Went by early this morning for a couple dozen breakfast burritos and coffees for our family. The young lady at the Connor took great care of us and brought our food out to us and even ran us down when she forgot one bag before we left which was an above and beyond the food was great and the price was fair.. What is there to say about God's chicken? The breakfast burrito was delicious, even though they forgot to give me salsa, which someone will say at confession was their fault, the chicken nuggets are always delicious and hashbrowns were perfectly fried. I like this Chick fil-a ... unfortunately I was sad in drive thru... I specifically ordered cold filet chicken on the side for my market salad with No blue cheese. I highly dislike blue cheese. My bag was kinda light so I parked and looked at my bag. Missing a side of cold chicken. Drove back around and parked and went inside with my receipt. Informed the girl that I was missing the cold filet chicken and was informed they don't have cold chicken for this specific item. If this is the case it needs to be taken down off the web as an item. She gave me a new salad copied off my receipt. Not thinking anything of it I get home and I have blue cheese on my salad. I frequently stop by this Chick Fil A and usually an unbeatable service experience. Today was the exception and I was highly disappointed. Valentine's Day and the kiddos wanted the household stable CFA, ordering was the usual breeze and a part of the order included the 30 count nuggets. As I waited I couldn't help but notice what appeared to be really damp floors (a fall hazard in my opinion but definitely not my area of expertise) otherwise the store looked in its usual top form. After waiting longer than avg at the pickup we received the food. I was taken off guard as I expected the nuggets in a small tray which we have gotten before. The person handing me the food obviously saw the querying look on my face and proceeded to tell me I needed to pull forward and not back up the line. I complied but, got home and order was wrong. I called the store and the same matter a fact person who turned out to be the manager answered. This round I was less accommodating and told him how I felt. Just an ok place. Workers are polite and cheerful in drive thru and mostly inside too when you're a customer, but when you're a door dasher they're rude as ever. I've been going to this location for a while now and never had a bad experience until I started door dashing and my face became a delivery driver face as opposed to on of their long time customers. We at at our local one all the time, so we kinda expected it to be similar but it was not. We needed to tell the young man 3 times we wanted all four combos large. He kept repeating medium. Then the young lady at the window said medium so we corrected her again and said all larges. We get the food after a little wait(much quicker than most other chains) and they didn't get our sauces for the nuggets. We they gave us 3 medium fries and not the 4 larges we paid for also didn't follow instructions for the sandwiches. 2nd mile service does not exist here. Our family of 4 adults (3 of whom used to work at a CFA!) and one child came in at 8:30 on a Friday and we were directed to sit in a crowded section because they were already breaking down the other half of the restaurant for cleaning (an hour and a half before closing). At 9pm both restrooms were closed for cleaning (again, an hour before close). The order takers took no initiative to ask for what we might need (sauces, etc) and gave blank stares at our questions. We felt entirely unwelcome. On our way out at 9:10 we had to wait for an employee to let us out because the door was locked and we were informed that the lobby closes at 9 even though the door and Google and Yelp all show 10pm close. We will never come back to this unwelcoming location and Truett Cathy would be ashamed of the lack of hospitality and warmth. read more

This location is fast and I'm always amazed at how smooth they keep the drive thru line going. My experience is a consistent problem though. My kids and I eat here about every other week and I usually have to make it a point to ask for forks so my kids can eat their Mac and cheese. Placed a curbside order for pickup and ended up receiving less than half of the food I ordered. Multiple entrees and sides missing. Admittedly, I did not check the order before leaving the store. When I notified the store of this problem, all they would offer is to "write my name down" and offer me free food before the end of the month. The employee on the phone was polite and helpful, but they were just relaying information back and forth from a "store director" who couldn't be bothered to speak directly to me. It's not free if I've already paid for it and they forgot it. When asked if I could receive a refund or gift card to use at a later date, I was told this was against store policy. New two lane drive through is kinda dumb. I drive a lifted truck that cannot turn tight corners and the kid kept insisting I take the inner lane so I did and it was very difficult trying to not scrape other cars making that left turn. I had to run over the curb twice. This is even slower now because they have two lanes that merge into one. What's the point? Your still waiting after you order so now the wait is double the time. Got my food brought to me so that's a plus. But still behind four cars so I can't go anywhere till they get their food. This is really dumb. read more

My son insists this is the best chikfila he has ever been to and he's not wrong. The portions seem bigger and fresher here. The place is super busy but it runs like a well oiled machine. The manager is always present and actively working to make sure everything is right. I have a closer chikfila but still drive to this location for a better experience. I come here to this restaurant quite often. About 1-2 times a week. The service is always really good. Today I ordered a medium Mac& cheese with my rewards. I don't know if it's because I redeemed my points instead of paying with money but the serving size for this is quite small. Buyer beware when you think you're getting your moneys worth...your not!! Grilled chicken on my sandwiches weren't hot when we ordered two meals. We noticed that their french fry packaging was different the last time, so we decided to do the "test" again. First meal was a large entre and the second a medium entre. The large wasn't even half way full and only contained 11 fries (fully intact not the tid-bits), while the medium contained 12 fries (again fully intact). In Williamsburg, VA we noticed that it didn't seem we were getting alot of fries in our large...so we ordered a large and medium...we weighed them on a food scale and the medium contained about 10-15g more fries than the large. read more

March 20, 2019 - I arrived at the drive thru and ordered a Spicy chicken deluxe meal around 2:30pm. The person at the drive thru specifically asked if I would like any sauce. I immediately jumped on the offer and requested the MAXIMUM number of chik fil a sauces they are allowed to give me. As I drove up to the window, an employee handed my order in record time and mentioned that my SAUCES were in the bag. At this point my positive first impression of this place skyrocketed with the customer service I have been receiving. I happily drove off anxiously anticipating the moment I can finally experience what the hype was about. I set my meal on the coffee table, turned on the tv to watch some anime and got comfortable on my couch only to find out that there were ZERO chik fil a sauces in my bag. I was so disappointed that I immediately became depressed and lost all interest in doing anything. My meal eventually became cold and deprived of chik fil a sauce, as did my body and soul. They took out the play area to expand the kitchen area. Not only we're my kids disappointed but it was the first time that they missed putting multiple items in our bag/on the tray. The whole draw to this location was the ability to enjoy my food while my kids played after they were done eating. I don't plan on going back. 7/29/2021 - McDonalds experience at the Chick Fil A. Everyone has an off day and today must have been theirs. My order was missing ketchup, bbq sauce, napkins, and a fork ... I drove through the drive through twice to get the rest of my order. Then got home and realized they put the wrong chicken on my salad ... miscommunication on our part ... I asked for hot chicken (meaning not cold / refrigerated chicken) and I got the spicy chicken on the salad (which I do not enjoy). Also the fries were cold ... probably due to the two rounds through (wait time) the drive through.
