They make multiple types of pizzas as well as garlic knots and sandwiches as well as soups and salads and several pasta entire dishes. They come with a salad or a side of soup and are very filling . I like the ham and cheese grinder as a hot crunchy hoagie sandwich lots of melted cheese and tomatoes and lettuce with onions and lots of mayonnaise and seasoned oil & vinegar , oregano seasoning all go on this sandwich either before toasted hot in an oven or after when it's being finished with the lettuce & tomato and mayonnaise ! 10000/10 I haven't had a single thing from here that I didn't like. I love that this pizza shop still sells pizza by the slice and they have a wide variety of options to choose from. My favorites are the grand pop pie & the classic tomato pie! I could eat the sauce with a spoon that's how delicious it is! I also love their chicken cutlets, they stay nice and crispy even when you do take out. I will say their salads are pricy, I've ordered a Caesar salad w crispy chicken & added roasted red peppers to it and was a little taken back how expensive it was but it was very delicious. I know now not to order certain things if I wanna stay in budget for lunch or dinner. I work up the street from there and always tell my clients to go check it out! 10000% recommend! read more

Most times we drive by, Brothers' parking lot is packed, which should be an indication of a good restaurant. We finally got the chance to go this week. I wish we hadn't. We went early in the week, Monday or Tuesday, and the parking lot was mostly empty. We were excited to find parking and knew we wouldn't be lost in the shuffle of a busy dinner service. We went inside and followed the signage to seat ourselves in the dining room. A server promptly arrived with menus and took our drink orders. We both got water because fountain drinks are a dietary problem for both of us. When she came back with the water, she asked if we were ready to order. We said we needed a few minutes because we needed time look over the menu. She backed up about 8 feet and stood there, staring at our table, waiting until we were ready. Maybe going on a slow night wasn't the best idea after all, as this was very uncomfortable having the server staring at us while we talked amongst ourselves and deciding. When we were ready, we nodded to her and she came over. Hubby ordered for us: garlic knots and a pepperoni pizza. She said, 'What else?' I said that's everything... we are sharing, and can we have the garlic knots out first please? She looked annoyed we did not order more food, then nodded and walked away. After about 10 minutes, another table came in, a couple who sat nearby. They had a different server. They ordered & got soft drinks, ordered dinner, and were served their food before our garlic knots came out. It was easily 20-25 minutes after we ordered. I figured the knots must be getting made fresh because of the lengthy wait time. I was wrong. The long-awaited garlic knots were hard and almost burned on the outside, although the centers were a little softer. They were obviously made earlier and reheated - probably far too long. And they are very small and tight, maybe slightly larger than a golf ball. Our server brought the knots with side plates, forks and knives, and then she walked to counter area of the restaurant. She immediately returned with the pizza. So, in fact, she did bring the garlic knots out first. But a minute earlier? After 20-25 minutes??? No bueno. The pepperoni was evenly applied to the pie, which had a smallish area of crust, so the pizza maker did not skimp on the sauce or topping. But when I tell you the dough was overworked... It was thin & wet and quite difficult to cut with a fork and knife. To eat, it was gummy and challenging to chew. In terms of taste, it certainly wasn't the worst pizza we ever had, but it was just not a good pie because of the way the dough was prepared. Meanwhile, our server stayed on her perch, watching our entire meal from 8 feet away. I don't know if she's new or if she's family, but you need to do some side work if you don't have any other tables. Staring at diners thru the whole meal is just weird and creepy. When we'd had enough of the tough pizza, she came over with a box which we politely declined by saying we had errands to run and didn't want to leave it in the car. She shrugged and took the empty box back to her perch where she drafted the check. She came quickly over with the check which charged us $3.85 apiece for our water as 2 itemized root beers. Think about that: about $8 for 2 cups of water. At that point, she conveniently disappeared. We knew she knew she gave us water because she had nothing else to do but serve our table. She just chose to bang us $8 for tap water. Since she was not around, we did not dispute the bill. We paid at the counter and left. I'm guessing all the folks whose cars congest the parking lot regularly have a different experience than ours. Maybe they don't order garlic knots. Maybe they don't order any pizza. Maybe they order an overabundance of items that satisfies the server that you ordered enough things that don't warrant a $4 upcharge for each glass of water. And maybe they order fountain sodas. I do enjoy the food very much, but... I'm not sure why they can't get this right. I order an appetizer and it always comes out with our main meal. I shouldn't have to tell the wait staff to bring out my appetizer before the main course. When I would order a cheese steak and fries, they would always bring the fries out way before the sandwich. Had their pizza when they were in the old place upon recommendation of a friend and found it to be average. I recently tried them again in the new digs which is definitely an upgrade building wise! The staff has been nice and friendly any time I have been there. They have a big local following and the parking lot is always full. I've never eaten anything but their pizza, so my four out of five is due to their staff being nice, the cleanliness of the establishment and the average pizza. The crust was nice and crispy (I asked for well done), but the cheese and sauce were average. If you like your grease to be on the medium side your good here. It wasn't overly greasy, but there was quite a bit dripping off. Sauce was not as flavorful as I'd like and it could have been a tad sweeter. Price wise I paid $14.95 for a large cheese pizza which is $2-3 dollars more than most of their surrounding competitors. There are better pizza's to be had closer to me, but if they were my closest option, this would be my spot. read more

I'm not sure why this place is popular, but then I've never tried the pizza. Perhaps that is the real draw. I came several months ago, had a decent sandwich and lousy service. I went back today, because I was craving a caprese salad and saw online they have it on the menu. I ordered the salad with added grilled chicken from the pleasant young server. While waiting I noticed the dining room wait staff were secluded behind a short wall talking etc. It was then I remembered my last visit when again the wait staff were behind the wall talking. At that visit I had to continuously hunt down my server. It's hard to catch the eye of someone who is standing behind a wall. You need to wait until they exit whenever a new customer arrives. This was the case today when my salad was quickly delivered & I wanted to get someone's attention. In the heart of summer, the caprese salad was served with pale winter looking tomatoes and a piece of tired basil as garnish. The "fresh" mozzarella was not and the grilled chicken ok. I wanted red ripe tomatoes. When I finally got my server she said she'd take it back & I said please ask for nice tomatoes. She returned saying this was the only kind of tomatoes they had and suggested a sorrento salad which was the same thing but with the addition of lettuce and croutons. I agreed, and I even suggested they could take off the tomatoes on my caprese and add lettuce. The result: romaine with that mozzarella and the grilled chicken with a ton of packaged croutons wasn't appetizing. It wasn't what I came for & frankly there are a ton of restaurants around that make either salad to perfection. How can an Italian restaurant in mid summer not have nice tomatoes for caprese salad? And standard pizza mozz is not fresh mozzarella. I appreciate my salad was remade albeit with a substandard one. I will find myself a caprese salad this week at a different place. read more

I try this place every few months when I forget how the food was well not anymore as I will have this review to remind me. The Chicken in the Chicken Parmigiana something is off with the texture that had me almost spitting the chicken out of my mouth. Not cooked, frozen too long? It has been a long time since I had such a bad experience with a chicken sandwich. Also, this has too be a cost saver method which many pizzerias' are partaking in, not putting enough sauce on any of there products. The sauce was actually quite good being a little on the sweet side but still a good batch of sauce.
