This is by far the worst Panera! My first trip they didn't have any smoked chicken to make my sandwich. I decided to give them another chance today. After waiting about 20 minutes for my order I was told that they are waiting for the shrimp to thaw out !!!! Excuse me ! I missed my entire lunch break !! I was asked did I want replace the protein. Work dinner at Panera last night and everyone was very satisfied. Food was delicious, no one complained, came with a lot of extra bread and really good cookies. Also, the Panera potato chips were amazing! Super salty and super good! I went with the half sandwich and half salad option. I love the Fuji apple salad. Super refreshing, but sweet and tastes amazing. I love the added apple chips to the salad! Napa almond was extremely heavy on the dressing that one bread was soaked so I had to remove the bread and replace it with the free bread given. I'm a fan of Panera's hearty salads and my kids love the soups and mac and cheese here so we wind up visiting every few weeks or so, typically after local kids activities when nobody can agree on what to eat. Panera is always a happy medium it seems. The dining area is reasonably clean and there's plenty of seating options, though the booths are particularly hard to snag, especially around lunch and dinner rush. The noise level is pretty good, neither too loud or too quiet, so it's easy to converse with your party. That's a nice plus. The staff here is great. Even when it's busy, the prep team does a nice job with getting the meals out. I also like that the roving maintenance staff is very courteous and come by to take your trays for you if you want. I do have some minor criticisms, first and foremost the bathrooms. They are barely acceptable and usually in less than ideal condition. At times we walk in and see whats going on and opt not to use it because it's just too disgusting. Not the end of the world, but pretty gross. Aside from bathroom hygiene, their inventory system can be off at times. More than a few times I've ordered something, only to have it omitted from the order without the staff mentioning it. After realizing the error at the table, I then have to go back, chit chat about it with the staff and finally wait on a different line for a refund, which is a waste of time and annoying. Having the inventory correct on the order screen would be a much better way to do it! Flaws aside, this Panera branch is a nice place to have lunch and it provides a comfortable environment to eat in, especially for families. Four stars from me. read more

This location is always good. The employees are very friendly and hospitable and efficient. Everything is clean and the food always taste impeccable. I go to many different Panera depending on which one is closest to me at that time, but I always enjoy going to this one because their food taste exceptionally good whereas the other ones have been extremely bad to the point that I was so grossed out, but this one leaves me with a feeling of the next day I wanna order more again because it's so good and so fresh and cooked just right and the workers are very hard-working. Came in with some family from out of town for a good lunch. We placed our orders at the register with a fairly pleasant employee. There were five of us, so he did make the effort to clarify and make sure our orders were taken correctly. We all ordered some form of "You Pick 2." I ordered a half Spicy Thai Chicken Salad with a half Steak and Arugula Sandwich with a side of baguette. The 5 meals were ready in about 10 minutes, which I think is a reasonable amount of time. Despite the cafe being busy, all of our orders were accurate. Overall, we had a decent experience at this particular Panera. I do frequent this cafe, and this was of the better experiences I have had. The staff were decently friendly, and the meals were decent quality. I see myself revising in the future. read more

We waited 40 minutes and when nothing came We called and spoke with Alan the manager who was not helpful at all and very arrogant. He said breakfast was done at 11:00am and he was not going to make breakfast because it was after 11:00am even though I had my order in at 10:53. We order weekly and haven't had issues but after today and dealing with Alan we understand why this place gets a lot of 1 star reviews. It's a shame that they cancelled the order and wouldn't make it right. Good restaurants do whatever they can to take care of customers, but clearly Panera isn't that type of place. Ordered online curbside pick up a few times from this location. Ordering online is easy and convenient, only complaint is that more than once they forgot something on the order. Due to Covid, there's not many places offering curbside, so I will be returning when I need a quick lunch. They have dedicated parking spaces for pickup right out front. read more

coming here and seeing their rating is not surprising at all. 75% of the employees are rude, lazy, & I'm sorry to stay just plain dumb. after meeting the manager a lot of it makes more sense. he physically pushed his chest up to me (a woman) & told me he was calling the cops because I was trying to get specific names of people who I was having the issue with. So I just decided to call corporate. so in 3-5 days depending on their response I will decide if I am filing a police report myself for simple assault. I have the whole interaction once it started going badly recorded on my phone.
