces were taken so we grabbed one close by. When one became available, we moved into it. While we waited for our order, we saw that two of the spaces are taken by their employees who are obviously delivering orders. Seemed interesting that their delivery employees are allowed to take those spots. I clicked the "I'm Here" icon in the confirmation email that they sent to me to let them know we arrived. It kicks you to a URL that tells you that someone will be right out with your order. When 5:10 p.m. came and went with no one coming out with our order, we decided to wait a few extra minutes as we thought that maybe they were running behind. No updates from them (no email, no call) so by 5:20 p.m., we decided to call the location to get an update. Forget calling them as they don't pick up the phone. It just rang and rang... then hangs up on you. When we walked into the restaurant, there was no one in line and just one party waiting for their food by the counter. I walked up and told the team member my name/that I had an order placed. She was very nice and walked over to the end of the counter where the order was just sitting there. I tried getting some sort of guidance on their curbside orders from her so we could avoid this confusion in the future. She acted like she was waiting for us to come into the restaurant to pick it up - even though we specifically had arranged curbside pick up and had multiple confirmations that they would bring it to our car. The three stars (instead of one) is because the food was soooooooo tasty! The sandwiches were a new order for us and we truly loved them! I could eat the chipotle mayo on literally anything! Ok first the size , I ordered a Large for $8.79, figuring I could take some home; well NO, if there was 1 cup of Mac cheese in the bowl that would be an exaggeration.....Second, the quality, I would have been better off making Velveeta Mac and cheese and throw some broccoli in there, at least I know what the quality would be and the portion size enough for 2 or more. Lucy and Amber take great care in each customer's order and always make you feel welcome. It's a great feeling. Rapid pickup is HORRIBLE on time management if you set a time make it ten minutes sooner because they won't have it ready. I've been the last two days and even going inside isn't any better. I literally watched my food sit in the window with two other orders. I understand you have to bring them out in order but it was much easier when you could grab it yourself. Now I have to find a different Panera that has better time. Came back a second time food was set for 7:00 pick up. I called customer service the lady hung up on me. I called back and this next lady told me sometimes they don't hear the bell. Just finished eating at this location. It took 20 minutes in line to order because there was only one cashier. My family's 5 bread bowls were great but our 2 frozen strawberry lemonades took 40 minutes. They never made them and we had to ask for them before we left the restaurant or we wouldn't have even received them. Unfortunately this location is too understaffed.
