    The salad in question.

I got a pick 2 the sandwich was ok, the salad was wilted and the dressing tasted old. They said they couldn't replace or refund me for the salad because I tasted it but how else would I know it tasted funny? And to me that implies if I didn't open it they would have resold it. Nasty. Trash service for a $20 salad and sandwich. Clean store though, and I attribute that to the fact that nobody want ts and it's never anyone in there. When this place closes please put something better in that huge space.

I'm surprised the rating is so low. We had two "pick 2" and both were perfect. The good goddess salad & southwest chicken melt, and the toasted fontenga chicken sandwich w chicken Cesar salad. All 4 were delicious! The tea & lemonade was too. The customer service was wonderful. The lady at the register was very nice and helpful. The man at the food counter was nice and polite. The interior was clean. We had a pleasant lunch.

Recently visited my neighborhood Panera Bread. Good customer service when ordering and at the pickup counter. This was in the evening, so it was a quiet and enjoyable moment. My husband and I have been loving the Fuji Apple salad. So delicious! The dressing is amazing! I added a bowl of turkey chili, which was so comforting. A fast and delicious go to meal.

Service was impeccable. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with smiles, welcomes, and overall friendly service. Our cashier suggested seasonal menu items, and within minutes of ordering, we were being called to pick up our food. It's was hot and delicious. The ambiance was a plus as it was very clean and tidy. I will be visiting here often

I usually only get a smoothie. Despite the color of the Green Passion smoothie it does not taste at all like vegetables; you only taste the fruit. Today I had a Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt. The chicken wasn't cooked well. I took the meat off and ate a slice with the other ingredients on it. Nothing about the taste made me think chipotle. This store is in a plaza that has a huge parking lot.

I Love Panera, but not this particular location. The food was just okay. Something seemed off with the taste. The whole restaurant itself seems dingy and not so clean. Even though they have sanitation signage. I Witnessed flies on the pastries and breads..so I won't be back.

The food was good but overpriced and the portion size was disappointing. My kids were still hungry and ready to eat again maybe 30mins later I spent in all $40 for lunch

The bathroom was dirty and smelled of urine, always a bad sign to have a dirty bathroom at a restaurant. The food was okay, I asked for an apple as a side and got chips. I would expect that most Panera's would have the same service, but this location you retrieve your food from the counter, they do not bring it to you. Eh, nothing special here.

Horrible service, cold food and no condiments. They said they don't offer condiments anymore. It needs to just shut down.

The…read moreAlfredo sauce was very creamy and definitely on the saltier side, but still comforting and satisfying. The portion size was generous--so filling that I couldn't finish it and had to take the rest to go, which I actually appreciated. It's the kind of dish that feels heavy in a good way, and I would order it again. Before the entrée, I had the Chicken & Gnocchi soup, and that was more hit-or-miss for me. While it was warm and filling, the flavor leaned too salty, and the spinach in particular was questionable. The taste and texture of it stood out in a bad way and almost ruined the soup for me, which was disappointing--especially since it tasted better when paired with the breadsticks. I even asked for a second bowl at first, but the spinach really threw things off. As for drinks, I had a Sprite. The flavor was normal, but it was a bit flat, which made it less refreshing than expected. Overall, the Chicken Alfredo was the highlight and worth ordering, while the soup was inconsistent. Some things really worked, others didn't--but the portion size and creaminess of the Alfredo made the meal enjoyable overall.

While waiting, I heard who I assume was the owner loudly shouting at and berating staff, and the entire atmosphere immediately became uncomfortable. It genuinely sounded disrespectful and degrading. You could literally feel the tension in the room. No matter how good the food might be, I personally can't enjoy a place where employees are being spoken to like that in front of customers. It honestly made me feel bad for the workers. People are trying to do their jobs, and being humiliated or yelled at publicly is unnecessary and unprofessional. And honestly, maybe this is part of why the customer service felt so off. If management treated staff with more respect and patience, maybe customers would have a much better experience too. Hope the employees there are treated better behind closed doors, because what I witnessed was enough to make me leave before even ordering.

So here's what I'll do, I'll make this both a post and a personal message to the owner... Dear Sir/Madame Business owners, CFO, CEO, Treasure/Acct., Associates... I remember almost four years ago when my wife and I stepped foot into your shop. It wasn't MUCH different than it is now. The young woman behind the hot bar greeted us, made us feel welcome, and I almost feel like she gave us the story of how they started the restaurant. It was a great experience and for us it was endearing as we had just lost my wife's father. We were new in town and wanted to find places that made us feel like home. Like her father made us feel, welcomed and comfortable. We travel a lot so we aren't avid patrons but when we wanted some Mo Better we went. It seemed that as these four years have rolled by, the story has dwindled into local banter with the regulars and basic hungry guests. I remember the cake box was full of desserts every flavor in stock. The plain pound cake was a heavy reminder for my wife and I of grand parents who baked similar goods. The hot bar was fully stocked, and the standard was clean and efficient. The health department gave you an 81...An "81"! The atmosphere seemed tired and clearly there was a shortage of help. I make up that by the condition of a 65% empty cake box, and the lack of enthusiasm of the ONE guy who was )ringing up orders, touching food, boxes, bags, reciepts, tongs, the drive through window, the lever on the drink machine, I could go on) that the pay isn't attractive and quite possibly there's not even a health plan due to this administration putting the bite on business owners. Attracting talented workers who are dedicated and committed is probably just as difficult because there's nothing attractive about working at Mo Better. Aside from all that Plus the two sides of missing potato salads in two different orders (one was from my order today) I hope, and it is my deepest wish that you take a step back, reevaluate, look at what's not working and get rid of it. Then think of what you can add to bring your business back up to a level where, maybe the business has increased and you have a rating above 90. There are possibilities available if you want to thrive, because at this rate, it doesn't even feel like really care. About my order...Here's the feedback: *The cabbage was mega salty. *The chicken was over fried or it was fried from frozen. Chicken shouldn't shred and become stringy and chewy when you bite it, that's a result of cheap cuts and or poor quality. *The potato salad (missing) *The cornbread was wet and crumbly I watched as the cashier/server/orderpacker, busily moved to get drinks for others. But I had to ask for mine. He took my to go order at 6:07, I left at 6:23. I clocked a recent visit to Piccadilly's yesterday around the same time. Nobody in front of me at Mo better 16 minutes. Six people in front of me at Piccadilly, 8 minutes. Distance wise It makes better sense. Wait time wise and accuracy of order even BETTER. I could write more but my point is. We don't have much left here in Stonecrest, I would hate to see this spot have to pack it up. Get together and come up with a new plan, flip the menu, add something that's exclusive to MO BETTER, something you can only get there. Change the operating hours, get involved in the community and connect to the people...Better days are coming, and sometimes a shift can set everything right and get you back into motion..."Good Luck!"
