Sandwiches looked like a two year old made them, slapped together and cheaply made. I requested and paid for extra bacon on a modified turkey BLT and got 2 slices of bacon on the tiniest sourdough sandwich ever made! My sandwich was supposed to be on toasted focaccia and instead they made a panini out of it! What??? Whatever! Since there is no option for soup in a bread bowl, I requested the basil tomato soup to be in a bowl. Didn't get that, either. What use are the special instructions if they are ignored? I'm so glad they opened this Panera close to my house! I really only get the Chicken Cobb Salad here and it is yummy! I also upgrade to the fruit cup rather than the apple, chips or bread. Service is always fast and super friendly! read more

I love Panera Bread...but this location really needs to step it up a notch. I've visited 2x in the past 2 days and both times the drive thru has been closed. In the freezing temperatures this really sucks. Also, when I went in to eat last night the guys where frantically cleaning the place and even threw down a bucket of mop water while I was trying to make my drink. Gross. I felt like I had walked in a little to close to closing time and I was interrupting them cleaning the place so they could get out of there. Wasn't the warm cozy feeling I usually expect when I dine in. Food was still good though. read more

You decide. Eat in order placed at 11:37pm flag placed on table. 12:00pm still no food, I stop the waitress who checks and says they don't have an order for me and will need to see my receipt. Upon her return she explains that their were multiple orders like mine and mine went to someone else but they are working on mine now. I did request a refund because she had earlier informed me that the flatbread sandwiches take longer to prepare. They did refund my money but we're apologetic enough to offer the food since it was ready by the time my refund was processed. The three stars are only for the slow service however the food was excellent. This was my first visit to this location and the waitress did say things normally run smoother. This place was nice, quick and clean. My girlfriend and I each ordered a sand which and split a Greek salad. I got the chipotle chicken panini and it was fabulous. The melted cheese melded the sandwich together perfectly. I opted for bread as my side and asked for a side of BBQ ranch to dip it in. She got the southwestern chicken flatbread. Having frequented this place for take out more times than I can count, its only fair to update the review. Yes, they're corporate, but this is largely healthy eating for a relatively inexpensive price. The staff has always seemed courteous, and they'll recognize you after you've been there several times. Let's be honest though, most of the time I'm going here for the lady of the house. She loves their turkey avocado and soup combo, and fresh baked bread. Alas, they have delivery, but not for the area we live in. I think I'll join Uber and claim my gas bill (delivery) as a deduction. Worst drive thru service ever. I have been to this particular location 4 times in the past month on my way from work to class and needed to grab a quick dinner. Every single time something has been wrong with my order which I don't find out until I get on the road and twice they have failed to put napkins and plasticware in the bag which makes it impossible to eat in the car. I think Panera bread is way overpriced but sometimes I'm willing to pay it just because I want the mac n cheese, but not any more with this horrible drive thru service. I can go to chic fil-a and get 2 full meals with a drink for the price i pay for one tiny little meal without a drink at Panera...and they get my order right and put napkins in the bag. read more

This location has been consistent with their good service, cleanliness, and good breakfast sandwiches and pastries. It's usually quiet in the morning, perfect for enjoying your coffee and gathering your thoughts to get ready for the day. Good place for conversation. Love their selection of flavored teas, too. They keep getting worse, first they ask you to move up and park to wait on your order,"we'll bring it out to you." All this does is make their serve time look better on paper. It infuriates me! Really enjoy coming to study here. Offers free wifi and has many different lattes and coffees to choose from. Much quieter then Starbucks and if I'm there for several hours, I'll eat lunch there as well. I love that that they list all their calorie content on the menu, so it encourages you to make smart choices. I really enjoy their vegetable soup, which has a nice kick, as well as their greek salad. I love their strawberry rhubarb cake, however it is seasonal and only have it in the summer. Seem to have added some new menu choices that I definitely want to try out at some point--including the butternut squash pastas (love butternut squash!). Wife ordered a plain bagel with cream cheese. Bagel was so tough she could not chew it. I ordered a sausage, egg and cheese sandwich and an espresso. It took 20 minutes to get the sandwich and the espresso was not ready. The sandwich was cold. Finally the espresso was delivered. It looked like roughly a one ounce shot of burnt coffee in a 12 ounce cup. It at least was hot. We were two of the four customers in the store. Find another place for breakfast. read more
