For the new year I've been on a campaign (or my wife has been on a campaign for me) to eat healthy. This Panera has really been helping me do so! I can get a reasonable priced lunch that has not very many calories and still feel like I ate something. I like using the pick up shelf. I can order online and when I get there the food is ready and waiting with my name on it. They get it right most of the time and if they have a problem they always fix it for you. I would never have thought I would write review about salad, but this place has helped me lose 3 pounds. read more

Panera Bread is delicious. I've never had something that wasn't super good at Panera. Healthier option than Wendy's which is across the parking lot. Big fan, and this branch is very clean and I am pretty sure has free WiFi. read more

They always under-cook my food at this Panera Bread. Seriously-- they have a machine that is on a timer to make paninis and somehow the bread comes out completely untoasted and the cheese unmelted. It is kind of gross. I service staff at the counters are always very nice. It gets way too crowded here most nights though...and its always a fight to get a table and parking spot. read more

This is probably the worst Panera I have ever been to, they always manage to get my order wrong. I ordered the fuji apple salad with grilled chicken, and they forgot the chicken!!! Of course I got my order to go so by the time I realized the mistake it was to late. Messing up orders and rude cashiers seems to be a trend here during the dinner hour as this happened to me 3 times in a two week period. Another time I asked for no blue cheese only to find extra blue cheese and blue cheese dressing on the salad. I had asked for balsamic. During the breakfast hour, the staff is much more competent as they actually listen to the order. Still hoping for a turn around as this location is convenient for me. read more

I guess this place is ok. It is vastly over rated & priced as well. Their sandwiches ( in my opinion ) are a joke for what you get versus what you pay for. Tried their soup and quite honestly campbell's out of a can tastes better. Their's tasted one step above dishwater. I normally love Panera but went in in the morning and received old mushy bread, entire sandwich was ice cold, no avocado til the last few bites where there was no meat. Tried to order on the kiosk that didn't work. Couldn't use Apple Pay. Went to the register where staff and associate Jessica acted like they didn't wanna be bothered. Everything I asked for she yelled to the back and asked and they said they didn't have (all items I was seemingly able to order on the kiosk) I asked what they do have and I get a boring one word "sandwiches". Baguette was clearly old, cold and rock hard from at least the day before. Table city, tea bitter. Will not waste my time or money here again. I normally don't complain and just make the best of it but this experience was just all around bad read more

Ordered a delivery tonight for dinner, when the food arrived I only received half of my whole sandwich I had ordered. I called to inform them of the mishap and they said well you can come and pick up your other half if you we're not delivering anymore right now. I told them no its not my responsibility and at the moment I cannot hence why I ordered the delivery in the first place. Person on phone said let me get my manager so he can give a refund but I doubt he will. Then puts me on hold. 1 minute later they hang up on me. I call back this time someone else answered who was much nicer and went to get the manager. Managers says well did you check the bag my people say it's in there. I said yes and I only received half the sandwich. Puts me on hold again then the girl who answered phone asked for credit card info to process the refund not the manager which is unprofessional of the manager to not continue to speak with the customer to remedy the situation. got dinner for 4 tonight through rapid pick up. My first problem was with some gift cards I was given that someone else was not using. They had no PIN on them and I was not able to use them on-line. I called the store, who told me to call the 800 number on the card to resolve the issue. I called the 800 number and they told me to call the store to resolve the issue. (apparently, they had problems with their gift cards without PINs in the past and newer gift cads all have PINs). I gave up at that point and put it on a credit card. The meal itself was a disappointment in so many ways. The salads were poorly made and sparse. My daughter's sandwich (a turkey BLT) was completely falling apart. Overall the quality was poor. The Green Goddess dressing for one salad had something unidentifiable in it...we just threw that away. Unfortunately, this is not the first time we've had quality problems at this particular Panera. I've complained to management with no resolution. They are the only Panera near here, so we are stuck for the time being, but I'm hoping we get a Zoe's or something similar in the near future so that Panera is not our only choice. read more

Had the worst service of my life here just now. It's a snowstorm. I purchased $40 worth of food. I got home and the sandwiches were burnt. (I did tell my friend it smelled like something was on fire in the store, which I said a few moments before we picked up our food.) Being that it was $40 worth of food, I decided to go back to the restaurant. I walked back because my car had already been parked due to the snowstorm and I live somewhat walking distance from here and didn't want to pull my car out in the snow again. When I came back and confronted them about it, two employees were extremely rude. My friend had asked for at least the full sandwich (we bought half) because we had to come all the way back. The manager was extremely nice and said yes, but I did hear a female employee in the background say "What the FUCK? Why do they need a full sandwich?" As I walk back to look at this female employee making the sandwich, another female employee said that she didn't know why they were remaking it. I said "because it's burnt." And then a male employee who was working his shift with his headphones on (why is that allowed?) decided to speak up and say "well there are other restaurants then." I think his name was Josh. The manager calmed down the ensuing argument between us, but his entire staff was extremely unprofessional and had no respect for him or customers, considering the way they talk to him, customers, and the fact that the one gentleman was preparing food with headphones in. I can't believe I've lived near this place for years and have finally had a true problem with them such that I will probably not be coming back. I was very impressed by the level of service my parents and I received during the Friday lunch rush at this Panera today. Immediately we were warmly greeted at the door. There were a surprising amount of staff on hand and they were very attentive. We did not wait on line long, though it was quite busy; we received our food in a reasonable amount of time, though when we went to pick it up the manager told us my dad's sandwich had been burned and they had to remake it, but he'd bring it right to our table, which he did not a minute and a half later. Multiple staff cleared our table as we finished our meals and asked if we needed boxes. There was even a woman offering samples of frozen lemonade at the door. All in all I was exceptionally pleased with my experience and I would not hesitate to return. read more

The employees of this Panera lacks the proper training. I laugh every time the "would you like to add a tip?" question comes up at the register. Sure if for once you people could get an order right, or I didn't have to wait in line because the cashiers are in the back talking. It is not rocket science when someone orders a bagel and cream cheese, they shouldn't have to check every time before leaving that they received the correct bagel and correct flavor of cream cheese. We ordered online thru their app. They now deliver. First Panera's food quality has gone down down the drain. As for the delivery..... well they charge $3 to deliver and expect you tip. Ate at Panera Bread. Had the 1/2 turkey,Apple,cheese sandwich w/ small bowl of N.E. clam chowder. Delicious!! Not sure if the menu stated what kind of bread the sandwich comes on. I may have missed it. It was tasty- looked like a seeded rye or wheat with cranberries and nuts in it. My reason for not giving 5 stars is that if the bread was not described and I had a food allergy, it could have been a real bad experience. My husband and I met for lunch today. I ordered the Asian Chicken Salad, and he ordered the Bravo Turkey. When our food arrived, my salad came in two smaller bowls placed on one tray. I asked the guy behind the counter why it was in two bowls, and he told me that they had no large bowls that were clean? We sat down to eat, but ended up having to return to the counter twice.....once for a fork which was never supplied, and again to ask why the salad had hardly any dressing on it. I was told they were low on dressing as well? For a place that seems so busy at lunctime, the service was pretty subpar. We did really enjoy the turkey sandwich though, as well as the complimentary chocolate-chip cookie we were offered. Overall, food is good, but staff need more training in customer service. read more

We are at this Panera atleast 3 times a week. We went this past Sunday morning 8/26 at about 10:40am. We ordered off the breakfast menu my husband got the avocado egg white sandwich and I ordered the steak egg and cheese bagel well after waiting about 12 minutes for our food when I took the top of the bagel off to put ketchup on it there was an enormous hair on it so I took it back up to the window and told the sandwich girl and she replied that she was unable to make me a new sandwich because they took back the egg machine but offered me a panini instead. Although that was very nice of her and she was a very nice person that's not what I wanted but I was starving so I just accepted it. The manager was right there, never once did he say a word about it. I mean it was about 11:07. There's no way they shouldn't have been able to make me a new sandwich. The service from the counter people and the girl making the sandwich was very nice but the manager Mike couldn't care less. I go to Panera Bread semi-regularly and enjoy it. They have some great salads and I love chicken noodle bread bowls. Unfortunately, they trimmed on the number of smoothies they carry. The place is oftentimes fairly full, but never to a point where we haven't been able to find seating. Customer service is always friendly. read more

Loved the salad except and I feel like this is always the case when I get salads there which is why I had to post something that the tomatoes are old. It drives me nuts. The customer service was decent to say the least so I figured since they weren't too busy that everything else would be great...but I was wrong. The cashier gave me the wrong bakery items, the chicken in my salad was in one clump to the side of my salad and the tuna sandwich I ordered was not very well put together (tuna tomato and lettuce sliding out from under the bread). However my chai tea came out very fast but other than that it wasn't a very pleasant experience. For the amount of staff present I would have expected a much better turn out. read more

Panera makes very nice baked goods which are in short supply in Lower Bucks. However, he menu is pretentiously healthy. Pasta and half a sandwich might be 1100 calories. That's half my food for the day! And if I want a pastry, which is what really attracts me, forgetaboutit, I am done eating today.My real beef, though is that they stop breakfast. I never get there on time and usually leave in frustration without food. So no breakfast, expensive fake healthy, and a system where you order and have to wait in a crowded small area.
