    Suppose to be frontega chicken

Ordered, paid, sat at the window for 17 minutes. Called the store and they answered the phone immediately asking if they can put me on hold so I told them i have been on hold in the drive thru... Get home with my frontega chicken sandwich and it's missing the tomato..

Picked up a mobile order, and it was fast and easy! The drive thru workers were really nice, and there was not a long line at all. Ordered the chocolate croissant, which was warm, flaky, and super delicious. I also noticed there was a lot of parking in front of the store! Didn't get a chance to go inside, but it looked pretty spacious from the outside. This location is located in a shopping center close to a lot of others shops

I've placed two mobile orders from this location in one month. On both instances they have left something off of my order. It's very frustrating especially when you feel the need to double check your order even after the mobile app tells you that your order is being quality checked. Remove that from the app unless you're actually going to perform this service. I have a family of four and we were all sick. Everyone wanted chicken noodle soup and this location dropped the ball again. I understand people make mistakes but between the false advertisement and the lack of accuracy, we will go to Jason's Deli across the street!

This is the era of pan-fried snacks. In other words, it's the Pan Era. I used to love hanging out at Panera, and some of their drinks - while overpriced - can be good depending who is making them. It's not a bad little place in comfortable surroundings, offering decent service and free water and Wi-Fi, but at the same time like Kimberly said, the prices are way too high and the products aren't great at all. Some of the drinks are okay which is the only reason it gets an extra star.

Service is slow. Not enough people working during a shift and the dining area smells of urine.

Fat Andy's -- First Visit Review…read more Fat Andy's has taken to social media to promote their product, and the posts feature Andrew, who must be our very own Fat Andy. We decided to take an early lunch and head over to Santa Fe to give the place a go. The establishment presents as clean and friendly, with a bit of an unfinished, "there is more to come" vibe. It feels like a good startup should. Andy was manning the counter and seemed to genuinely enjoy engaging with customers as they ordered. He pointed out the specials a few times as we grazed the menu selections. The hot pastrami had its very own sign, so I took that as a sign. I like a good pastrami. We picked out a table and waited for our food. After a short while, we heard our name called and I retrieved the wrapped sandwiches. The missus had the half turkey, and I went with the full-size hot pastrami. Now, before I go too far, my first instinct was to order the monster signature sandwich called "The Fat Andy." I did have that pang of guilt at first, thinking I really didn't want to be Fat Jeff anymore, so I thought better of it. The sandwiches were good. The ingredients were fresh, the lettuce was crisp, and the peppers on my pastrami were absolutely a winner. No disappointment there at all. The portions were healthy, and the side of pasta I chose was spot on with its mix of ingredients and the tang of the dressing. The sandwich bread, or hoagie rolls, were solid and appeared to be fresh. All of that being said, we found Fat Andy's to be a good value. For some critique -- and I go back to not ordering the signature sandwich, which looked from the menu description to have some special touches -- the sandwiches we ordered on this first visit were made with the same type of ingredients one can buy at most deli counters featuring Boar's Head products. The bread was good, but not fancy, and did not seem to contain anything especially unique that made it feel like a signature sandwich experience. Now don't get me wrong. Even with great ingredients, there is skill in putting together a good sandwich, so I am not discounting them on where they source their products. But a true deli sandwich experience requires something that makes the place stand out just a little. Aside from the great personality Andy brings to his customers, the sandwiches on this trip did not make me feel like they stood above most other good deli sandwiches. That said, I live a very short drive from Andy's, and I hope to watch it grow. I also hope to experience more of the fun Andy seems to be having by sharing his food and his creations with the community. I encourage everyone to give Andy a shout and tell him Jeff sent you. And next time, I'm going in for the Fat Jeff... Uhh, I meant to say "The Fat Andy."

I liked the stand alone building since many of the Jason's Deli locations are inside strip malls. There was plenty of seating in the restaurant and my kids picked the high top diner-style table along the front window. The girl at the register was friendly. For food, we got our usual: kid's cheese pizzas and a salad bar. Kids scarfed down their pizzas and helped themselves to the free soft serve ice cream (I think the real reason they pick this place.) The salad bar was excellent! Everything was filled and fresh. I have always loved their Italian dressing but I'm avoiding seed oil so I brought in my own homemade avocado oil Italian dressing. (Wonder if they'd be willing to provide a healthier dressing??) Needless to say, I literally ate every bite of salad. So good! We'll definitely return!!

This location has been open less than a week (as of today, 11.21.25) so the employees are still running slightly slow and making mistakes. But, more than likely, it will get better. I can't speak on the ambiance of the dining room, because this was a to-go order. Despite that the website -- based on my location -- showed bone-in chicken as an option, the lady at the drive-thru was polite in delivering the bad news. That said... This joint was out of mashed potatoes at around 6:30 on a weeknight. These are instant potatoes. Why? The mac & cheese was OK; the slaw was better than most, because the cabbage wasn't finely sliced; and the dirty rice was somewhat flavorful but gummy. If the biscuits here are "famous," it's only because they are spongy. I made better biscuits when I was a 12-year-old on a Boy Scout campout. -- The chicken strips are fine. Nothing memorable, but served fresh on my visit. The management at this location isn't the greatest. Perhaps they were having a bad day. More importantly, the person in the corporate marketing department who decided that bone-in chicken shouldn't be an option in this neck of the woods might want to collaborate with colleagues at other chicken chains that have realized great national success AND include strips on the menu. But, if you look at the history of Bojangles, you'll see that this company has passed through more hands than a deck of cards at a poker table. Good luck enjoying the offerings here.

I've been wanting to try Main St. Bistro, so when my sister suggested it for Easter, I was down. We had a party of 7 (5 adults, 2 kids). We got there around 1:00 on Easter Sunday & didn't have to wait long even though it was busy. A man took our drink order. My brother-in-law asked to go ahead & order two appetizers. Our waitress, Natalie, came shortly after, introduced herself & confirmed the appetizers. We were brought 4 small cubes of banana bread, which felt weird since there were 7 of us. My toddler & my niece both had a whole one. The other two were split between 4 adults. My brother-in-law didn't have any. The appetizers came out fairly quickly & were gone just as fast. We finally ordered right at 2:00 after a little wait & indecisiveness. Then my son was done sitting in a highchair. My husband and brother-in-law took the kids outside. They played for a bit & walked two laps around the whole strip center. They came back, still no food. My son had a complete meltdown since he was both hungry & now tired, my brother-in-law asked if there was any way they could just rush my son's food. They did and he started eating, everyone was so hungry that they had some bites of his food as well. My mom went to ask the manager if our food was close to being ready. The answer was no, there was a whole list of orders ahead of ours. The manager was kind enough to bring us some spinach dip & apologized for the wait, explaining she was dreading today because the kitchen wasn't equipped for the Easter crowd. She assured us that they were working as fast as possible & we appreciated her honesty & effort. My mom went to her car & asked us to let her know when her food came. Our food finally started arriving at 3:17, and not all at once. My sister's meal came last. By this time my son was done & was getting restless while we had JUST started eating. The food itself was disappointing. My sister and I both ordered Benedicts. Mine (Boudin Benny) wasn't hot and was mushy instead of seared. Both of our poached eggs were undercooked. My sister's also had a large amount of cream cheese that wasn't listed and didn't taste good. Other issues: my mom's fries were cold, my brother-in-law said his chicken fried steak was no good. He ate it because he was hungry, and while my husband liked his sandwich & was happy with it, his fries were cold. My niece enjoyed her burger. My son's shrimp, fries, & macaroni were all hot and good... likely because they were rushed for him. It was 3:45 by the time we left. They close at 3. We received a 40% discount, but there was also a 20% automatic gratuity added, which some in our party didn't expect. Here's where they earn stars back... Natalie was great! She took great care of us & kept apologizing for the delay. We could tell that she felt bad, but it was not her fault. The manager also came by checking on us multiple times & got us settled as best she could. She brought us spinach dip while we waited & she made sure that my toddler got food very quickly after being asked about it. She did thank us multiple times for our kindness & patience. As did Natalie. I too, was appreciative of the kindness they showed us. Most of us have all worked in food service before & we understand that the wait staff can only do so much. We also understand being slammed in the kitchen & how fast paced they have to work in order to handle rushes. I appreciate the 40% discount... 20% after the tip. This review was based on one trip & I will update my review if/when I return. But this visit was definitely not a great experience & if it weren't for the kindness, I'd be leaving one star.
