Everything here is tops. Big fan. We usually get the cold cafe con leche but you can't choose a bad drink here.

I was a little disappointed that she didn't pick up my Illinois accent, but she guessed my friend's Spanish accent pretty quickly. The table tops had that sticky feeling to them that let you know this restaurant was either really disgusting or you were about to have the best meal of your entire month. Our food took a little long to come out, but our waitress kindly informed us that the delay was due to the head cook having beef with the other employees and quitting mid-shift. Fortunately, I'm pretty immune to drama, so this didn't bother me. The cook in training cheffed up some really good potatoes and delicious chick friend steak. The loss of the head chef was probably a net win for The Crack of Dawn. I would recommend this restaurant to my friends and most of my family

The service took a while, but our waitress was good! She's new and tried her best to ensure we were okay. The eggs were cooked incorrectly, pancakes were sort of dry. Overall, the place is barely average. The skillet was decent however. Probably wouldn't come back. But at least now we know. PS: I don't know if your advertisement crew should be sued or applauded lol. Great way to catch customers and lose them.

I always get pancakes when I go, but I've tried their eggs, potatoes, bacon, hash brown casserole, peach cobbler, and a biscuits & gravy - all have been super yummy and tasty. One day I'll remember to take a photo of the food before I eat it up, haha. Definitely a go-to for that home cooked comfort food feeling.

I added my own salt but they were still good, the gyro was fresh shaved off the spitz and again the hashbrowns casserole was fantastic. The cheese hashbrowns are fantastic. The eggs sunny side up were dialed, maybe could use a little salt or pepper, but I'm sure they do flavor to your own tastes. Sadly, for me, I didn't like anything else. The egg wrap wasn't for me and whatever was in it. It was really really dry. I don't know if they use a spitz for the gyro or not or if it's heated on a grill out the fridge, but it arrived dark brown, meaning the gyro meat was dried out and didn't have that gyro texture. I will definitely give them another try and update my review accordingly, but for this meal. The hashbrowns were the star.
