Ordered online. Simple enough. Instructions in confirmation email states to click "I'm Here" button upon arrival. Clicked button, and then called to request a cup holder for drinks. Confirmed I was there to young man who answered phone... and was told order would be out soon. By this time you could imagine that I was in a hurry to leave... because we WERE hungry, hence the order of food! 25 minutes after I clicked the 'I'm Here' button... I walked in to check on status of my order... The order was ready to be handed to me 1 minute after I clicked the "I'm Here" button. It was sitting on the top-shelf... to the right side of server pick-up window. The kind young lady let me know that the "I'm Here" doesn't work'. Can't blame her for that. But I did tell her that I'd called in, and some young man DID know I was in parking lot. Got home... the Chicken Tortilla soup was fluid only. No actual corn/onion/chicken was to be found. Only two black beans. It wasn't even warm. The Chile Ranch Chx Salad was 'meh' as it only had 2 slices(?) of chicken. The only sweet thing about the 'sweet tea' was the sugar that had accumulated at the bottom of cup. I won't discuss my Girlfriends 'Green Goddess Cobb' salad. Yep. She was let down too. Look... I'm trynna NOT be a dick here. But this IS all true. It was frustrating to say the least. If Panera Bread reaches out to me on here... and inquired about this... I'll "correct"(?) this rating. Woof! We ordered two Cobb salads with chicken, a steak sandwich and a tuna sandwich. The salads basically were just Cobb because there was no chicken in it. The roast beef/steak sandwich was trash. The tuna tasted good, but there was about a teaspoon of tuna on the sandwich. The best thing in the whole meal was the go-gurt they sent. I decided to go inside to place my order, which was a big mistake. It was extremely hot inside due to the air conditioner not being on. Tables were dirty, kitchen appeared to be dirty and disorganized, staff eating and drinking in the food preparation area. Of course when i placed my order, they did it incorrectly. We were delivering fans to a friend who was flooded by Harvey and intending to eat at another restaurant but it had a bad smell so we wandered around looking for a place and landed at this Panera. I've had bagels at the Panera on El Dorado but I've never eaten a sandwich. This place was jammed for lunch. It's an order at the counter, they bring it to your table place. I went last week, and no one was lined up in the drive-thru. I sat for 15 minutes after paying and watching the teens playing around. Finally get my order.and they made the wrong sandwich. So as I watched the sandwich making teen put on gloves he then proceeded to touch his long hair playing with it. At the point I asked for a full refund and told the person I didn't want anything after watching him playong with his hair! So gross! I come here 3-4 times a week for breakfast and lunch. The staff at this location are always kind and attentive to customers. I'm greeted with a warm "hello" and treated as a valued customer. There has rarely, if ever, been a mistake with my order. By far the best Panera I've visited and thankful it is right next to my house. my wife picked up an order for chicken noodle soup and Thai chicken soup this pm. When she got it home we found that the bowls contained plenty of broth and almost no chicken or vegetables. When she took it back the manager told her it was the way it was supposed be without looking at either order. This is the first time that the food has been bad. This is one of my favorite Panara locations. The food is always fresh, service nice and the place clean. The Internet always seems to work and this location has a drive threw or if you dine inside, they bring your food to you. They are great for vegetarians and regular customers both! read more

I am very frustrated with my Panera experience today. I went through the drive-through and ordered a frontera chicken Panini and a salad. I was asked to move up to wait for my food. After about 10 minutes and three other cars getting their food and passing me, the food finally came out. I get home and open my sandwich only to find that it was not only made on a different bread but was also overcooked and hard to bite into. I called and was told that they ran out of the bread so they use the closest one they had. I told them I had two problems. One, they should've told me about the bread and asked if the substitution was okay. Two, what do we do now because it is not edible. Love their salads! Recently went to this particular Panera bread and got the Fuji apple chicken salad. It was delicious. I always get the bread as my side and it is always yummy. The only downside is the prices. This is the only thing that keeps me from eating here more often. You get only a little food for big price. Their model is pretty standard across the litter locations. Lots of pastries and a big selection of food on their menu. The only teeny tiny complaint is daaaaaamn, the prices are a bit pricey. $12 for Mac and cheese and a drink. Sandwiches looked like a two year old made them, slapped together and cheaply made. I requested and paid for extra bacon on a modified turkey BLT and got 2 slices of bacon on the tiniest sourdough sandwich ever made! My sandwich was supposed to be on toasted focaccia and instead they made a panini out of it! What??? Whatever! Since there is no option for soup in a bread bowl, I requested the basil tomato soup to be in a bowl. Didn't get that, either. What use are the special instructions if they are ignored? Love this place, but it's not a cheap lunch. But the food is good and fresh and the staff is well trained and very pleasant. It's fast food, but fast food that's been taken up a level. They have a lot of yummy choices, and I love that they list the calorie content on the board. Some days I couldn't care less, but other days that's super important to me. You order at the counter, and they give you a number and bring your food to you. The "You Pick Two" deal is awesome. You get to choose from soup, salad, pasta, sandwiches or flat bread sandwiches. The price depends on what you get; I got black bean soup and a turkey avocado BLT. Both were delicious and so fresh tasting. My friend chose the same sandwich but got the turkey chili; she got a soda, I got water, and our total was almost $22.00. Youch. Not a cheap lunch by any means. But you definitely get what you pay for, so if budget isn't really an issue, then this is a great choice! If budget is an issue, it's still a great choice, just maybe not as often. I definitely enjoy eating here, just wish it was as easy on my pocketbook as other places. I hate that it's more expensive to eat well than it is to eat like crap. read more

I love Panera Bread...but this location really needs to step it up a notch. I've visited 2x in the past 2 days and both times the drive thru has been closed. In the freezing temperatures this really sucks. Also, when I went in to eat last night the guys where frantically cleaning the place and even threw down a bucket of mop water while I was trying to make my drink. Gross. I felt like I had walked in a little to close to closing time and I was interrupting them cleaning the place so they could get out of there.
