Makes me feel like the employees feel appreciated and in turn they pass that feeling to customers. You decide. Eat in order placed at 11:37pm flag placed on table. 12:00pm still no food, I stop the waitress who checks and says they don't have an order for me and will need to see my receipt. Upon her return she explains that their were multiple orders like mine and mine went to someone else but they are working on mine now. I did request a refund because she had earlier informed me that the flatbread sandwiches take longer to prepare. They did refund my money but we're apologetic enough to offer the food since it was ready by the time my refund was processed. The three stars are only for the slow service however the food was excellent. This was my first visit to this location and the waitress did say things normally run smoother. This place was nice, quick and clean. My girlfriend and I each ordered a sand which and split a Greek salad. I got the chipotle chicken panini and it was fabulous. The melted cheese melded the sandwich together perfectly. I opted for bread as my side and asked for a side of BBQ ranch to dip it in. She got the southwestern chicken flatbread. Yes, they're corporate, but this is largely healthy eating for a relatively inexpensive price. The staff has always seemed courteous, and they'll recognize you after you've been there several times. Let's be honest though, most of the time I'm going here for the lady of the house. She loves their turkey avocado and soup combo, and fresh baked bread. Worst drive thru service ever. I have been to this particular location 4 times in the past month on my way from work to class and needed to grab a quick dinner. Every single time something has been wrong with my order which I don't find out until I get on the road and twice they have failed to put napkins and plasticware in the bag which makes it impossible to eat in the car. I think Panera bread is way overpriced but sometimes I'm willing to pay it just because I want the mac n cheese, but not any more with this horrible drive thru service. I can go to chic fil-a and get 2 full meals with a drink for the price i pay for one tiny little meal without a drink at Panera...and they get my order right and put napkins in the bag. read more

Really enjoy coming to study here. Offers free wifi and has many different lattes and coffees to choose from. Much quieter then Starbucks and if I'm there for several hours, I'll eat lunch there as well. I love that that they list all their calorie content on the menu, so it encourages you to make smart choices. I really enjoy their vegetable soup, which has a nice kick, as well as their greek salad. I love their strawberry rhubarb cake, however it is seasonal and only have it in the summer. Seem to have added some new menu choices that I definitely want to try out at some point--including the butternut squash pastas (love butternut squash!). I work near this location so I am always ordering lunch from Panera to be delivered. They are always so fast to deliver my food and everyone is so courteous and friendly! I love ordering online because I can make a lot of modifications to my order. Despite all of the changes I make to the menu items, they get it exactly right 99.9% of the time! I have had maybe 2 out of 50 orders that have had an ingredient missing that I requested in addition to the standard ingredients. When something is wrong with the order, someone will always drive back to give me the corrected order and even offer a complimentary pastry for my trouble. Adrian is by far one of the best employees I have encountered not only at Panera but at most food establishments. He is always cheerful and seems to have great leadership qualities.
